Using the narrative method of qualitative research, this study of the puerperal period (6 weeks just after delivery) analyzed how mothers, after birthing their first child, changed from women to mothers. The survey of 8 mothers was implemented by personal interviews, talking on the phone, or chatting on the internet 5 to 7 times each over one year. Results showed that mothers first realized that they were changing from women to mothers by experiencing sudden physical changes through delivery and lactation and by such childrearing behaviors as feeding, bathing, and putting their child to bed. Mothers recognized this process was facilitated by relationships with others owing to their shared interest in the child.

채팅 시스템은 사람이 사용하는 자연어를 이용해 컴퓨터와 대화를 하는 시스템이다. 한국어 특성상 대화체에서 동일한 의미를 가졌지만 다른 형태를 가진 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 Attention mechanism Encoder-Decoder Model을 사용해 한국어 특성에 맞는 효과적인 생성 모델을 만들 수 있는 입력, 출력 단위를 제안한다. 실험에서 정성 평가와 ROUSE, BLEU 평가를 진행한 결과 형태소 단위의 입력 보다 본 논문에서 제안한 색인어 입력 단위의 성능이 높고, 의사 형태소 단위 출력 보다 음절 단위 출력을 사용한 시스템이 더 문법적 오류가 적고 적합한 응답을 생성하는 것을 보였다.

The internet call systems using CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) functions are designed with system configuration, DFD(Data Flow Diagram) and ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram) in this paper. The internet call systems are constructed to cooperate with conventional CTI call center. The internet phone calls occurred from the web browser of customer can be connected throughout VoIP gateway and PBX to many counselors. The internet call systems can provide various services; customer information service, escorted browsing service, text chatting service, text sharing service, conference service, and statistical analysis service.

In this paper, a chatbot for emotional stress recognition and management using rule-based method and NLP is designed and developed to tackle various emotional stresses of people through questionnaire. For this, Dialogflow as open chatbot development platform and Facebook messenger as chatting platform are used. We can build natural and resourceful conversational experiences through predefined questions by using powerful tools of Dialogflow, and can use developed chatbot on the Facebook page messenger. Developed chatbot perceives emotional stresses of user by user-input which is either text or choice of predefined answer. It also gives user questions according to the user's feeling, and assess the strength of the emotional stresses, and provide a solution to the user. Further research can improve the developed chatbot by using open Korean NLP library and database of emotions and stresses.

본 논문에서는 MPEG4 표준 코덱을 사용하여 다자간 멀티미디어 프로그램을 구현하는데 있어서 효율적으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하는 방법과 그 구현에 대해서 연구한다. 다자간 멀티미디어 프로그램은 크게 음성, 영상, 텍스트의 멀티미디어 요소를 가지고 있으며 각각의 데이터는 네트워크를 통해 여러 사용자에게 전송이 되는데 네트워크를 통해 전송되어지는 데이터를 최소화하기 위한 여러가지 방법을 제시하고 각 방법에 대한 전송효율에 대하여 분석한다. 본 논문에서는 서버-클라이언트 모델을 사용하여 이 방법들을 구현하였으며 현재 8명의 사용자가 동시에 접속하여 다자간 멀티미디어 프로그램을 사용할 수 있도록 하였고 그 이상의 사용자 수에 대해서도 변경할 수 있도록 하였다.

영상 채팅은 기존의 문자 위주의 채팅에서 벗어나 멀티미디어 시대에 맞출 영상과 음성을 지원할 뿐만 아니라, 파일을 전송할 수도 있는 멀티미디어 기반의 채팅 시스템이다. 특히, 이 멀티미디어 채팅 시스템을 통해 화상통화를 할 수 있고, 또한 국제 전화 및 시외전화를 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 문자기반 채팅 서비스와 차별화 된 고품질의 멀티미디어 데이팅 시스템을 개발하여, 네트워크를 통해 5인 이상이 참여하는 데이팅에서 참가자의 음성과 문자는 실시간 전송된다 초당 15 프레임 이상 비디오를 동시에 송수신 할 수 있다. 기존의 방법과는 달리 본 시스템은 ITU의 영상회의 표준인 H.323에 근거하여 수정하여 사용하였으며, 실질적으로 가장 중요한 비디오$\boxUl$오디오 코덱은 권고안에 충실히 따랐다.

The reciprocal relationship between the interpersonal tie and the internet dependency is focused in the study. Mainly, chi-squire test and ANOVA are used in testing the hypothesized relationship of the internet dependency with the interpersonal tie before and after using internet. The strong relationship with the internet dependency is found in internet's both-directional communicating function such as chatting, game, gambling, etc. The level of internet dependency is high when individual's tie with friends, colleagues, or neighbors is strong; but it is lower when individual's emotional tie with family members is stronger. It is confirmed that excessive usage of internet damages family relationship. Conversely, it is also clear that the emotional support from family members is essential for preventing or enhancing internet dependency. This implies that internet dependency is not an individual problem, but that it should be treated under the consideration of his/her family system.
