Bronchoartic Fistula Secondary to Pulmoanry Tuberculosis Bronch-aortic fistula is a exceptionally rare complication of pulmonary tuberculosis. We report herein, a case of 39 years woman who underwent successful repair of aor-tobronchofistula. She was admitted because of massive hemoptysis via emergency room, she had several bouts of massive hemoptysis prior to hospitalization. Thoracic-aortic pseudoaneurysm had detected by chest CT by chance. The eroded, perforated descending aorta was repaired with patch aortoplasty during temporarily clamping, followed by Left lower lobectomy and omentopexy. Pathological examination revealed pulmonary tuberculosis of superiror seg. of lerg lower lobe and aortitis. The patient had uneventful recovery was well at OPD follow-up check.

The purpose of this paper is to promote the physics study of high school students with computer. A computer simulation for falling motion is used to provide the students a chance to study by themselves viewing the concrete motion pictures of computer. By this simulation program, the students can observe various movements of a falling body with calculated distance according to falling time.

This paper presents a optimal Var allocation algorithm for minimizing power loss and improving voltage profile in a given system. In this paper, nodal input data is considered as Gaussian distribution with their mean value and their variance. A stochastic Linear Programming technique based on chance constrained method is applied to solve the probabilistic constraint. The test result in IEEE-14 Bus model system showes that the voltage distribution of load buses is improved and the power loss is more reduced than before Var allocation.

In Vehicle Information and Communication System (VICS), which is an active field of Intelligent Transport System (ITS), information of traffic congestion is sent to each vehicle at real time. However, a centralized navigation system is not realistic to guide millions of vehicles in a megalopolis. Autonomous distributed systems should be more flexible and scalable, and also have a chance to focus on each vehicle´s demand. This paper proposes a sub-optimal route planning mechanism of vehicles in urban areas using the non-network type immune system. Simulation is carried out using a cellular automaton model. This system announces a sub-optimal route to drivers in real time using VICS.

A mixture of several bacterial metabolites $(Sterodin{\circledR})$ was used to study its effect on major immunocytes, in vivo and in vitro. This mixture of bacterial metabolites increased number of macrophages and neutrophils and their phagocytic activity in experimental animals for a transient period. BSA induced antibody production was found to be higher in the drug treated group. These results indicated that the bacterial metabolites probably acted through non-specific defence mechanism against invading organisms and the chance of reinfection was reduced.

By examining the development process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), there is a chance to optimize the organization and find measures to improve the company competitiveness. It seems examining task process, and studying the influence of ERP introduction to management performance by considering whether the excessive maintenance cost or repetitive investment toward ERP is quiet significant. The companies which instituted ERP uses "business process model" provided by "Best Practice" compare own task to choose much efficient method. This allows simultaneous realization of ERP institution and Business Reengineering (BR).

In this Paper, we propose an optimal feature extraction for multiclass problems through proper choice of initial feature vectors. Although numerous feature extraction algorithms have been proposed, those algorithms are not optimal for multiclass problems. Recently, an optimal feature extraction algorithm for multiclass problems has been proposed, which provides a better performance than the conventional feature extraction algorithms. In this paper, we improve the algorithm by choosing good initial feature vectors. As a result, the searching time is significantly reduced. The chance to be stuck in a local minimum is also reduced.

This paper has been studied on an IPv6 Protocol for Embedded Systems such as Informational Appliances and Mobile Terminals. IPv6 Protocol has 128-bit IP address space. Therefore, all devices come to have a chance of acquiring IPv6 address. This IPv6 Protocol Stack is very compact and reliable because the larger of the stack is Embedded Systems, which have typically characteristics of low cost and low performance. Hence, we designed and implemented this Stack for This Embedded Systems.

This report described a simple, inexpensive, faster, and effective graft inoculation method for the artificial transmission of Mungbean yellow mosaic virus (MYMV). Success of grafting and disease transmission was 100％ in this method. Screening of mungbean germplasm using this method will prevent the chance of escape infection, probably as a consequence of non-preference mechanism and loss of vector infectivity. The grafting method described here is applicable to both screenhouse and field trials.

Korean rice industry is facing new challenge. Nowadays, rice price is ever rising since last year. Difference between domestic price and international price is also ever decreasing and korean rice has chance to win over foreign rice because of better quality and low price. Now is the time to discuss on tariffication of rice import. Even if Korea follows modality of DDA, Korean rice market does not give in to foreign rice. On the other hand, Korean policy makers should make efforts to find way for grain sovereignty.
