This study aims to construct Constitution Information Bank to objectification of Sasang Constitution Diagnosis and Treatment. 422 cases clinically confirmed their Constitution by experts are collected retrospectively and 219 cases for constitution-family study are also collected in Constitution Information Bank from Nov. 2006 to Sept. 2007. The information include their physique, appearance, character, temper, symptom and treatment records. Their DNA cell lines also included in Constitution Information Bank for constitution-genome study. Constitution Information Bank is composed of constitution-clinical information -physique, appearance, character, temper, symptom and treatment records- and biological information -DNA genotyping data-. Total of 550 cases are collected in Constitution Information Bank from Nov. 2006 to Sept. 2007. Among these, 219 cases are for constitution-family study, especially, 74 cases are collected from Han's large family.

This study is aimed at the status analysis and formulation of directions for the library and information science as part of major study area for the education and training of archivist. For this purpose, this study analyzed curricular of library and information science department of 35 four year universities all over Korea and the changes in the curricular of records management area and reviewed and analyzed the library and information science professors's articles of records management area which were published in 7 journals for the purpose of their publication trend. It was found out that the study trend of the record management area, as part of library and information science, was influenced by the new study fields, the increase in subject opening, founding of academic societies and publication of new journal, enactment and amendment of disciplinary character of studies, etc. Based on this, the necessity for opening of new records management courses, interdisciplinary research, investigation of records management education and researches of other study fields were proposed.

We investigated environmental problems related to clothing, and attempted their practical solutions using Future Problem Solving Program in order to cultivate the creative character in teenagers. We applied "teaching and learning plans" to seventy-seven the first graders of high school students in 2 classes in Gyeonggi-do, one hour per day for 3 weeks, from August 23 to September 8 2011. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS for Windows software(version 17.0). Mean differences in results between pretest and posttest were evaluated using Student's t-test. We selected 'production of fabrics, production of clothing, disposal and recycling of clothing and washing of clothing' as the learning theme in educational content factors of 'clothing culture in consideration of environment'. And we developed thirteenth teaching and learning plans and educational materials including 4 problems, 2 worksheets, 10 team worksheets, 7 video materials and 7 Power Point materials using Future Problem Solving Program(FPSP). The measurements of fluency, flexibility, originality and problem-solving ability are significantly improved. The level of creativity in the items of fluency, flexibility and originality, in particular, exhibited marked improvement, 'below-average' to 'above-average', regardless of academic records and gender. Problem-solving ability in female students was more effective than that of male, but it showed no significant correlation with academic records. The analysis of character-change showed the highest improvement in the awareness on the protection of environment, the character factor in the educational contents. Personalities, confidence, consideration and cooperation in learning method of FPSP also exhibited a significant improvement. But character-change did not correlate with academic records or gender. In the present study, we found that home economics has a positive effect on cultivating creative character. When we selectively and properly apply a course of creative problem-solving of FPSP and a course of creative output to students, we can increase their ability to solve problems, cultivate their creative character and further enhance their interest on home economics.

To understand modern society, I think we should know both public records and corporate records. However, the business archives are in private sector for their great importance of current value. The corporates expect cost-benefit effect, management of the business archives are relatively inferior. In this article, I would study the archival management in the POSCO, a similar public corporation, through the archival theory and the research papers for the business archives management in the United States. I examined the POSCO's records category and management department to prescribe in the POSCO's related rules. And I map out organizational status of the POSCO Museum in the POSCO I examined activities of the POSCO's archives acquisition method about the records which left out the records management rules, unavoidably scattered and lost, or the records related the POSCO are created outer the corporation. I made up arrangement scheme of the archives with it and gave the code to mix the character and the figure. In accordance with the arrangement scheme of archives, I extracted the description elements of organizational structure and function and of real records. The former is guide level and the latter is in detail. The POSCO Museum used the business archives to publish the corporate history and to exhibit, but in another corporation, usage of the business archives was various, it is contacted current activities of the corporation. Through the case study, the archivist in the corporate archives developed the contemporary values to use the archives of the corporation. And I presented the potential of the POSCO's Museum to become corporate archives in the POSCO.

