보행자 우선도로 개선 사업으로 인한 교통사고 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Traffic Accidents Around the Pedestrian Priority Zone)

  • 국내는 온실가스를 줄이고 보행자 중심의 친환경 도시를 지향하고자 일부지역에 보행자 우선지역을 시행하고 있다. 이는 대중교통 중심의 서비스 개선 및 여유로운 보행공간의 확보 측면에서 시민의 만족도가 높았으며, 친환경 교통수단의 도입으로 온실가스의 감축효과에 기여했다. 그러나 보행자 우선지역은 보행환경 개선 측면에는 영향력이 높지만 주변 교통흐름에는 악영향을 주는 만큼 시행에 따른 교통 환경 변화를 예측할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 수원시 행궁동 생태교통 지역을 중심으로 보행자 우선도로 시행에 따라 행사주변의 효과를 도출하기 위해 사전사후 평가를 활용한 교통사고 특성변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 보행자 우선도로는 보행자 중심으로 설계되어 운영되는 만큼 보행자 관련 사고는 줄었으나, 차량의 회전교통 제한에 따른 불법유턴 사고 및 속도 저하에 따른 신호위반 사고가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 각 지역에는 행사를 시행하기 전 운전자에게 각별한 주의가 요구되며, 행사구역 인근에 본 연구 특성이 반영된 안전표지판 및 어플 정보를 제공하여 교통사고에 유념할 필요가 있겠다.

도시 압축도와 주거밀도가 통행발생에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 서울시 출근 통행을 중심으로 (Effects of Urban Compactness and Residential Density on Trip Generation: Focusing on Work Trips in Seoul, Korea)

  • 일반적으로 고밀도 도시는 더 많은 접근성도 높고, 다양한 교통시스템을 운영한다. 그러나 반대로 차량 속도도 늦고 통행 비용이 많이 들기 때문에 가구 당 년간 평균 차량주행거리는 상대적으로 적다. 결국 도시압축도가 높은 도시일수록 교통수요가 작아지는 현상이 나타난다. 오늘날 각국의 토지이용계획에서는 압축도시를 지지한다. 상당한 논쟁에도 불구하고 압축도시는 지속가능한 도시화의 중요한 대안으로 간주된다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시압축도가 높을수록 교통수요를 줄일 수 있는지에 대하여 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울시의 각 동(dong)간의 도시압축도와 통행발생에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 특히, 대도시 통행발생의 근원이 되는 출근통행을 대상으로 한다. 혼합용도, 이용 패턴을 고려한 서울시 424개의 동을 육각 다이어그램으로 나타내었다. 가구 수와 제조업, 상업/서비스업 종사자 수 간의 상대적인 편차를 근거로 존의 통행발생율에 대한 도시압축도의 효과를 분석하기 위해 다중선형회귀 모형을 개발하였다. 결과적으로 주거밀도와 혼합용도지역의 통행발생율이 비교적 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 더욱이 압축지역의 사람들은 타 지역에 비해 대중교통 이율이 높은 경향을 보였다.

  • 도시의 무분별한 확대를 방지하고 대중교통 이용을 활성화 하기 위한 다양한 노력이 지속되고 있으며, 그 중 하나가 대중교통지향형 도시개발(TOD)이다. 이는 대중교통결절점을 중심으로 여러 구성요소가 조화롭게 개발되는 계획기법이다. 본 연구의 목적은 밀도(Density) 및 다양성(Diversity) 등의 토지이용특성과 가로망 및 건물형성 등의 도시설계특성이 대중교통이용증대에 미치는 영향을 서울시를 대상으로 실증적으로 파악하는 것이다. 먼저 토지이용특성과 도시설계특성을 대변하는 다양한 계획요소를 고찰하고 서울시를 대상으로 총 32개의 계획요소를 도출하였다. 다음으로 요인분석을 수행하여 7개의 요인을 도출한 후, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 전반적으로 업무 및 상업중심의 고밀도 특성과 토지이용의 복합화, 그리고 협소한 가로망이 밀집되어 있는 특성은 대중교통이용증대에 매우 큰 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 그러므로 신도시개발시 또는 기존 역세권을 정비할 때 이와 같은 요소의 반영은 대중교통의 이용을 증대시켜 대중교통중심도시가 형성될 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 보여주고 있다.

