This study focuses on improving quality management system of naval ships to enhance safety. Recently, there were problems caused by the lack of quality management system when building Korea naval ships. Foreign naval ships are designed and built through certification by professional organizations in the commercial sector to reduce budget and enhance ship safety. Merchant ships are designed, built, operated and maintained by the organizations in accordance with the Ship Safety Act. When naval ships are exported, the ordering country requires the certification from the international classification to ensure the safety and reliability of ships. Through this study, as a method of improving the quality management system of naval ships, design verification, equipment certification and construction survey using expertise of the organizations are proposed when designing and building the naval ships.

This study attempted to identify the effects that would be brought about by the value inclination of agricultural and livestock products producers upon the intention to produce environment -friendly products. In this study, We analyzed the data used in Yang et al.(2014) with producers of agricultural and livestock products in Incheon-si and Gyeonggi-do. Total of 149 valid questionnaires were corrected and value inclination as divided into individualism orientation and collectivism orientation, it has been tried to identify whether the intention to produce environment-friendly products would vary with producer's orientation or not. According to the analysis result, individualism, collectivism perceived public certification and shard value were positive effect on production intention of environment-friendly product. This can be said to have been an attempt to establish a more effective and specific strategy through identifying the characteristics of producers that must be considered first of all in the process of establishing policies.

The ISO 30301 MSR Standards support successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of records management. In Korea, these standards are established as the national standard (KS) in May 2013, and also, there are actions being taken to adopt the certification of the ISO 30301 Standards. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about records management. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of stakeholders' perception for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification given the circumstance that the ISO 30301 certification is not yet adopted in Korea. For this purpose, the research is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. Firstly, the literature review looks at ISO 30301 standards and the concept of certification that is being carried out with the ISO 30301 Standards, and it discusses the necessity of the adoption of the relevant standards' certification. Secondly, there are in-depth interviews carried out to study for the adoption plan for the ISO 30301 certification. The participants to the interviews include five records and certification related experts and five records managers at public institutions whose records management is supervised by National Archives of Korea. Interview data was analyzed based on grounded theory methodology. This study will be able to provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

This study is lately stand on the basis of the importance for global warming and environment and accept changes of the paradigm of the 21st century. also it is to start architecturial access that suggest to solutions about environment, energy and health problems in high-rise residential architecture that lately the importance for global warming and environment. Spacially since 1990, high-rise residential architecture has developed into increase rapidly, and nowdays, this has become one of the new residence type. but this have diverse problems. For this reason, this building faced neccessary to improve living space and obtain to eco-friendiness and sustainability. Therefore, this study is focused to environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and other countries, aims to suggest planning and technical elements from this system. Through 11 cases of high-rise residential architecture certified sustainable certification system, this study drew out tendency and charateristics of main strategy elements. These analysis will express informations of current level and also suggest to direction for improvement in quality of high-rise residence.

In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

The purpose of this study is to set a policy that can be specifically promoted according to the recently announced domestic equipment industry fostering strategy, and to suggest a plan that can be implemented. As a plan to foster the equipment industry, a new technology certification system and a new technology test and verification area operation and vitalization plan were set as alternatives. And a survey was conducted on companies conducting R&D to derive specific demand and introduction plans. As a result of the survey, it was found that there was a high demand for the use of new technology certification systems and testing and verification area. Also demonstration in connection with port equipment, testing and evaluation in connection with accredited verification agency, and preparation of dedicated agencies were derived to foster the equipment industry. Based on this, this study suggests a new technology certification system specialized for port equipment was established and a plan to institutionalize. In addition, in connection with the survey results and certification system, the basic functions and roles of the new technology testing and verification area was established. For future activation, incentives with effective certificates such as exemption of certification costs and issuance of performance confirmation certificates are needed, and efficient operation and management through dedicated organization and certification center were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to provide a rational management strategy to improve the management performance of companies through intellectual property activities. Through this study, we aim to explore countermeasures to strengthen competitiveness in a changing global environment. A survey of 200 companies was conducted from September 1 to October 30, 2023. Statistical analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and difference analysis. The conclusions are as follows. First, the impact of intellectual property activities on management performance was found to be creation and utilization. Second, the impact of management strategies on management performance was found to be differentiation strategy, cost advantage strategy, and concentration strategy. Third, cost advantage strategy has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between creation activities and managerial performance of intellectual property activities. Fourth, the differentiation strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the creation of intellectual property activities and managerial performance. In addition, differentiation strategy has a full mediating effect on the relationship between the utilization of intellectual property activities and performance. Fifth, concentration strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between intellectual property activity utilization and management performance. Sixth, there is a difference between creation activities, protection activities, utilization activities, cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, financial performance, and non-financial performance based on venture certification status. As the importance of intellectual property is increasing in the era of technological hegemony, IoT companies will need to improve their management performance through venture certification and strategies utilizing intellectual property in order to secure future competitiveness. Based on this study, we hope that IoT companies will maximize their performance by implementing efficient strategies that consider IP activities.

