The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of lives and problems of 'Kirogi'(or Wild Goose) fathers, who were called fathers in the 'Kirogi' families, South Korean families separated by an ocean. They almost sent too much money that were $50-100\%$ of their family income to the families abroad, and got economic pressures so severely. More or less, they sold their own real estates, moved to much smaller sized house. and often expended the saving money. Also, they had difficulties of taking care of their children and felt lonely very much. By the hand, they might experience the adaptation process through 3 stages-troubles, acception(or wandering or enjoy), adjust (or violation). They had three types of problems, that is, family relationship problem(the isolation), psychological problem(loneliness and self-control), economic problem (financial pressure and drop of economic status). They found the strategies to overcome these problems for themselves. Firstly, they took lots of methods like email, internet chatting, phone, etc. to communicate with their family everyday and made many events to strengthen the ties among families. Secondly, they got rid of stresses mainly by joining with their colleagues at work. Finally, they decided to lower the standard of living of their family in foreign country or tried to find their wives' jobs to prevent the financial hardship.

attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 장점인 언제 어디서나 편리하게 네트워크를 활용하여 인터넷 서비스를 사용 할 수 있는 점과 다양한 기능을 제공하는 애플리케이션 "나도 입대할래!"를 구현하여 사용자에게 편의제공을 할 수 있도록 하였습니다. 이 애플리케이션은 군대의 정보 중 입대 전 필요한 정보와 군대 생활에 필요한 정보를 사용자가 구분하기 쉽게 설명을 읽고 서로 동감할 수 있는 틀을 만들어 다양한 정보를 확인 할 수 있게 합니다. 구현된 애플리케이션은 기존에 있는 다른 군대 전용 애플리케이션과는 다르게 와이파이 서비스를 이용한 의사 소통공간을 제공하였고, 다양한 정보를 알려주고 군대의 즐거운 추억을 이야기 할 수 있게 합니다. 그 결과 본 논문에서 구현된 애플리케이션은 군 입대자와 부모님 또는 군대 생활에 관심이 있는 사람에게 정보교환을 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 정보교환의 장으로 기대됩니다.

Recently, as e-learning technology advances, interaction and data exchange between lecturers and learners have become very important. In addition, accuracy of data delivery and efficiency of system implementation should be ensured. Considering these aspects, SignalR is the most suitable communication method for constructing an audience response system in e-learning. Existing audience response systems require separate wireless devices and have problems with system compatibility. SignalR, on the other hand, is capable of operating in all environments including PC programs, web, Android, and iOS, and has an advantage of being easy to develop applications. As such, SignalR is widely used in chatting functions for small scale, real-time communication system, and it has never been used to implement an audience response system. Thus, for the first time in this paper, an audience response system using SignalR was proposed and an experiment was conducted on whether it was applicable at the e-learning education field. Therefore, from the results fo an experiment, a variety of e-learning environments can be built through the audience response system using SignalR proposed in this paper.

많은 수의 초등학생들이 인터넷을 다양한 방법으로 활용하고 있으며 그 중 커뮤니케이션을 위한 수단으로도 활용하고 있다. 특히 면대면의 학교 상황에서 여러 요인으로 인해 원활하지 못한 상호작용을 촉진시키기 위한 학급커뮤니티의 활용사례도 급증하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초등학교 사이버 커뮤니티의 관찰과 분석을 통해 사이버 커뮤니티의 교육적 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요 결과로서는 커뮤니티를 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서는 교사가 커뮤니티의 활용 방향성에 대한 목표를 결정하고, 채널 특성에 대한 사전 탐색이 필요하다는 것과, 학생 자율권과 교사 권한을 적절하게 조화시켜 운영해야 한다는 점을 들 수 있다. 또한 사이버 공간에서의 상호작용으로만 그치지 않고 온라인과 오프라인이 상호 유기적으로 운영되어야 하며, 누적물은 학생들의 포트폴리오로서 학기말에 학생들에게 제공될 때 효과적일 것이라는 결론도 도출되었다.