  • 버스정보시스템(bus information system, BIS)은 지능형교통시스템(intelligent transportation systems, ITS)의 일환으로서 버스정류장에서 버스를 기다리고 있는 이용자들에게 실시간의 버스교통정보를 제공하는 첨단대중교통시스템의 하나이다. 그러나 본 연구대상지역인 울산광역시를 포함하여 버스정보시스템을 운영하고 있는 대부분의 도시에서는 아직 적정의 버스도착시간 예측모형이 구축되어 있지 않기 때문에 현재의 버스위치, 이용자들의 버스 기다리는 시간, 버스 도착시간 등의 보다 정확한 버스정보가 버스 이용자들에게 제공되지 않는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연구대상 간선도로에 대해 실시간의 버스교통특성 자료를 조사하여 버스운행특성을 확인하고, 연구대상구간을 버스 정류장, 교차로 및 순행구간의 단위구간으로 세분하여 각 단위구간에 대해 지수평활법, 가중평활법 및 Kalman Filter법을 적용하여 최적의 단위구간 통행시간 예측모형을 구축하며, 마지막으로 버스정류장에서 실시간의 버스도착시간을 예측하기 위한 최적의 통합모형을 제시하고자 한다.

1기 신도시 고층고밀 아파트단지의 재생을 위한 개발현황 분석에 관한 연구 - 분당신도시를 중심으로 - (A study on Actual Conditions Analysis for Regeneration of High-rise and High-density Apartment in the 1st period New Town)

  • High-rise and high-density apartment complexes have been built and supplied on a large scale in the 1st period New Town of metropolitan areas since the late 1980s. Recently it has become necessary to improve those apartment complexes which have blight problems for aging more than about 20 years accompanying simultaneity and a large scale. The purpose of this study is to analyze actual conditions of high-rise and high-density apartments in a view of sustainable regeneration. The contents and methods of this study are as follows. First, the concept of high-rise and high-density in domestic apartment developments were identified through review of literature and the law. Second, development conditions of Bundang new town and 1st period new town were studied. Third, the evelopment conditions of high-rise and high-density apartments in cases of 6 apartment complexes were analyzed from points of view of sustainable development by literature review and a field study. The results of this study are as follows. First, high-density range in domestic apartments can be conceptualized as 600 persons/ha. High-rise range in domestic apartments can be onceptualized as more than 11 stories under 30 stories. Second, characteristics and subjects based on actual conditions analysis could suggest on physio-environmental aspect and socio-economic aspect. Major characteristics and subjects of the physio-environmental aspect were 1.satisfaction of convenient facilities and public transportation service, 2.shortage of parking space, 3.uniform & blight of community facilities, 4.uniformed building layout, and 5.uniform pattern of unit plan and low flexibility by the bearing wall structure. And those of the socio-economical aspect were 1.satisfaction of current community, 2.increase and diversity of needs of the elderly by socio-demography change, 3.improvement of size and method of apartment complex development and 4.raising of economic-sufficiency.

광주, 전남지역에서의 업종별 악성종양 발생에 관한 연구 - 1종 의료보험 자료를 중심으로 - (A Study of Cancer Cases by Industry in Kwangju-Chonnam Area - Based on Industrial Medical Insurance Record -)

  • In order to investigate the occurrence characteristics of cancer in terms of industry in Kwangju-Chonnam area, medical utilization records of industrial medical insurance corporations during the period of 1987 to 1988 were reviewed for the identification of neoplastic disease. The cases obtained from the medical records were followed up for the verification and to get additional information. Standardized incidence data were compared by occupational characteristics. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the difference of incidence or distribution of cancer as a whole or of some selected cancer. Total cases of cancer identified were 242 during the study period. Annual incidence rate was calculated as 123.1 per 100,000 person. The frequent types of cancer were cancers of stomach, liver, lung, colon and rectum, bladder and lymphoma in descending order. Employees of mine and other sand handling industries showed significantly higher risks for cancer of stomach and cancer as a whole. Employees of the transportation industry showed the higher risk for cancer of liver, Workers in small-sized industry (${\leqq}100$) had a higher risk for cancer than who in large-sized industry (<100). These findings suggested the effect of occupational environmental exposure to cancer development.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

민간의료보험 도입 활성화 방안도출을 위한 지역별 인식 비교 분석 -서울경기와 대구경북 지역을 중심으로- (Analyses on the Use Pattern of a General Hospital - With Cases of Seoul-KyungKi and DaeGu-KyungBuk Area-)

