치위생(학)과 임상실습 표준화 방안 (Study of Clinical Practice Standardization in Dental Hygiene)

  • 전국 82개의 치위생(학)과의 임상실습 교과목은 필수 교과목으로 운영되고 있으며, 임상실습 기관은 대학병원부터 개인 치과의원까지 범위가 넓고, 실습시간별 교육환경이 달라 임상실습 내용과 평가방법이 다양하게 이루어지고 있으며, 치위생학 교육과정과 실무와의 연계 및 전문성 제고를 위한 임상실습 표준화에 대한 요구도가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 치과위생사 2차 직무기술서와 선행연구에서 파악한 임상실습 항목을 목록화 하여 총 156개 항목 중 74개(47.4%)의 임상실습 내용을 추출하였으며 각 임상실습 내용에 대해 필수 및 선택실습 여부, 실습시기, 활동방법을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 실습일정은 전반부(1주차), 중반부(2~3주차), 후반부(4주차)로 구분하고, 활동방법을 관찰, 준비, 수행, 교육으로 구분하여 임상실습 기관에서 학생들에게 임상실습을 지도할 수 있도록 시범운영을 진행하였다. 각 대학별 교과과정을 기반한 임상실습 내용 배치를 위해서는 임상실습 선수교과목으로 이수한 임상치의학 교과목을 중심으로 임상실습 내용을 구성하도록 하여 단계별로 임상실습 내용을 모두 달성할 수 있도록 해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 교육기관과 임상실습 기관의 유기적인 협력관계뿐 아니라 표준화된 임상실습 프로토콜이 제시되어야 할 필요성이 있겠다.

한국십진분류법(KDC) 한국소설항목의 세분방안에 대한 연구 - 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Research on Close Classification for Korean Fiction in KDC: Focusing on Public Library)

  • 문학류(literature)는 국내 공공도서관의 장서 가운데 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 주제분야이다. 그 가운데에서도 한국소설장서는 단일주제로는 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 장서이다. 공공도서관 전체 장서의 14%가 한국소설류로 구성되어 있는 것으로 추정된다. 전체 장서의 14%를 차지하고 있는 한국소설장서의 분류를 위한 한국십진분류법(KDC; Korean Decimal Classification)의 분류항목은 813 하나의 목(目; section)이다. 전체 14%에 해당하는 장서가 천구분에 해당되는 하나의 목항목에 집중되어 분류되고 있는 것이다. 특히 장서량이 많은 현대한국소설을 위한 항목으로는 세목(細目; sub section)인 813.6과 813.7의 두 항목이 배정되어 있고, 실제로 다수의 도서관에서는 813.6 하나의 세목항목을 활용하여 분류하고 있는 것으로 조사된다. 도서기호를 통해 추가적인 세분이 이루어지기는 하지만 기본적으로 한국소설류에 배정된 분류항목이 적어 개별자료에 부여된 청구기호의 식별력이 떨어진다. 이에 따라 관리자의 배가작업 및 이용자의 검색 모두 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본고는 한국소설류의 세분 전개가 가능하도록 한국십진분류법(KDC) 해당 항목의 세분 전개방안을 모색하고 적합성을 검토하였다.

  • Purpose: This is the descriptive research project of which purpose is to acquire the practice, research, and educational data by establishing the database after confirming, classifying, and relating the nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and nursing outcome of Breast cancer patients by using the Yoo Hyung-sook's(2001) related 3N database model as the tool. Method : The Nursing Data occurring on Breast cancer patients nursing process was mapped to nursing diagnosis of NANDA, nursing interventions of NIC, nursing outcomes of NOC the 3N database linkage database which is related with the nursing process that was developed by using Yoo Hyung-sook's(2001). Result : 1. The nursing diagnosis were totally 505, and 26 articles of the nursing diagnosis were applied among 149 nursing diagnosis classification systems. 2. As for the nursing intervention, 250 articles(5l.4%) of nursing intervention were applied among 486 nursing intervention classification systems. 3. Regarding the nursing outcome, 28 articles(1l.2%l of the nursing outcome were applied among 250 nursing outcome classification systems. Conclusion: The result of this research in which the relating among the nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and nursing outcome of Breast cancer patients by using 3N nursing database was established is thought to be applied in the research and practice as well as to be utilized in the lecture or practice of the nursing process.

