Critical elements in the China's Lunar Exploration reside in that the lunar rover travels over the surrounding undetermined environment and it conducts scientific exploration under the ground control via teleoperation system. Such an interplanetary transportation mission teleoperation system belongs to the ground application system in deep space mission, which performs terrain reconstruction, visual positioning, path planning, and rover motion control by receiving telemetry data. It plays a vital role in the whole lunar exploration operation and its so-called trustworthy evidence must be assessed before and during its implementation. Taking ISO standards and China's national military standards as trustworthy evidence source, the net assessment model and net assessment method of teleoperation system are established in this paper. The multi-dimensional net assessment model covering the life cycle of software is defined by extracting the trustworthy evidences from trustworthy evidence source. The qualitative decisions are converted to quantitative weights through the net assessment method (NAM) combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) to determine the weight of the evidence elements in the net assessment model. The paper employs the teleoperation system for interplanetary transportation as a case study. The experimental result drawn shows the validity and rationality of net assessment model and method. In the final part of this paper, the untrustworthy elements of the teleoperation system are discovered and an improvement scheme is established upon the "net result". The work completed in this paper has been applied in the development of the teleoperation system of China's Chang'e-3 (CE-3) "Jade Rabbit-1" and Chang'e-4 (CE-4) "Jade Rabbit-2" rover successfully. Besides, it will be implemented in China's Chang'e-5 (CE-5) mission in 2019. What's more, it will be promoted in the Mars exploration mission in 2020. Therefore it is valuable to the development process improvement of aerospace information system.

한국 담수산 딱정장수노벌레과(Canthocamptidae)의 요각류에 대한 분류학적 연구의 일환으로, 큰뿔장수노벌레속 2종(Mesochra alaskana, M. suifunensis) 과 사슴노벌레속 3종(Elaphoidella grandidieri, E. bidens, E. superpedalis)을 보고한다. 이들은 모두 한국에서는 처음으로 보고되는 종이다. 현재까지 한국에서 기록된 큰뿔장수노벌레속과 사슴노벌레속의 종 검색표를 작성하였다.

As e-commerce is expanding rapidly, the consumer's damage in the e-commerce is also dramatically increased. This research was mainly focused on the consumer's damage experiences through the e-commerce, the consumer's behavior's when they were confronted with troubles, and the way to handle their damages in the e-commerce. Main findings are as follows. 1) More than $90\%$ of respondents answered that they had experienced troubles at least once out of 49 troubles listed in the questionnaire. 2) Most consumers did complain their damages actively and tried to obtain proper cure from the seller. 3) Normally, they were used to adjust their purchasing behaviors to avoid the problems rather than actively taking advantage of the official authorities or private consumer organizations to solve the problems.

In this paper, we propose a meta-search engine which provides distributed product information through a unified access to multiple e-commerce. The meta-search engine proposed in this paper performs the following functions: (I) The user is able to create a category-based user query, (2) by using the WordNet, the query is semantical refined fined for increasing search accuracy, and (3) the meta-search engine recommends an e-commerce site which has the closest product information to the user's search intention, by matching the user query with the product catalogs in the e-commerce sites linked to the meta-search engine. An experiment shows that the performance of our model is better than that of general keyword-based search.

Enalapril. a prodrug. is the ethyl ester of a long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. enalaprilat. Because enalapril does not contain any appreciable chromophore. detection of the drug in a complex matrix (e.g.. biological fluids) has been problematic with conventional detection systems in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). As a result. determination of enalaprillevel in blood samples has been typically carried out using HPLC-MS/MS in the literature. (omitted)

A molecular line survey towards the UC H II region G34.3+0.15 from 155.3 to 165.3GHz has been conducted with the TRAO 14-m radio telescope. Combined with our previous observations from 84.7 to 115.6GHz and 123.5 to 155.3GHz (Paper I), the spectral coverage of this survey in G34.3+0.15 now runs from 85 to 165 GHz. From these latest observations, a total of 18 lines from 6 species were detected. These include four new lines corresponding to ${\Delta}$J = 0, ${\Delta}$K = 1 transitions of the $CH_3OH$ E-type species, and two new lines corresponding to transitions from $SO_2$ and $HC_3N$. These 6 new lines are $CH_3OH$[1(1) - 1(0)E], $CH_3OH$[2(1) - 2(0)E], $CH_3OH$[3(1) - 3(0)E], $CH_3OH$[4(1) - 4(0)E], $SO_2$[14(1, 13) -14(0, 14)] and $HC_3N$[18 -17]. We applied a rotation diagram analysis to derive rotation temperatures and column densities from the methanol transitions detected, and combined with NRAO 12-m data from Slysh et al. 1999. Applying a two-component fit, we find a cold component with temperature 13-16K and column density $3.3-3.4 {\times} 10^{14} cm^{-2}$, and a hot component with temperature 64 - 83K and column density $9.3{\times}10^{14} - 9.7 {\times} 10^{14} cm^{-2}$. On the other hand, applying just a one-component fit yields temperatures in the 47 -62 K range and column densities from $7.5-1.1 {\times} 10^{15} cm^{-2}$.

