최근 인터넷 이용의 확산으로 도메인의 크기와 규모가 방대해짐에 따라 정보시스템의 관리는 더욱더 복잡해졌다. 또한, 개별적인 네트워크 기술의 개발과 운용으로 인해 시스템간의 정보 공유와 정보 보안 정책의 일관성과 정책 표현 기법의 공동화가 어렵게 되자, 체계적이고 일관된 네트워크 보안과 정책 적용에 대한 요구가 증대 되었다. 이러한 정책적용과 관리상의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 이 논문에서는 유연성을 갖추면서, 일관된 정책을 집행한 수 있는 정책관리의 구조와 속성을 설계하고 정책상속을 이용한 계층화된 정책 관리모델을 제안한다.

Micropump is very useful component in micro/nano fluidics and bioMEMS applications. Using the flexural vibration mode of PZT bar, a piezopump is successfully made. The PZT bar is polarized with thickness direction. The proposed structure for the piezo-pump consists of an input and an output port, piezoelectric ceramic actuator, actuator support, diaphragm. The traveling flexural wave along the bar is obtained by dividing two standing waves which are temporally and spatially phase shifted by 90 degrees from each other. Fluid is drawn into a forming chamber, eventually the forming chamber closes trapping the fluid therein.

The syntheses of urocanic acid esters was optimized, starting from p-toluenesulfonic acid salt of this acid and long chain fatty alcohols in the organic solvent and extracting water from it by means of azeotropic Compound. The salts of these urocanic acid esters showed amphoteric properties, but their micellization enhances their rate of hydrolysis leading to the free amine. Nevertheless the long chain gives to the esters themselves an amphoteric character allowing their solubilization in micellar media and in microemulsions the result, yield could enhanced.

이 논문에서는 불확적성을 지닌 시간지연 선형시스템에 대한 새로운 안정화 조건을 유도한다. 기존의 안정화 조건보다 향상된 안정화 조건은 이전의 Lyapunov-Krasovskii 후보 함수를 보다 일반화 한 새로운 Lyapunov-Krasovskii 후보 함수와 LMI 변수들간의 관계성을 표현해주는 자유행렬 변수의 개념을 이용한 개선된 형태의 벡터-행렬 등식에 의하여 유도되어진다. 새로운 안정화 조건은 LMI 형태로 제시되었기 때문에 제시된 안정화 조건의 유용성을 쉽게 검증 가능할 뿐만 아니라 주어진 예제를 통한 기존의 결과들과의 비교를 통해 이전의 결과들보다 보다 더 큰 시간지연 값 및 불확정량에 대하여도 안정성을 보장해 줌을 확인할 수 있다.

이 논문에서는 시간 지연 선형시스템에 대하여 시간 지연에 종속인 새로운 $H_{\infty}$ 제어에 관한 결과를 제시한다. 새롭게 제시된 Lyapunov-Krasovskii 후보 함수를 이용하여 시간지연 선형시스템에 대한 보다 개선된 시간지연 종속 $L_2$이득 안정화 조건을 유도한 후, 이 결과를 바탕으로 시간지연 선형시스템에 대한 상태 궤환 $H_{\infty}$제어기 설계방법을 제시한다. 제시되는 결과들은 LMI 형태로 주어지고, 또한 예제를 통하여 제시된 결과의 유용성을 보인다.

최근 각 기업에서는 고객에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 고객에게 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기위한 방법중에 하나인 고객관계관리시스템에 대한 연구와 도입을 활발히 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 화장품 산업에서의 고객관계관리시스템의 필요성에 대하여 설명하고, 피부분석시스템을 이용한 화장품 산업에서의 고객관계관리시스템 설계방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 피부분석시스템을 이용한 고객관계관리시스템의 실제 구현사례를 서술하고 화장품 산업에서의 고객관계관리시스템이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다.

멀티미디어 응용프로그램은 처리데이터를 참조할 때 대부분 간격이 일정한 스트리밍 패턴으로 참조한다. 이 특성을 선인출 방법에 적용하여 멀티미디어 응용프로그램의 성능을 항상 시킬 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 하드웨어기반의 규칙 선인출 방법에서 참조예측표에 운영하는 방법을 제안한다. 크기가 제한되어 있는 참조예측표에 메모리 참조 명령어를 추가할 때 주소간격이 0인 행을 우선적으로 제거함으로써 비용절감의 효과를 가져올 수 있다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법과 기존의 참조예측표를 FIFO 방식으로 운영하는 방법을 비교할 때 제안한 방법의 경우 참조예측표의 크기를 반으로 줄여도 거의 같은 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

In the mobile environment, according to the movement of the object, the query finds the nearest special object or place from object position. However, because query object moves continuously in the mobile environment, query demand changes according to the direction attribute of query object. Also, in the case of moving of query object and simply the minimum distance value of query result, sometimes we find the result against the query object direction. Especially, in most road condition, as user has to return after reaching U-turn area, user rather spends time and cost. Therefore, in order to solve those problems, in this paper we propose the nearest neighbor method considering moving object position and direction for mobile recommendation system.

In this paper, we propose policy-based authentication framework which consists of policy server, CA and a policy language designed for ubiquitous environments. Using policies allows the security functionality to be modified without changing the implementation of the entities involved. Policy-based authentication framework needs to be very expressive but lightweight and easily extensible. We propose the feasibility of our policy language and policy-based authentication framework in ubiquitous-environment through a prototype and solve the problem that traditional framework have a simple registration and authentication to provide dynamic service.

The effect of polyoxometalate monolayers on the electrodeposition of Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) on glassy carbon (GC) surfaces was examined by electrochemical and scanning electron microscope techniques. The presence of $SiMo_{12}O^{4-}_{40}$-layers resulted in average particle sizes of ca. 60 nm, which is larger than AuNPs deposited on bare GC surfaces. AuNPs electrodeposited on $SiMo_{12}O^{4-}_{40}$-modified GC surfaces for 20 s exhibited the best electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction. This system exhibited similar or slightly better efficiency for oxygen reduction than a bare Au electrode. Rotating disk electrode experiments were also performed and revealed that the catalytic reduction of oxygen on AuNPs deposited on $SiMo_{12}O^{4-}_{40}$-modified GC electrodes is a two-electron process.