A study on the fine structure of the marine diatom Thalassiosira has been carried out during the periods from January 2007 to March 2008 in Korean coastal waters. As the third series of the Thalassiosira species, a fine structure, description, distribution and taxonomic remarks of the six Thalassiosira species were observed by means of light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The critical features of Thalassiosira species were a shape of external tubes of marginal strutted processes and labiate process. Six species showed each different shape of external tubes, marginal strutted processes and labiate process. The shape of external tube was divided into five types: T shape of Thalassiosira curviseriata, small-rounded shape of T. lundiana, double-layer form and flame shape of T. nordenskioeldii, tulip shape of T. punctigera and tooth-shape of T. tenera. This external character may be able to key character for positive identification of the Thalassiosira species. Of these Thalassiosira lundiana, T. minuscula and T. tenera were new records for Korean coastal waters.

This study is focused on the effects of one's blood type on emotional character and anti-stress by comparing each individual's brain wave. Observed records are from those kids who volunteered for KRIJUS(Korea Research Institute of Jungshin Science)'s brain wave measurement from September 2006 to December 2009. The whole 4636 adult(20-59 age) group consists of 3221 female and 1415 male. Blood types are as follows; A>B>O>AB dominately ordered. The result shown no relations between the blood types of adult and their emotional character. But meaningful difference had been revealed between the blood type and stress resistancy; type O rated higher scores in awarness and stress resistancy then other types, which shows that type O has more ability to redudce its stress. This study revealed meaningful relation between blood types and emotional character among several categoties, while suggesting follow-up researches figuring out more detailed explanations for its effect and genetic role.

This study is focused on the effects of elder's blood type on determining awareness and emotional character of the elderly, by comparing each individual's brain wave. Observed records are from thoes elder's who volunteered for KRIJUS( Korea Research Institute of Jungshin Science)'s brain wave measurement from September 2008 to June 2009. The whole 762 elder group consists of 311 female and 451 male. Blood types are A>B>O>AB dominately ordered. The result shown no relations between the blood types and their emotional character among elderly female, while elderly men shown meaningful difference; type B and O had higher rate on negative aspects. When it comes to awareness categories, both emotional(p=.001) and active(right)(p=.040) index shown meaningful differences. Type A had highest rate on emotional index and AB had it on active index. This study revealed meaningful relation between blood types and emotional character among several categories, while suggesting follow-up researches figuring out more detailed explanations for its effect and genetic role.

Observed records are from those kids who volunteered for KRIJUS(Korea Research Institute of Jungshin Science)'s brain wave measurement from September 2005 to December 2007. The whole 3018 kids(4-7) group consists of 1322 female and 1696 male. Blood types are A>B>O>AB dominately ordered. The relations between depressive attitude and blood type of an infant couldn't be found among female. However, male type B had the most numbers of activeness character while type O shown largest rate of depressed condition. Also, the result amongst infant had shown male type B had the most active-positive rate while type AB took large for depressed-negative. The result had shown no relative connection for activity inclination. Third, among the kids type O had highest awareness rate while type A had lowest. This study revealed meaningful relation between blood types and emotional character among several categories, while suggesting follow-up researches figuring out more detailed explanations for its effect and genetic role.

Anatahan Volcano in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) erupted for the first time in recorded history on 10 May 2003. The underwater acoustic records of earthquakes, explosions, and tremor produced during the eruption were recorded on a sound-channel hydrophone deployed in February 2003. Acoustic propagation models show the seismic to acoustic conversion at Anatahan is particularly efficient, aided by the slope of the seamount toward the hydrophone. The hydrophone records confirm the onset of earthquake activity at 01:53Z on 10 May, as well as the onset (at ${\~}$06:20Z) of continuous, low-frequency (5-40 Hz) acoustic energy that is likely volcanic tremor related to magma intrusion. The hydrophone recorded a total of 458 earthquakes associated with the eruption. To predict the character of acoustic signals generated from Anatahan, we developed a moment-tensor representation of a volcano-seismic source that is governed by the geometry of the source and the physical properties of the magma. A buried magmatic pipe model was adopted, and numerically modeling source parameters such as the pipe radius and magma viscosity enable us to grasp the inward nature of Anatahan Volcano.

Architectural drawings are the records containing a lot of information about constructions and an architectural drawing has a lot of technical, physical and significant uniqueness. The most important thing required to preserve and utilize architectural drawings is description. However, there is still no standard for the description of architectural drawings in Korea. Therefore this study proposes description elements for architectural drawings based upon examining a generic character of architectural drawings and analyzing several standards and guidelines that can be used as the description rule application model for architectural drawings.