  • This study aims at deriving any useful information necessary to strengthen the competitiveness for growth through empirical analyses on a general hospital located in a province in order to countermeasure the opening and competition of medical markets. The characteristics of user were identified on the basis of disease groups under KCD in the research method. In addition, the analysis on the expenses of diagnosis and treatment was divided into the treatment progress and degree of hospital resource utilization. And the regression was carried out to identify the impacts of characteristics of inpatient users on the degree of hospital resource utilization. As a result of major research, the inpatient users of the general hospital located in the provincial area in consideration of inpatient users were formed around the inpatient disease groups representative for Korea. And it was understood that most of residents within a distance of 40 minute by the public transportation were using. Although there are restrictions that the analyses were carried out for a general hospital in a province, the findings of this study can be considered a generalized model for the management of provincial general hospitals when we consider the current circumstance that the diagnosis and treatment are carried out by provincial medical institutions primarily for patients in general within the province, along with implications that any general hospital in Korea should be equipped with the facilities, equipments and human resources under the Medical Treatment Act.

응급실 내원자의 의료서비스 만족에 관한 연구 (A study on Medical servicer satisfaction of Emergency Department patient)

  • To offer basic data about the influential factors on patient's Satisfaction level for emergency medical services the authors were performed this study in 60 patients visited to emergency room of third stage general hospital in Taejeon city. Data were collected through interview with patients by using a 15 items' questionaire according to care subscale, teaching subscale of Likert's five stage quantitative scale and the tools developed by Barbara Davis. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS/PC computerized program for mean, standard deviation, percentage, ANOVA, t-test, and pearson correlation. The results are as followings ; 1. Satisfaction of emergency medical service were showed in care area, but not showed in teaching and total area 2. Satisfaction of sociodemographic characteristics were a statistically significant difference only marriage, that were the higher in marriaged than single(P<.0.05). 3. In the emergency situation characteristics the satisfaction accordings to the visit cause were lower in accident than disease group, the reason of hospital selection were in order trust, introduction group, distance, traffic, kinds, and score of satisfaction were showed each of 43.47, 51.27(P<.001), the transportation vehicle was the 119, hospital ambulance group. but were not a satistically significant difference. 4. The negative correlation was observed between satisfaction and the length of stay at ER and the longer length of stay at ER was showed the lower satisfaction. But the positive correlation was observed between satisfacton and the arrival time, patients who arrived ER from 6:00P.M. to midnight were more satisfied than patients who arrived other time. 5. The length of stay at ER was significantly different according to the reason of hospital selection, the reason of ER selection, the visitant cause and hopital decisioner. Especially the length of stay was much longer in accident group and unconscious group.

레포츠피싱을 통한 어가소득 증대에 관한 연구 (Feasibility of Enhancing Fishing Household Income Through Leports-fishing Development)

  • This study aims at analyzing the potential of leports-fishing for improving fishing household income. Leports-fishing is a composite concept which is combined with those of leisure, sports and fishing. Korean on-shore resources have also a composite characteristic. The characteristics of the east, west and south coastal waters are quite different in geography, biology and ecology. There is a array of leports-fishing development potentials of utilizing their characteristics. At present, angling forms a main activity of leports-fishing, but coastal seas would be an emerging space for the public. In order for them to be a ground of fun, enjoyment and festivals, there would be necessary to supply a wide range of activities including angling, scuba diving, fish barbecue, ecological experience, fishing experience, cruise, and so forth. As seen in the survey results, the participants have strong desire for fun and enjoyment through leports-fishing activities. The proportion of people participating in one or two times a year amounts to 40 percent. Most coastal places visited are close to medium/large cities and two-days leports-fishing/ tourism accounts for some 77 percent. However, it is shown that conflicts between leports-fishing participants and fishermen are not serious. The results of expenditure function estimation appear that the elasticity of per capita income is very high with 1.2660 and that there are negative relationships between leports-fishing expenditure and transportation/food/lodging costs. Assuming the economic growth rate of 4 percent, it is anticipated that Korean leports-fishing population will increase to 3.18 million in 2010 and 4.07 million in 2015. Korean leports-fishing market potential in 2015, which is calculated based on per capita expenditure on leports-fishing appeared to be 1,400 billion won$\sim$1,600 billion won. The contribution of such market potential is expected to be 62.3$\sim$74.2 percent(934.5 billion won$\sim$111.3 billion won) to the fishing households.
