A novel Color Image Saturation enhancement method to strengthen video images without producing oversaturated or color contour artifacts is proposed in this paper. Based on the luminance information, the relations between luminance levels and maximum chrominance vectors in each subcolor are generated for each pixel, so that the upper bound of the allowed saturation factor for a pixel can be derived, and much vivid video image can be achieved

본 논문(論文)은 자연채광 측정(測定)에 대한 국제적 동향(動向)으로서 건물에 있어서 자연채광을 다양한 기후조건(氣候條件)에 따라 보다 최대한으로 이용하고자 국제 조명학회(照明學會)(CIE)는 세계적으로 연구(硏究)클래스와 일반(一般)클래스 등 몇개의 클래스로 연구측정계획을 추진중에 있으며 전 세계의 여러 국가에 있어서 조도(照度)와 일사량에 대한 측정(測定) 데이터를 수집하여 천공(天空) 상태에 따른 자연채광 설계에 대한 기초적 자료를 확립 시키고자 하고 있다.

광속구(integrating sphere photometer), 분광기(monochromator)등을 이용하여 노랑색(Y), 녹색(G), 백색(W)의 SMD(surface mounted device)형태의 HB LED(high brightness light emitting diode)에 대한 광속(luminous flux, LF), 상관 색온도(correlated color temperature, CCT), CIE 색도좌표(chromaticity coordinate CC)등 광특성을 실험하여 그 결과치를 비교 분석하였고, 백색 LED에 대해서는 연색지수를 고찰하였다.

This is a study to establish regulations against light pollution for lighting on roads. Many kinds of light pollution by luminaire on roads was calculated and analyzed by applying the classification method of luminaires(Cut-off classification of IDA-IESNA, BUG Rating Classification) and the calculation method of Upward Lighting Ratio of CIE among measures to prevent light pollution that international lighting organizations suggest. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the regulation by Cutoff of IESNA and ULR classification of CIE could be one for scattered light of light pollution compared to BUG classification but is not sufficient for the regulation of light tresspass or glare. BUG classification by each lighting zone was suggested as threshold value of the light pollution regulation considering domestic conditions.

The field of printing to use pressurized ink using screen gossamer that is called screen printing. Existing cleaning solvents for the screen printing are the organic solvents containing aromatic compounds and stench. Also, Cleaning method of screen printing are for the most part mixed cleaning method of dipping and polish. In this study, we measured the cleaning efficiency by gravimetric analysis and the property change of gossamer by image analyzer using existing cleaning solvent. Also, we investigated a new cleaning process showing excellent cleaning efficiency using the ultrasonic and vibration cleaning method instead of the exsiting mixed cleaning method.