Balinese calendar is defined as a unique calendar system for combining solar-based and lunar-based system and assuming local system. It is considered as guidance of Balinese societies' activities management, starting from meeting arrangement, wedding ceremony, to religious ceremonies. Practically, it has developed in the form of printed Balinese calendar and electronic Balinese calendar, either web or mobile application. The core of the function is to find out the day with its various characteristics in the Balinese Calendar. In general, society usually asks the religious leader to find out the day in detail. The technology of NLP combined with models of pattern discoveries supports the arrangement of the interaction model in searching the good day in Balinese Calendar to equip the conventional searching system in the previous applications. This study will design a dialog model with AIML method in multi-parameter basis; therefore, the users will be dynamically able to use the searching content in various ways by chatting in similar with consulting to a religious leader. This model will be applied in a chatbot basis service in telegram machine. The addition of the context recognition section into 4 paterns has been successfully improve the ability of AIML to recognize input patterns with many criteria. Based on the testing with 50 random input patterns obtained a success rate of 92.5%.

The purpose of this study is to find out how family, school and community variables influence internet behavior problems in adolescents. By focusing on sex differences, this study analyzes female as well as male behavior problems. The data used in this study are gathered from 1,046 middle and high school students in a national sampling. The results are as follows. Internet addiction is the most frequently occurring problem. A chi-square test shows that male students have higher experience rates than female students in obscene chatting and violent games. A series of logistic regressions are performed to blow the relative influence of independent variables controlling for each other. In the case of male students' internet behavior problems, region, communications with their parents, interactions with their close friends, and satisfaction with community facilities are significant variables. Interactions with friends are significant in predicting behavior problems of both female and male students. Suggestions and implications with regard to intervention strategies for adolescents are discussed.

인터넷 메신저는 개인뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 많이 사용하고 있다. 메신저는 메일, 쪽지, SMS 서비스 등의 많은 기능을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 서비스를 제공하고 있는 메신저는 보안상의 많은 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 기존 Nate-on은 사용자의 개인 정보를 서버 DB에 저장을 하여 내부자 공격에 노출되고, 클라이언트간의 데이터 또한 네트워크상에 단순히 전달되었다. 이러한 정보 노출 문제점을 해결하기 위한 프로토콜을 제안한다.

Purpose: The prevalence of problematic internet usage among college students is a cause for concern. There is a lack of study examining influences of cognitive protecting or buffering factors on internet addiction among college students. The purpose of this study was to examine influences of depression, ego-resilience, and active stress coping on internet addiction tendency (IAT) among college students. Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive design was used. Data were collected between October and December 2013. A convenience sample of 244 students completed self-report questionnaires consisting of Ego-resiliency Scale, Ways of Coping Checklist, Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression, and Self-report Scale for Internet Use. Stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed for data analysis. Results: We found that higher levels of depression were associated with higher levels of IAT. However, an inverse association was found between active stress coping and IAT. Students who mainly used the internet for chatting showed lower levels of IAT than those who used the internet for games or blogs. These factors explained 15.1% of the variance in IAT of college students. Conclusion: The study results suggest that stress coping strategies and depression are important factors for evaluation when developing intervention programs targeting college students with problematic internet use.

최근 정보통신 기술들이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 다양한 통신 기술들 중에서도 업무의 효율을 높이고자 회사 및 가정, 학교 등에서 자주 사용되고 있는 영상채팅시스템을 구현해보고자 한다. 쿼타임 코덱 중 가장 보편적인 코덱으로 인코딩이 쉽고 저사양의 CPU만으로도 실시간 스트리밍이 가능한 H.263 코덱을 사용하여 영상채팅시스템을 Visual C++로 구현을 하였다. 전송로의 지연을 줄이기 위하여 영상, 음성, 텍스트 등을 압축하고 복원하는 데 걸리는 시간을 최소화기 위하여 데이터의 전송대역폭을 적절히 조절하는 알고리듬을 제안하여 전송지연을 최소화하였다. 또한 P2P 방식을 사용하여 다양한 영상 환경에 대하여 영상 및 텍스트 데이터의 안정성과 화질이 우수함을 보였으며, 실시간 가스안전관리 상담에 이용하여 업무의 효율을 높이고자 한다.