Echinostoma mekongi n. sp. (Digenea: Echinostomatidae) is described based on adult flukes collected from humans residing along the Mekong River in Cambodia. Total 256 flukes were collected from the diarrheic stool of 6 echinostome egg positive villagers in Kratie and Takeo Province after praziquantel treatment and purging. Adults of the new species were 9.0-13.1 (av. 11.3) mm in length and 1.3-2.5 (1.9) mm in maximum width and characterized by having a head collar armed with 37 collar spines (dorsal spines arranged in 2 alternative rows), including 5 end group spines. The eggs in feces and worm uterus were 98-132 (117) ㎛ long and 62-90 (75) ㎛ wide. These morphological features closely resembled those of Echinostoma revolutum, E. miyagawai, and several other 37-collar-spined Echinostoma species. However, sequencing of the nuclear ITS (ITS1-5.8S rRNA-ITS2) and 2 mitochondrial genes, cox1 and nad1, revealed unique features distinct from E. revolutum and also from other 37-collar-spined Echinostoma group available in GenBank (E. bolschewense, E. caproni, E. cinetorchis, E. deserticum, E. miyagawai, E. nasincovae, E. novaezealandense, E. paraensei, E. paraulum, E. robustum, E. trivolvis, and Echinostoma sp. IG). Thus, we assigned our flukes as a new species, E. mekongi. The new species revealed marked variation in the morphology of testes (globular or lobulated), and smaller head collar, collar spines, oral and ventral suckers, and cirrus sac compared to E. revolutum and E. miyagawai. Epidemiological studies regarding the geographical distribution and its life history, including the source of human infections, remain to be performed.

Genes encoding proteins responsible for limonene catabolism were cloned from a limonene-degrading microorganism, Enterobacter cowanii 6L, which was isolated from citron (Citrus junos) peel. The 8.6, 4.7, and 7.7 kb fragments (CD3, CD4, and CD6) of E. cowanii 6L chromosomal DNA that confer to E. coli the ability to grow on limonene have been cloned and their corresponding DNA sequences were determined. Nine open reading frames (ORFs) were identified, and the four ORFs (921 bp of CD3-2; 1,515 bp of CD4-1; 1,776 bp of CD6-1; and 1,356 bp of CD6-2) that encode limonene hydroxylase were confirmed by independently expressing these genes in E. coli. FAD and NADH were found to stimulate the hydroxylation reaction if added to cell extracts from E. coli recombinants, and multiple compounds (linalool, dihydrolinalool, perillyl alcohol, (${\alpha}-terpineol$, and ${\gamma}-terpineol$) were the principal products observed. Our results suggest that the isolate E. cowanii 6L has a broad metabolic capability including utilization of limonene. This broad metabolic ability was confirmed by identifying four novel limonene hydroxylase functional ORFs in E. cowanii 6L.

Phosphoglucose isomerase (PGI) is involved in synthesizing extracellular polysaccharide (EPS). The gene encoding PGI in Sphingomonas chungbukensis DJ77 was cloned and expressed in E. coli, and the protein was characterized. The pgi gene from DJ77 is 1,503 nucleotides long with 62% GC content and the deduced amino acid sequence shows strong homology with PGIs from other sources. The molecular masses of PGI subunit and native form were estimated to be 50 kDa and 97 kDa, respectively. Four potentially important residues (H361, R245, E330 and K472) were identified by homology modeling. The mutations, H361A, R245A, E330A, R245K and E330D resulted in decrease in Vmax by hundreds fold, however no significant change in Km was observed. These data suggest that the three residues (H361, R245Aand E330) are likely located in the active site and the size as well as the spatial position of side chains of R245 and E330 are crucial for catalysis.

고체상태에서 trans-form으로 존재하는 염화에틸렌은 액체로 되면서 그 일부가 gauche-form으로 변한다. H. Eyring 등에 의해서 제안된 액체구조에 관한 이론에 따라서 이 물질에 대한 분배함수를 정하고, 분배함수속에 들어 있는 parameters $E_s$, ${\theta}$, $V_s$ 및 a를 정하였다. 이와 같이 해서 정한 분배함수를 써서 몰부피, 증기압, 한계점 성질, 증발엔트로피 및 표피장력 등을 계산하여 실험치와 비교하였다.