Purpose: While it is very important to maintain facilities recently, the introduction and its application of high technology in the facility maintenance industry has increased. It is necessary for high technology to secure reliability through the verification and certification system of diagnostic equipment to have an effective impact in the field, but there is difference between the industry's perspective and realistic level of technology apart from social demand for the system of the system. This paper dealt with the introduction of a verification and certification system for rational facility diagnostic equipment with the opinion survey on managers about the current situation. Method: Survey is carried out targeting managers in the maintenance and construction regarding the necessity and urgency of introducing a verification and certification system to promote the introduction and its application of high technology of diagnostic equipment and facility inspection. Also, the introduction to a verification and certification system was reviewed for advanced facility diagnostic equipment through foreign research about similar systems and comparative analysis of similar systems related to the certification of 21 domestic equipment. Result: It showed that, regarding the application of high technology, it is necessary for most managers to introduce high technology such as drones, robots, etc., in the maintenance industry, and when high technology is introduced, it will have a considerable effect in the field. On the other hand, the current technology level in Korea is relatively low, so it turned out to take a certain amount of time for the application of technology. Also, it was found that the management of reliable facility diagnostic equipment will be possible through the introduction of the verification and certification system for facility diagnosis equipment. Meanwhile, the survey is conducted on similar systems about foreign and domestic diagnosis and measuring equipment, etc., but there is no system to verify and certify equipment applied with high technology directly to facility diagnosis maintenance. However, because Japan has a system of verifying the performance of diagnostic equipment and South Korea has 21 similar inspection and diagnostic equipment certification systems among 186 certification systems, it is considered to be possible to design systems which utilize them. Conclusion: According to the managers' opinion, it seems that the introduction of the system supporting the application of 4th industrial technology for the equipment and the use of the equipment with high reliability has sufficient validity. However, because our high technology level is undervalued compared to the urgency, the system for checking high technology facilities and certifying diagnostic equipment should be to be implemented in form of escalation considering technical use and verification level. Apart from the introduction of the verification and certification system, it is necessary for special investment, support and efforts to promote advanced facility diagnostic equipment.

About trade show strategic practical use plan, sought practical use plan hereafter with problem in 5 side. First, need that supply reliable and objective information about exhibition utilizing active public relations of domestic trade show certification system and international certification system. Second, I need to reinforce budget support estimation to expand governmental budget support and strengthen professionalism of exhibition operation. Third, need to seek globalization strategy of exhibition industry concretely to overcome realistic limit of domestic exhibition industry. Institutional improvement for long-term public information of exhibition and participation company's satisfaction raising and infra for gallery's management result should be established. Fourth, need excavation of various first-hand field marketing that can dig various interaction method with customers and invite new customers by booth exhibition. Fifth, need professional worker positivity, deflation that fulfill knowledge that is adapted, and precedes in environment worldwide exhibition industry training actively universal exhibition industry professional worker. Foreign exhibition is an one of marketing tactics that is generalized that can approach to oversea market in less expense relatively. To measure exactly fact and participation result of exhibition that select suitable exhibition in one's own company's marketing goal in company's standpoint that participate in exhibition according as exhibition number is increased and function of exhibition is diversified became difficult.

Purpose - This study attempts to provide a new theoretical perspective on the quality signaling and its impact on a market under information asymmetry, focusing on how the accuracy and the cost of quality signaling affect sellers' and buyers' profit, suggesting appropriate designs of quality signaling methods which mitigates information asymmetry. Design/methodology/approach - In order to examine the effect of quality signaling on strategic interactions within the market, we establish an analytic model where market outcomes are determined by seller's quality claim and price, and buyers are risk-neutral. By investigating this analytic model through relevant game trees, we find the subgame perfect Nash equilibria of the market and predict related market outcomes based on sellers' quality signaling strategy. Findings - Our analytic model shows counterintuitive results that seller profit will be the lowest with inaccurate quality signaling and the highest with no quality signaling, mostly due to the certification cost. Consequently, sellers should proceed with caution if the quality signaling is less than accurate, as it may backfire. We believe that this is due to the fact that the inaccuracy of quality signaling causes some confusion and uncertainty in both sellers and buyers' decision to maximize profit, making it hard for sellers to predict buyers' behavior. Research implications or Originality - Although the sources and types of quality signaling errors have been investigated in the literature, there has not been satisfactory understanding regarding how inaccuracy of quality certification affects specific market outcomes. We expect that our theoretical model would provide important implications on how to utilize quality signaling to solve adverse selection issues in markets under information asymmetry.
