저물시멘트비 페이스트의 시멘트수화율 및 자기수축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Hydration Ratio and Autogenous Shrinkage of Low Water/cement Ratio Paste)

  • Autogenous shrinkage of concrete has been defined as decrease in volume due to hydration cement, not due to other causes such as evaporation, temperature change and external load and so on. For ordinary concretes, autogenous shrinkage is so little compared to the other deformations that it has been dignored. It has recently been proved, however, that autogenous shrinkage considerably increase with decrease in water to cement ratio. And it has been reported that cracking can be caused by autogenous shrinkage, when high- strength concretes were used. In this study, we propose an analytical system to represent autogenous shrinkage in cement paste in order to control crack due to autogenous shrinkage. The system is composed with the hydration model and pore structure model. Contrary to the usual assumption of uniform properties in the hydration progress, the hydration model to refine Tomosawa's represents the situation that inner and outer products are made in cement paste. The pore structure model is based upon the physical phenomenon of ion diffusion in cement paste and chemical phenomenon of hydration in cement particle. The proposed model can predict the pore volume ratio and the pore structure in cement paste under variable environmental conditions satisfactorily The autogenous shrinkage prdiction system with regard to pore structure development and hydration at early ages for different mix-proportions shows a reasonable agreement with the experimental data.

회주철의 수축결함생성에 미치는 주조방안 및 화학조성의 영향 (Effects of Risering Design and Chemical Composition on Formation of Shrinkage Cavity in Gray Cast Iron)

  • The effects of risering design and alloying element on the formation of defects such as external depression, primary and secondary shrinkage cavity in gray cast iron were investigated. Two types of risering design for the cylindrically step-wise specimen, No. 1(progressive solidification) and No. 2(directional solidification) risering designs, were prepared and five different alloy compositions were casted. In the No. 1 risering design, external depression or primary shrinkage cavity due to liquid contraction was observed in all the specimens from ISO 150 to ISO 350. The primary shrinkage cavity was located right under the top surface or connected to the top surface, and was characterized by smooth surface. Its size increased with an increase in ISO number. However, neither secondary shrinkage cavity nor swollen surface was observed in all the castings. In the No.2 risering design, neither primary shrinkage cavity nor secondary shrinkage cavity was observed in all the specimens due to proper risering design. A swollen surface was also not observed in all the castings with the application of pep-set mold.

고강도 콘크리트의 건조수축 (Drying Shrinkage of High-Strength Concrete)

  • Drying shrinkage is the decrease in the volume of a concrete element when it loses moisture by evaporating. Because of low water/binder ratio(W/B) and the use of chemical and mineral admixtures for high-strength concrete, the evolutions of moisture and the rate of cement hydration in high- strength concrete are significantly different from those in normal strength concrete. In this study, the drying shrinkage of high-strength concrete with and without fly ash was measured up to the age of 200 days. From the experimental test results, it was observed that the drying shrinkage decreased as the W/B decreased. As the W/B is lowered from 0.50 to 0.27, the difference of drying shrinkage between the fly ash concrete and the ordinary concrete is gradually increased.

고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축 예측모델에 관한 연구 (Prediction Model on Autogenous Shrinkage of High Performance Concrete)

  • 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축은 초기균열을 유도할 수 있기 때문에 내구성 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 실험을 통해 혼화재료를 혼입한 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축 특성을 분석한 후 예측모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 실험변수를 가진 시편에 대해 광범위한 실험을 수행하였다. 주요 실험변수는 혼화재료의 종류 및 혼입률로 설정하였으며 물-시멘트비는 30%로 고정하였다. 실험결과 플라이애시를 치환한 경우에는 자기수축량이 다소 감소하였으며, 고로슬래그를 사용한 경우에는 자기수축이 증가하였다. 또한, 수축저감제 및 팽창재의 혼입량이 클수록 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 한편, 본 논문에서는 회귀분석을 통해 혼화재료를 사용한 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축 예측식을 제안하였으며, 제안된 자기수축 예측식은 실험결과와 비교적 일치하였다

  • This research was to evaluate the shrinkage and durability performance of latex modified repair mortar and to improve the service lift of the agricultural concrete structures. The shrinkage characteristics of the repair material creates the delamination of repair materials and existing concrete. It may reduce the service life of structures. Also the reduction of durability performance of the repair materials induces the destruction of the repaired concrete structures at early stage. In this research, plastic and drying shrinkage, thermal expansion coefficient for shrinkage properties, durability performance, permeability, repeated freezing and thawing, and resistance of chemical solution test were performed. Test results showed that the latex modified repair mortar indicated the shrinkage amount which the delamination does not happen, and the latex modified repair mortar appeared excellent long-term durability performance which can increase the service life.

