아이돌보미 서비스 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이 (The Difference of Child Care Support and Parenting Stress Depending on Using In-Home Care Service)

  • 본 연구에서는 아이돌보미 서비스의 이용유무에 따른 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스의 차이를 분석하여, 아이돌보미 지원사업의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구대상은 K구 아이돌보미 서비스 등록 가정(293가정)의 어머니이다. 2009년 9월 1일부터 10월 25일까지 총 193명의 어머니에게 전자우편을 송신하여 총 69명의 응답을 최종적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무와 관계없이 수단적 원조는 남편과 친족의 지원을 이용하였으며, 정보적 원조와 정서적 원조는 남편과 친구/이웃/직장동료, 인터넷 카페를 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용희망자가 이용자보다 남편, 친정부모, 시댁부모의 육아지원이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아이돌보미 서비스 이용 유무에 따른 양육스트레스는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

보육시설 평가인증 조력 현황분석 및 조력체계 개발 (Development of an Assistant Model for Child Care Accreditation)

  • 본 연구는 체계적인 평가인증 조력방안을 제시하기 위해서 시도되었다. 지역간 조력상황의 편차가 크고, 조력의 내용과 방법이 명확하게 제시되어 있지 않으며, 조력전문가의 역량이 강화될 필요가 있고, 아울러 예산과 인력의 지원이 요구된다는 평가인증 조력의 현실에 대한 인식에서 출발되었다. 조력에 대한 분석과 보육시설장들을 대상으로 면접조사한 본 연구의 분석 결과, 예비클라스 설치 및 운영 단계, 조력신청 및 상담의 단계, 조력회의 및 간담회 단계, 심화워크샵 실행 단계, 우수시설 견학, 영역별 전문 방문조력의 실시, 평가의 여섯 단계의 조력과정을 제안하였다. 특히 조력의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 영역별 전문 조력자의 구성을 제안하였다. 조력운영지침으로 평가인증 예비클래스 운영, 조력자의 확보 및 체계적인 교육, 조력메뉴얼 보급, 사후관리조력프로그램, 그리고 충분한 재정지원을 마련해야 할 것을 명시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 조력 메뉴얼은 보육정보센타 혹은 그 이외 다른 조력기관간의 조력의 방법과 내용의 편차를 줄이고 체계적이고 전문적인 조력을 수행는데 도움이 될 것이다.

보육교사의 건강증진행위 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Health Promotion Behavior of Child Care Teachers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of the health promotion behavior of child care center teachers. Methods: This study conducted a survey of 200 child day care center teachers in Seoul from January to February, 2017. This study examined the actual condition of health promotion behavior, perceived health status and the determinants of health promotion behavior of child care center teachers. Results: The factors affecting the health promotion behaviors of the child care teachers were age, working time, perceived benefit, barrier, and social support. Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply a health promotion program for child care teachers.

어린이집 질병 및 안전사고 사례분석 (A Case Analysis of Health and Safety Management of Child Care Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of occurrence of disease and accidence of child care center. The subjects of this study were 17 public district child care centers, but only one center kept their health diary. Therefore, it became finally the only subject for this study. The data were collected through the analysis it's health diary and case reports for emergency. The collected data were analyzed by the number of cases, age and sex, types of case, and the emergency case were analyzed by age, background, types of accidents and follow up. The number of cases of disease and accident in 2002 were 572. In sexual difference, boys more have accident than girls. The teachers and the outsiders also frequently use the health care service. Smallpox and epidemic conjunctivitis were spreaded during winter and summer. In causes of accidents, 'accident by other child' were 98%. In emergency cases, 1 pierced wound, 1 dislocation, 2 dental emergencies, 4 eyeball contusion and bleedings and 2 burns were occurred. all the cases of emergency were performed follow up education. On the basis of above data, there will be needed to intensify health and safety subjects in curriculum for the teacher of child care, and health and safety education for child. Each child care centers must have health care manager and the network for emergency. To enhance the quality of child care service, government have to offer financial and systematical support.

한국의 보육지원체계 (Early Childhood Education and Care Support System in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 저출산 문제, 여성의 경제활동 참여 등으로 급변하고 있는 보육을 둘러싼 제반환경에서 질높은 보육을 제공하기 위한 다양한 국내외 보육지원체계에 관하여 살펴보았다. 국내에서는 어린이집 지원에 초점을 둔 보육정보센터와 부모를 위한 양육지원의 기능을 수행하고 있는 서울시의 영유아플라자(육아지원센터), 보육지원체계의 지역사회 연계 및 기타 지원체계의 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 스웨덴의 개방형 유아학교, 핀란드의 양육지원체계, 영국의 Sure Start 프로그램을 통한 보육지원체계를 중심으로 국외 동향을 살펴보고 관련 프로그램의 효과를 살펴보았다. 보육의 발전을 위해서는 지역사회를 거점으로 하여 보육지원체계의 기능을 강화하고, 각 유관 기관들 간의 연계를 마련하며, 관련 정책과 제도를 재정비함으로써 총체적이고 통합된 보육지원체계를 구축하여야 할 것이다.

