Study on equity of taxation for non-residential property by analysis of actual transaction price (실거래가격 분석을 통한 비주거용 부동산의 과세형평성 연구)

  • "Law on price announcement for real estate" which was revised as of Jan. 19, 2016 (will be enforced as of Sep. 1, 2016) decided the introduction of 'Price announcement system for non-residential property' for the first time. However, its introduction seems to be delayed based on two reasons. Firstly the methodology for introduction of non-property system is not definitized, despite many problems were brought up for current tax base of non-residential property. In addition, changes in tax base will place a burden on the government. In this regard, this study analyzed actual transaction price data throughout one year to analyze equity of taxation for non-residential property and to find major factor which affects on the tax base, in relation with the change of current public announcement system to actual transaction based system. And this is the first study that applied actual transaction price to non-residential property.

Robust Response Transformation Using Outlier Detection in Regression Model (회귀모형에서 이상치 검색을 이용한 로버스트 변수변환방법)

  • Transforming response variable is a general tool to adapt data to a linear regression model. However, it is well known that response transformations in linear regression are very sensitive to one or a few outliers. Many methods have been suggested to develop transformations that will not be influenced by potential outliers. Recently Cheng (2005) suggested to using a trimmed likelihood estimator based on the idea of the least trimmed squares estimator(LTS). However, the method requires presetting the number of outliers and needs many computations. A new method is proposed, that can solve the problems addressed and improve the robustness of the estimates. The method uses a stepwise procedure, suggested by Hadi and Simonoff (1993), to detect outliers that determine response transformations.

Numerical Simulations of Suspended Sediment Concentration in Open-Channel Flows over Smooth-Rough Bed Strips (조.세립상(組.細粒床)의 대상(帶狀)연속구조를 갖는 개수로 흐름의 부유사 농도 분포 수치모의)

  • 조.세립상(組.細粒床) 대상(帶狀)연속구조를 갖는 개수로 흐름의 부유사 농도분포를 수치모의 하였다. 흐름의 지배방정식인 Navier-Stokes 방정식은 레이놀즈응력모형을 이용하여 해석되었으며, 와점성계수 개념을 이용하여 부유사 수송 방정식을 해석하였다. 기존의 실험결과와 비교하여 모형의 검증을 실시하였으며, 동일한 흐름에 대하여 부유사 농도 분포를 계산하였다. 부유사량의 계산 결과 매끈한 하상 위의 노도분포가 거친하상 위 보다 크게 나타났다. 또한 수치모의로부터 산정된 와확산계수를 Wang and Cheng(2005)이 제안한 해석적 방법과 비교 하였다.

Improvement of Stream Water Quality by Applying Best Management Practice to a Watershed Using SWAT Model (SWAT 모형을 이용한 최적관리기법 적용에 따른 하천수질 개선연구)

  • 우리나라의 수질 관리는 점오염원 관리에 집중되어 왔다. 수계의 수질이 크게 향상되지 않는 이유는 점오염원의 관리가 엄격히 수행되고 있는 가운데 비점오염원의 영향이 큰 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서는 수문수질 모의가 가능한 SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형을 이용하여, 비점오염원 저감을 위한 BMP (Best Management Practice) 시나리오를 작성하여 비점오염 부하량의 저감효과를 모의하였다. SWAT 모형의 적용성 평가를 위해 충주댐 유역 ($6,585.1km^2$)을 대상으로 민감도 분석을 통해 최적의 유출 및 유사관련 매개 변수를 선정하였으며, 1998년 부터 2003년까지의 기간 동안 일별 유출, 월별 수질자료에 대한 보정 및 검증을 실시하였다. 전체 17개 소유역에 대한 검보정에 의해 산정된 수질자료인 TN (Total Nitrogen), TP (Total Phosphorus) 그리고 sediment의 부하량을 파악하여 소유역별 TN, TP, Sediment 오염부하특성을 파악하였고, 이에 대하여 선정한 7개의 BMP 시나리오를 소유역의 오염 특성에 맞게 적용하였다. 선정한 BMP 시나리오로는 Streambank stabilization, Porous gully plugs, Recharge structures, Conservation tillage, Terrace, Contour farming 그리고 Manure incorporation이 있고 각 시나리오는 흐름에서의 침전물 감소, 단기간의 토양침식 저감, 지하수양의 증가, 경작지의 침식감소, 지표유출 저하, 흐름에서의 영양물질 감소를 목적으로 최적의 매개변수를 설정하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합적으로 고찰해 볼 때 SWAT 모형은 실측자료를 바탕으로 비점오염에 의한 하천수질 모의가 가능하며, 이 결과를 가지고 BMP시나리오를 적용하여 비점오염 저감에 따른 하천수질 개선을 기대할 수 있다.