금속인서트 사출성형품의 수축현상에 관한 연구 (Research of Shrinkage Phenomenon on Metal Insert Injection Molded Parts)

  • Engineering plastics have been magnified its usability due to its outstanding mechanic al, electrical and chemical properties, for example, in the area of computer, electricity, electronics, automobile, camera industry. In recent, automobile speedometer system is changing from manual operation to motor operation. All plastic gears inserted by metal shaft are used In motor operated speedometer system. Therefore, in this research, experimental investigation of the shrinkage phenomenon was executed according to various inserted depth and injection conditions. In experiments, the inserted depth was controlled as 30% and 90% of the total thickness of the plastic gear. The main parameters of injection process were selected as injection pressure, holding pressure, melt temperature, injection rate. As main results, free shrinkage rate of the test part is increased about 4 times to restricted shrinkage rate and shrinkage phenomenon against all injection conditions have a trivial effect on the test parts as conventional parts.

  • In this paper, we investigated quality properties for the expansive of the CaO-$CaSO_4$ family which used to compensate dry-shrinkage in the floor mortar of On-Dol heating System. This experimental study established the mix condition with quantity of the expansive and is to investigate the relativity between the compress strength and the length change and the relativity between the chemical properties and the length change with the analysis of the physical and chemical properties. As a result of the study, the expansive is controlled by more the CaO than the $CaSO_4$. The relativity between the compress strength and the length change is expressed by exponential function, showing that if the expansive performance is increased, the compress strength is decreased. And the relativity between the chemical properties and the length change is only relative the quantity of the F-CaO among the chemical properties, is expressed by the second order function, showing that if the F-CaO is increased, the expansive performance is increased.

  • 상업적으로 이용되는 고분자계 치과용 수복재의 문제점인 중합시 나타나는 부피 수축을 감소시키기 위해 (2,2-비스[4-(2-하이드록시-3-메타크릴로일옥시프로폭시)페닐] 프로판) (bis-GMA), 유도체인 (2,2-비스[3-메틸, 4-(2-하이드록시-3-메타크릴로일옥시프로폭시)페닐] 프로판) (DMBis-GMA)와 (2,2-비스[3,5-디메틸, 4-(2-하이드록시-3-메타크릴로일옥시프로폭시)페닐] 프로판) (TMBis-GMA)를 합성하고 이를 희석제, 스파이로 오쏘카보네이트, 무기 충진재와 혼합하여 새로운 고분자계 치과용 수복재를 제조하였다. Bis-GMA 유도체/Bis-GMA 유도체/희석제 혼합계들 중에서 Bis-GMA/TMBis-GMA/TEGDMA 계의 중합 수축률이 가장 작았다. 이혼합계에 스파이로 오쏘카보네이트를 첨가함으로써 중합 수축률은 더욱 감소하였다. 최소의 중합 수축률을 나타내는 레진 단량체 혼합물을 사용하여 치과용 수복재를 제조한 결과 중합 수축률은 $0.7\%$로 기존 수복재의 중합 수축률 $2.5\%$에 비해 크게 감소하였다. 또 수복재의 기계적 강도는 기존 소재와 비슷하였지만 중합이 완료되는데 필요한 시간은 지연되었다.

콘크리트 배합조건에 따른 수축저감제의 건조수축 특성 (Drying Shrinkage Characteristics of the Concrete Incorporated Shrinkage Reducing Agent According to Mixed Proportion of Concrete)

  • 최근 소비패턴의 변화에 따라 대형마트, 아울렛 및 물류창고 등과 같은 구조물들이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 구조물들은 초평탄 바닥부재를 포함하고 있기 때문에 소성 및 건조수축에 의한 슬래브 부재의 균열 억제 관리를 철저하게 실시한다. 슬래브 부재의 균열을 억제하기 위한 방안으로 화학적 균열저감 방법을 사용하고 있으며, 특히 수축저감제에 대한 사용검토가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 국내 연구결과는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 수축저감제를 사용한 콘크리트의 수축특성과 배합요인 변동에 따른 건조수축 특성을 검토하였다. 국내 수축저감제는 해외 고급형 수축저감제와 성능이 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 수축저감제 사용량이 증가할수록 건조수축 억제 효과는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 수축저감제 1.5%를 사용한 시험체는 재령 100일에서 수축저감제를 사용하지 않은 시험체에 비해 건조수축량이 약 절반으로 나타났다. 또한, 혼화재료 사용에 대해 특별한 성능변화는 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

균열 자기치유형 혼화재 적용 콘크리트의 수축균열 평가 (Evaluation on the shrinkage crack of concrete with crack self-healing agent)

  • Concrete with self-healing admixture can reduce the crack width by using a compound for chemical reaction with incoming water and carbon dioxide through the crack. Also, concrete with self-healing admixtures can reduce early-age shrinkage crack by using a inorganic expansive agent. In this research, we perform the basic workability test and compressive test. Also, We measure the drying shrinkage of concrete specimen. Finally, we make mock-up (3m X 3m X 0.23m) and monitor the crack width and length for 3 months.
