Online game-bots are already known for a lot of persons by various ways. It leads to problems such as declining game player's interest, in-game financial crisis, etc. Detecting and restricting of game-bot is now essential. Because both publishers and players get disadvantages from their long term abnormal working. But it is not easy to restrict, because of false restriction risks. Game publishers need to distinguish game-bot from server-side game logs. At last, it should can make reasons for game-bot restriction. In this paper, we classified game-bot users by using daily separated game logs for testing data. For daily-driven detection, we separated total dataset into one day logs. Preliminary detects game-bots with one day logs, and determines total results by using these data. Daily driven detection advantages on detection which contains combined game playing style. Which shows like normal user and game-bot. These methodology shows better F1-score, which one of indicator which demonstrate classification accuracy. It increases from 0.898 to 0.945 by using Random Forest classifier.
Illegal gambling through online gambling sites has become a significant social problem. The development of Internet technology and the spread of smartphones have led to the proliferation of illegal gambling sites, so now illegal online gambling has become accessible to anyone. In order to mitigate its negative effect, the Korean government is trying to detect illegal gambling sites by using self-monitoring agents or reporting systems such as 'Nuricops.' However, it is difficult to detect all illegal sites due to limitations such as a lack of staffing. Accordingly, several scholars have proposed intelligent illegal gambling site detection techniques. Xu et al. (2019) found that fake or illegal websites generally have unique features in the HTML tag structure. It implies that the HTML tag structure can be important for detecting illegal sites. However, prior studies to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure in the illegal site detection model are rare. Against this background, our study aimed to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure and proposes Tag2Vec, a modified version of Doc2Vec, as a methodology to vectorize the HTML tag structure properly. To validate the proposed model, we perform the empirical analysis using a data set consisting of the list of harmful sites from 'The Cheat' and normal sites through Google search. As a result, it was confirmed that the Tag2Vec-based detection model proposed in this study showed better classification accuracy, recall, and F1_Score than the URL-based detection model-a comparative model. The proposed model of this study is expected to be effectively utilized to improve the health of our society through intelligent technology.

Traditionally used for networking computers and communications, the Internet has been evolving from the beginning. Internet is the backbone for many things on the web including social media. The concept of social networking which started in the early 1990s has also been growing with the internet. Social Networking Sites (SNSs) sprung and stayed back to an important element of internet usage mainly due to the services or provisions they allow on the web. Twitter and Facebook have become the primary means by which most individuals keep in touch with others and carry on substantive conversations. These sites allow the posting of photos, videos and support audio and video storage on the sites which can be shared amongst users. Although an attractive option, these provisions have also culminated in issues for these sites like posting offensive material. Though not always, users of SNSs have their share in promoting hate by their words or speeches which is difficult to be curtailed after being uploaded in the media. Hence, this article outlines a process for extracting user reviews from the Twitter corpus in order to identify instances of hate speech. Through the use of MPCA (Modified Principal Component Analysis) and ECNN, we are able to identify instances of hate speech in the text (Enhanced Convolutional Neural Network). With the use of NLP, a fully autonomous system for assessing syntax and meaning can be established (NLP). There is a strong emphasis on pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. Cleansing the text by removing extra spaces, punctuation, and stop words is what normalization is all about. In the process of extracting features, these features that have already been processed are used. During the feature extraction process, the MPCA algorithm is used. It takes a set of related features and pulls out the ones that tell us the most about the dataset we give itThe proposed categorization method is then put forth as a means of detecting instances of hate speech or abusive language. It is argued that ECNN is superior to other methods for identifying hateful content online. It can take in massive amounts of data and quickly return accurate results, especially for larger datasets. As a result, the proposed MPCA+ECNN algorithm improves not only the F-measure values, but also the accuracy, precision, and recall.

In general, social problem-solving research aims to create important social value by offering meaningful answers to various social pending issues using scientific technologies. Not surprisingly, however, although numerous and extensive research attempts have been made to alleviate the social problems and issues in nation-wide, we still have many important social challenges and works to be done. In order to facilitate the entire process of the social problem-solving research and maximize its efficacy, it is vital to clearly identify and grasp the important and pressing problems to be focused upon. It is understandable for the problem discovery step to be drastically improved if current social issues can be automatically identified from existing R&D resources such as technical reports and articles. This paper introduces a comprehensive dataset which is essential to build a machine learning model for automatically detecting the social problems and solutions in various national research reports. Initially, we collected a total of 700 research reports regarding social problems and issues. Through intensive annotation process, we built totally 24,022 sentences each of which possesses its own category or label closely related to social problem-solving such as problems, purposes, solutions, effects and so on. Furthermore, we implemented four sentence classification models based on various neural language models and conducted a series of performance experiments using our dataset. As a result of the experiment, the model fine-tuned to the KLUE-BERT pre-trained language model showed the best performance with an accuracy of 75.853% and an F1 score of 63.503%.