A Study on the Service Satisfaction of University Library Portal for Chinese Students in Korea (중국 유학생의 대학도서관 포털 서비스 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study deals with the role and responsibility of university library in multicultural society. For this purpose, centered the Chinese students in Pusan University, with internet questionnaire surveys on customer satisfaction to the current library portal service and set up a effective digital library evaluation model. In the meanwhile we borrowed evaluation methods and items from LibQUAL+ in part, a world wide famous model, and use Tsinghua University Library's evaluation statistic norms. To summarize the results of this survey, Chinese student's service satisfaction about Pusan University library is still fairly low. Undergraduate and graduate students(including doctor courses) group follows, undergraduates student's satisfaction level is lower than graduate. By analyzing simple satisfaction we can know that library portal service maintained low importance or influence to the user, to internet space user's satisfaction is a relatively high level. And compared with other dimension, statistic data show out that internet space user's satisfaction still maintained a relative high level.

An Esitimation of Lognitudinal Dispersion Coefficient in Natural Stram Using Hydraulic Model (수리모형을 이용한 자연하천에서 종확산계수 추정)

  • To estimate the longitudinal dispersion coefficient at the downstream of Jungrang-River, the undistorted 1/20 scale hydraulic model was used in this study. Experiments were conducted for dry season discharge, and Rhodamine B was used as a tracer. The relationship curve between concentration and conductivity of Rhodamine B was otained by laboratory test, and the conductivity which was measured in hydraulic model was converted to concentration using this curve. The longitudinal dispersion coefficient was calculated using the relationship between the peak concentration and the time to peak concentration. The results of this study were compared with the calculated values by the empirical equations for the longitudinal dispersion coefficient and with the field data. The results of comparison show that Parker's equation underestimates, and Liu'g equation and Iwasa and Aya's one overestimate, and McQuivey and Keefer's equations, Fischer's one, Magazine's one, and Seo and Cheong's one predict relatively well. The measured data sets were relatively close to the observed ones in natural river. The longitudinal dispersion coefficient at the downstream of Jungrang-River was estimated $10\textrm{m}^2/s$.

Regional Disparity and Its determinants of $CO_2$ Emissions from Residential Energy Consumption in China (주거 에너지 소비에 따른 이산화탄소 배출량의 지역 격차와 격차요인 분석 -중국의 성(省)급을 대상으로 하여-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the regional disparity and its determinants of $CO_2$ emission from the residential energy consumption in China. This study examines factors that affect the $CO_2$ emission per capita using the panel model. The panel model was set by a balanced panel data for 30 provinces and for the period of 2006~2011. $CO_2$ emission per capita is used as the dependent variable and characteristics of the household and regional physical environmental factors are selected as the explanatory variables. The important findings can be summarized as follows. $CO_2$ emission per capita is influenced by the ratio of the graduate students, household size, the ratio of the old-aged, female economic participation rate. High residential density is negatively affected on $CO_2$ emission. The findings suggest that the effect of policies reducing $CO_2$ emission per capita may vary by characteristics of the household, energy sources and regional climate. The results of this empirical study give some implications to reduce the residential energy consumption in the era of climate change.

  • This study verified the moderating effect of brand familiarity and openness in the relationship between micro and macro-national image in Chinese market and brand attitude. The research methods used in this study based on previous studies, a research model was established, related research hypotheses were set up, and Chinese consumers were selected as survey subjects to conduct surveys and data collection, and the suitability test and research hypothesis of the model were verified. As a result of this study, Micro and macro-national image had a positive effect on brand attitude, brand familiarity and openness had no moderating effect on micro-national image, and macro-national image had a moderating effect on macro-economic image. The results of this study provide implications for companies in Korea, the United States, and Japan, which have close relations with China in the Chinese market, to utilize various business strategies.

  • Today people use a smartphone as a tool for enjoying personal hobbies or entertaining contents as well as communication media. Most of the traditional game-specific platforms have transferred to smartphones equipped with social network games that integrate games with human relationships. As average life span of most games has been shortened gradually, game companies should be ready to develop new games to meet user needs. In this study we investigate the acceptance of social games, enjoyable by users and their friends linked in social networks. Since user behavior of social games may show cultural differences by country, we perform a comparative study on acceptance of social games between Korean and Chinese users. The structural relationships among factors affecting social game adoption have been analyzed focusing on differences between Korean and Chinese. We analyze similarities and differences of adoption mechanism in two countries and present some practical implications for related industry.

Design and Development of Web-Based Decision Support Systems for Wheat Management Practices Using Process-Based Crop Model (과정기반 작물모형을 이용한 웹 기반 밀 재배관리 의사결정 지원시스템 설계 및 구축)

  • This study aimed to design and build a web-based decision support system for wheat cultivation management. The system is designed to collect and measure the weather environment at the growth stage on a daily basis and predict the soil moisture content. Based on this, APSIM, one of the process-based crop models, was used to predict the potential yield of wheat cultivation in real time by making decisions at each stage. The decision-making system for wheat crop management was designed to provide information through a web-based dashboard in consideration of user convenience and to comprehensively evaluate wheat yield potential according to past, present, and future weather conditions. Based on the APSIM model, the system estimates the current yield using past and present weather data and predicts future weather using the past 40 years of weather data to estimate the potential yield at harvest. This system is expected to be developed into a decision support system for farmers to prescribe irrigation and fertilizer in order to increase domestic wheat production and quality by enhancing the yield estimation model by adding influence factors that can contribute to improving wheat yield.