성인여성 기성복의 치수 간격설정에 관한 연구 (A study on the apparel sizing system of adult women)

  • The purposes of this paper were to suggest the procedures for a sizing sys- tem which can provide good fitting of apparel and minimize the loss due to excessive inventory, and to determine an adequate apparel sizing standard. An anthropometric database used for this study was the 1992 National Anthro- pometric Survey of Koreans. The database was limited to 1,336 women who were 18-51 years old. They study was conducted by classifying ages into two groups (18-33, 34-51) using Wilk's lamda. Three principal components : laterality( fullness), linearity(length) and characteristic of torso were selected to describe body types, and these three body type classification of each group were selected by cluster analysis. It was found that all intervals between standard sizes were not equal. They were narrow around the center with high frequencies of the customers but wide in both tail with low frequencies. It was also found that the optimal sizes suing the loss function can be applied well in practice.

  • 일반적인 판별분류분석은 자료점들간의 독립성 가정을 기본 전제로 한다. 본 연구에서는 자료점 간의 종속구조를 반영하는 판별분류기준을 제안하였으며 이를 위하여 조건부 자기 로지스틱(conditional autologistic) 모형을 이용하였다. 또한 모의실험을 통해 제시된 기준을 기존의 방법과 비교하였다.

골프스윙시 인공지능 을 이용한 (Neural Network) 슬라이스 예측에 관한 연구 (The Prediction of 'Slice' Using Neural Network in Golf Swing)

  • In this study, we developed a method classifying slice shot during golf practice using backpropagation algorithm. The 144 data based on the backpropagation model(11 inputs, 2 outputs) was used as a learning set and the model was verified based on the extra 50 data in the process to predict a slice shot in golf swing. The results showed 100% separating rate of learning set and 91.5% separating rate of verified set. The developed method can be potentially beneficial for the predicting of slice shot in an indoor golf excercise setting without applying any additional equipment.

A New Way in Deciding NOAEL Based on the Findings from GLP-Toxicity Test

  • The FDA guidance focuses on the use of the NOAEL to establish the maximum recommended starting dose. The majority of NOAEL has been described inaccurately or incompletely in final reports for 90-days repeated dose toxicity test based on GLP (good laboratory practice) regulation. This is the most serious one of reasons for why most pharmaceutical companies targeting global markets have disregarded the final report produced from GLP facilities in Korea. The problems in deciding NOAEL reflected in the final reports are mainly due to the followings; 1) Inaccurate description or use of NOEL, NOAEL and LOAEL, 2) Insufficient and inappropriate interpretations in findings from toxicity test. This paper is intended to provide the insight into distinguishing NOAEL from NOEL and LOAEL, and into classifying findings from toxicity test. Here, the three step method is newly suggested by applying the weight-based classification to the NOEL, NOAEL and LOAEL based on the findings.

  • In this paper, segmenting and classifying low contrast defects on flat panel display is one of the key problems for automatic inspection system in practice. Problems become more complicated when the quality of acquired image is degraded by the illumination irregularity. Many algorithms are developed and implemented successfully for the defects segmentation. However, vision algorithms are inherently prone to be dependent on parameters to be set manually. In this paper, one morphological segmentation algorithm is chosen and a technique using frequency domain analysis of input images is developed for automatically selection the morphological parameter. An extensive statistical performance analysis is performed to compare the developed algorithms.

Evaluation of Islamic Banking Efficiency in Iran

  • Purpose - In this study, it is attempted to examine the Islamic banking practice in Iran based on new scientific methods. Design/methodology/approach- It is used the financial ratios demonstrating healthy or non-healthy of banks to assess the financial health of listed banks in Tehran Stock Exchange. The assessment of these ratios with use of decision tree as a non-parametric method for modeling is recommended for presenting this model. Information about the financial health of banks could be effective on the decisions of different groups of banks' financial reports users, including shareholders, auditors, stock exchange, central bank and etc. Findings - the results of the study show that Decision Tree is strong approach in order to classifying Islamic banks in Iran. Originality/value- So far, several studies have been conducted in various countries on the topic of this study. Considering the importance Islamic banking, it is almost the first study in Iran and the outcomes of the study may helpful to Iranian economy.

A Table Integration Technique Using Query Similarity Analysis

  • In this paper, we propose a technique to analyze similarity between SQL queries and to assist integrating similar tables. First, the table information was extracted from the SQL queries through the query structure analyzer, and the similarity between the tables was measured using the Jacquard index technique. Then, similar table clusters are generated through hierarchical cluster analysis method and the co-occurence probability of the table used in the query is calculated. The possibility of integrating similar tables is classified by using the possibility of co-occurence of similarity table and table, and classifying them into an integrable cluster, a cluster requiring expert review, and a cluster with low integration possibility. This technique analyzes the SQL query in practice and analyse the possibility of table integration independent of the existing business, so that the existing schema can be effectively reconstructed without interruption of work or additional cost.
