A technopark is an industrial and technological complex where personal, material and technological resources, scattered to businesses, academic institutions, research facilities and governments are gathered into a single place. Technopark's role is facets. The aim of this study is to offer new policy services for firms by utilizing the exploratory methodology for Chungnam Technopark's performance for three year (2011 ~2013). Through the findings, this study suggests that policy support for firm's growth in Chung Nam Region have been effective and fruitful in terms of total sale and increase of employees. But, technological performance measured by patents has not enough to catch the innovation. Chungnam Technopark should be more focused on technological policy supports including R&D as well as commercialization. Ultimately in order to have sustainabilities for own firm's growth, firms should keep going on ceaseless create the new technological performance. In that sense, for regional specific industry Technopark's role has been critical for not only firm's current growth but firm's innovation competency.

황해경제자유구역은 환황해권 첨단기술의 국제협력 거점 조성이라는 비전과 국제수준의 첨단기술산업 클러스터 육성, 대 중국 수출입 전진기지 및 부가가치물류 육성을 목적으로 2007년 지정되어 사업이 추진 중에 있다. 황해경제자유구역 반경 15km 이내에 7개의 산업단지가 입지하고 있어 충남 서북부지역의 산업집적도는 날로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 이를 지원할 주요 인프라 중 하나인 물류단지 시설은 전무한 실정이며 황해경제자유구역을 포함한 충남 서부지역의 물류거점 개발은 매우 미약하다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 서해안 지역 물류거점 단지 조성의 필요성을 검토하고, 둘째, 물류단지 규모 및 성격을 부여하며, 셋째, 물류단지 도입기능을 설정하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 물동량 수요예측과 주변지역 연계방안을 토대로 황해경제자유구역의 배후물류단지의 필요성과 조성방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 지역전략산업과 연계되어 추진되고 있는 중소기업 산업인력 양성 정책의 효율화방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 산업인력부문의 공급측면과 수요측면을 동시에 접근함으로써 실무적.정책적 시사점을 파악하고자 하였다. 공급측면에 대해서는 지역산업인력 종사자 현황 및 전략산업별 인력공급현황, 지역전략산업 내 인력양성사업을 다루었다. 수요측면에 대해서는 지역전략산업진흥사업에 참여하고 있는 201개의 중소기업을 대상으로 인력수급현황과 산업인력 양성에 관한 기업수요에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전략산업별 기업수요의 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있어 전략산업별 차별적인 정책방향과 효율성 개선을 위한 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 중앙정부의 산업인력 정책기조와 지역산업 현장의 기업수요를 반영하여 산업인력정책의 효율성을 증대하기 위한 시사점이 될 것이다.

In 1995, the Republic of Korea started to establish Techno Park (TP) in order to develop the regional industry while promoting the balanced development of the land. By 2008, 18TPs were established nationwide and have become cradles for developing local industries. And recently evolved forms of TP such as Daedeok Techno Valley and Pangyo Techno Valley emerged. In addition, 19 Centers for Creative Economy and Innovation (CCEI) were established nationwide and Tech-Incubator Program for start-ups (TIPS) was introduced to support and mentor start-ups. TPs in Korea become bureaucratic in course of time, and the new trial of innovation of TP is needed. In Korea, professional TIPS-accelerators mentoring and investing start-ups have a history of only five years. But they support and mentor start-ups efficiently, and have obtained good results. In this paper, we propose that TP attract TIPS-accelerators actively and collaborate with each other to support and mentor start-ups and SMEs effectively.