보육교사의 산업재해 현황 및 사례에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Status and Cases of Occupational Accidents of Child-care Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine occupational safety accidents of child care teacher and to suggest preventive measure in occupational safety health and safety for child-care teacher. Methods: We investigated laws, policy, and previous studies related occupational safety and health for child care teacher. Especially, we reviewed the legal definition of child-care teacher to identify whether Occupational Safety and Health acts cover child-care teacher. Also cross tabulation and a qualitative analysis were conducted for occupational accidents in child care centers from 2013-2018. Results: Safety and health related policies to protect child care centers have been carried out by child care Center Safety and Insurance Association and the Child Care Support Center, but it has mainly been functioned to protect children excluding child care teacher. The most occupational accidents occur in worker aged 40s. The most type of occupational accident were falling down on the floor and surface. Also we could find that there is a high risk of falls, and musculoskeletal disorders through qualitative analysis on occupational accidents cases of child-care teacher. Conclusion/Implications: We suggest to improve the system for protecting child care workers including strengthening occupational safety and health education for child care workers, expanding coverage of national project to prevent occupational accidents.

서울.경기지역 보육시설 및 유치원 대상 어린이급식관리지원센터 지원 요구도 분석 (Child-Care Facility and Kindergarten's Demands on Foodservice Support by Center for Child-Care Foodservice Management (CCFSM) in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences between child-care facilities and kindergartens towards the need for foodservice support by Center for Child-Care Foodservice Management (CCFSM). For this study, questionnaires were sent out from August of 2008 to April of 2009 to directors of 1,478 child care facilities and 299 kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do via postal service. A total of 267 questionnaires were usable with 203 (13.7%) of child-care facilities and 64 (21.4%) of kindergartens. Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 for descriptive analysis and t-test. For political and administrative support, government funding for foodservice was the highest need and hiring nutritionists was significantly different by type of facility (p < 0.01). Both child-care facilities (4.29) and kindergartens (4.41) demanded the balanced menu from CCFSM. There were significant differences of "information about food material sanitation management" (p < 0.05), "hygiene safety management method according to working process" (p < 0.05), "hygiene safety management method of foodservice facilities and equipment" (p < 0.05). In education and training contents from center, "types and methods to manage foodservice facilities and equipment" for directors, "dietary education by age" for teachers, and "the rules of personal sanitation and working process" and "gas, electricity and fire prevention" for culinary workers had the highest mean score of requirements.

웹을 기반으로 한 장난감 도서관 대여 및 반납 시스템 (Toy Library Rental and Return Systems Based on Web)

  • 현대 사회는 적은 자녀만 낳아 키우는 추세이다. 그러다보니 학부모들은 자녀의 창의적 사고방식에 대해 관심이 많아지고 새로운 교육 방식을 찾기 시작하였다. 육아종합지원센터는 다양한 장난감 및 도서 대여를 통해 아동에게는 신체 및 정서적, 사회성을 향상시켜주고 부모에게는 가계 부담을 경감시켜주는 긍정적 효과를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 육아종합지원센터에서 운영하는 장난감 도서관을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 대여 반납 시스템을 설계하고 구축한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자 누구나 육아종합지원센터에서 운영하는 모든 지점의 품목을 쉽게 검색하고 대여 및 반납 내역을 관리할 수 있도록 한다. 관리자는 대여 및 반납 처리 시스템을 통해 발생하는 대여, 반납, 연체 등의 데이터를 관리하고, 이때 만들어지는 데이터들의 통계를 통해 육아종합지원센터를 효과적으로 운영할 수 있다. 또한, 아동에게는 다양한 놀이문화를 제공하고 가정에 문화적 혜택을 제공해 부모의 양육 부담을 경감시킬 것을 기대한다.

사회적기업을 통한 돌봄노동의 지원가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Support of Care Work through the Social Enterprise Model)

  • Various family-friendly policies have been put into place for working mothers, but their paid and household workloads have not decreased. Many women have experienced career interruptions due to care work, so possible solutions to the problem of care work are needed. The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of applying the social enterprise model to care work. Definitions, types, and development processes in social enterprise in several nations were discussed for the purpose of this study. Second, problems of care work in Korean households and national support for them are surveyed. Public institutions' contributions in child-care and family elder care and the alternatives for solving problems thereof were discussed. Third, several principles and advantages of applying social enterprise models to care work were suggested. Finally, this study discussed what a healthy family support center can do to reduce the workload of a household through social enterprises. This center can be a testing place that supports care work by various means from small volunteering groups to social enterprise according to profit level.

영유아 교사의 의사소통능력과 교사효능감이 어린이집 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (Study on Influence of Communication Ability and Early Childhood Teachers' Sense of Efficacy on Organizational Effectiveness of Child Care Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of early childhood teachers' communication ability, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness of child care centers. The subjects of this study were 397 teachers working at child care centers. The results of this study were as follows. First, differences in the organization effectiveness of child care centers were detected according to teachers' age, career, type of child care center where they were affiliated, and marriage status. Second, the relative effects of the teachers' communication ability and teacher efficacy on the organizational effectiveness of early-childhood educational institutions differed significantly according to each sub-factor; teachers' communication ability's sub-factors - response, analysis, and evaluation - and teacher efficacy's sub-factors - general efficacy and personal efficacy - had partial effects on the organizational effectiveness of child care centers. Of these, personal efficacy had the greatest effects on all sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. This study is significant since it identifies the variables that could affect the organizational effectiveness of child care centers.