The garment industry is one of the most labor-intensive manufacturing industries, with its sewing process relying almost entirely on manual labor. Its costs highly depend on the efficiency of this production line and thus is crucial to determine the production rate in real-time for line balancing. However, current production tracking methods are costly and make it difficult for many Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to implement them. As a result, their reliance on manual counting of finished products is both time consuming and prone to error, leading to high manufacturing costs and inefficiencies. In this paper, a production tracking system that uses the sewing machines' energy consumption data to track and count the total number of sewing tasks completed through Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers is proposed. This system was tested on two target sewing tasks, with a resulting maximum classification accuracy of 98.6%; all sewing tasks were detected. In the developing countries, the garment sewing industry is a very important industry, but the use of a lot of capital is very limited, such as applying expensive high technology to solve the above problem. Applied with the appropriate technology, this system is expected to be of great help to the garment industry in developing countries.
Due to the increasing demand and importance of non-face-to-face education, open online learning platforms are getting interests both domestically and internationally. These platforms exhibit different characteristics from online courses by universities and other educational institutions. In particular, students engaged in these platforms can receive more learner autonomy, and the development of tools to assist learning is required. From the past, researchers have attempted to utilize process mining to understand realistic study behaviors and derive learning patterns. However, it has a deficiency to employ it to the open online learning platforms. Moreover, existing research has primarily focused on the process model perspective, including process model discovery, but lacks a method for the process pattern and instance perspectives. In this study, we propose a method to identify learning patterns within an open online learning platform using process mining techniques. To achieve this, we suggest three different viewpoints, e.g., model-level, variant-level, and instance-level, to comprehend the learning patterns, and various techniques are employed, such as process discovery, conformance checking, autoencoder-based clustering, and predictive approaches. To validate this method, we collected a learning log of machine learning-related courses on a domestic open education platform. The results unveiled a spaghetti-like process model that can be differentiated into a standard learning pattern and three abnormal patterns. Furthermore, as a result of deriving a pattern classification model, our model achieved a high accuracy of 0.86 when predicting the pattern of instances based on the initial 30% of the entire flow. This study contributes to systematically analyze learners' patterns using process mining.
Corporate ESG performance (environmental, social, and corporate governance) reflecting a company's strategic sustainability has emerged as one of the main factors in today's investment decisions. The traditional ESG performance rating process is largely performed in a qualitative and subjective manner based on the institution-specific criteria, entailing limitations in reliability, predictability, and timeliness when making investment decisions. This study attempted to predict the corporate ESG rating through automated machine learning based on quantitative and disclosed corporate financial information. Using 12 types (21,360 cases) of market-disclosed financial information and 1,780 ESG measures available through the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability during 2019 to 2021, we suggested a deep neural network prediction model. Our model yielded about 86% of accurate classification performance in predicting ESG rating, showing better performance than other comparative models. This study contributed the literature in a way that the model achieved relatively accurate ESG rating predictions through an automated process using quantitative and publicly available corporate financial information. In terms of practical implications, the general investors can benefit from the prediction accuracy and time efficiency of our proposed model with nominal cost. In addition, this study can be expanded by accumulating more Korean and international data and by developing a more robust and complex model in the future.

This study explores the possibility of automated scoring for scientific graph answers by designing an automated scoring model using convolutional neural networks and applying it to students' kinematics graph answers. The researchers prepared 2,200 answers, which were divided into 2,000 training data and 200 validation data. Additionally, 202 student answers were divided into 100 training data and 102 test data. First, in the process of designing an automated scoring model and validating its performance, the automated scoring model was optimized for graph image classification using the answer dataset prepared by the researchers. Next, the automated scoring model was trained using various types of training datasets, and it was used to score the student test dataset. The performance of the automated scoring model has been improved as the amount of training data increased in amount and diversity. Finally, compared to human scoring, the accuracy was 97.06%, the kappa coefficient was 0.957, and the weighted kappa coefficient was 0.968. On the other hand, in the case of answer types that were not included in the training data, the s coring was almos t identical among human s corers however, the automated scoring model performed inaccurately.

Not only emotions affect physical sensations, but they also have an impact on physical movements. The responses to emotions vary depending on the type of emotional stimuli. However, research on the effects of emotional stimuli on the activation of bodily movements has not been rigorously examined, and these effects have not been investigated in Autonomous Emotion Recognition (AER) systems. In this study, we aimed to compare the emotional responses of 20 participants to three types of emotional stimuli (words, pictures, and videos) and investigate their activation or deactivation for the AER system. Our dependent measures included emotional responses, computer-based self-reporting methods, and bodily movements recorded using motion capture devices. The results suggested that video stimuli elicited higher levels of emotional movement, and emotional movement patterns were similar across different types of emotional stimuli for happiness, sadness, anger, and neutrality. Additionally, the findings indicated that bodily changes observed during video stimuli had the highest classification accuracy. These findings have implications for future research on the bodily changes elicited by emotional stimuli.
The utilization of crowdsourced spatial data has been actively researched; however, issues stemming from the uncertainty of data quality have been raised. In particular, when low-quality data is mixed into drone imagery datasets, it can degrade the quality of spatial information output. In order to address these problems, the study presents a methodology for automatically validating the geometric quality of crowdsourced imagery. Key quality factors such as spatial resolution, resolution variation, matching point reprojection error, and bundle adjustment results are utilized. To classify imagery suitable for spatial information generation, training and validation datasets are constructed, and machine learning is conducted using a radial basis function (RBF)-based support vector machine (SVM) model. The trained SVM model achieved a classification accuracy of 99.1%. To evaluate the effectiveness of the quality validation model, imagery sets before and after applying the model to drone imagery not used in training and validation are compared by generating orthoimages. The results confirm that the application of the quality validation model reduces various distortions that can be included in orthoimages and enhances object identifiability. The proposed quality validation methodology is expected to increase the utility of crowdsourced data in spatial information generation by automatically selecting high-quality data from the multitude of crowdsourced data with varying qualities.
