In this article, the challenges of Iran and the world are compared to the management of available water resources. Especially in recent years, according to the climatic changes that have occurred all over the world and the changes in the rainfall patterns, and the corresponding changes in the management of water resources, the situation in Iran is being investigated. According to the available information, the amount of water on the planet is estimated to be about 1.36 billion cubic kilometers, which covers about 71% of the earth's surface. However, about 97.5% of the water in the world is salty ocean water and only 2.5% is fresh. Therefore, only 0.025% of the total water on the planet will be usable. According to United Nations statistics, 61% of the world's water consumption is in agriculture, 23% in industry, and 8% for drinking, household, and health purposes. Considering the large number of dams in Iran, only 6% of all dams are used to produce electric energy, which is a significant difference compared to the world (approximately 19%).

One of the main chalenges in personal communication services (PCS) is to locate many mobile terminals that may move frequently from place to place. Such a system operation is called location management. Many network signaling traffic, and database queries are required to achieve such a task. Several strategies have been proposed to improve the efficiency of location management. These strategies use location register databases to store the current location on mobile terminals, and are vulnerable to failure of the location registers. In this paper, we propose a fault-tolerant pointer forwarding with distributed home location register (FT-RFDHLR) to tolerate the failure of location registers. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by an analytical model, and is compared with thew pointer forwarding with the single home location register (PFSHLR), the pointer forwarding with distributed home location register (PFDHLR), Biaz's bypass forwarding strategy (BFS) and two-path forwarding strategy (TPFS).

No other change in Kora has offered gredter chalenges and opportunities than the emergence of the Internet and its related Information Technology. In the technology for accessing the ever growing wave of information. The quality of the silver generation is increasingly difficult to achieve because of the complexities of life in today's ICT(Information & Comunication Technology) dependent society, Life is more interesting when one knows what is going on, what opportunities exist, and when alternatives to current practices can be discovered and utilized with ease. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of attitude and planned behavior toward using internent for the quality of life. This study employ the intention to use internet, perceived ease of use, perceived usefuiness, self-efficacy, stress factor, generation gap, and income as major research variables, and collected 288 survey responses from senior citizen over 55. The results indicate that the perceived usefuiness and ease of use influence the intention to use internet, and that the self-efficacy, the ease of use and generation gap has some impact on the attitude, but the stree factor and the income level do not appear significant to the attitude. It was also found that the self-efficacy and the income level determine the level of ease of use. In addition, some useful suggestions concerning the continuing education program for silver generations are presented.
