민간 항공기 인증을 위한 표준부품 적용에 대한 고찰 (The study on the interpretation for the usage of standard parts for civil aircraft certification)

  • The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

융복합제품을 위한 모듈방식의 안전인증체계 설계 -자율주행 자동차를 중심으로- (Designing a Modular Safety Certification System for Convergence Products - Focusing on Autonomous Driving Cars -)

  • Purpose: Autonomous driving cars, which are often represent the new convergence product, have been researched since the early years of 1900 but their safety assurance policies are yet to be implemented for real world practices. The primary purpose of this paper is to propose a modular concept based on which a safety assurance system can be designed and implemented for operating autonomous driving cars. Methods: We combine a set of key attributes of CE mark (European Assurance standard), E-Mark (Automobile safety assurance system), and A-SPICE (Automobile software assurance standard) into a modular approach. Results: Autonomous vehicles are emphasizing software safety, but there is no integrated safety certification standard for products and software. As such, there is complexity in the product and software safety certification process during the development phase. Using the concept of module, we were able to come up with an integrated safety certification system of product and software for practical uses in the future. Conclusion: Through the modular concept, both international and domestic standards policy stakeholders are expected to consider a new structure that can help the autonomous driving industries expedite their commercialization for the technology advanced market in the era of Industry 4.0.

녹색건축 인증제도 평가항목에 대한 설계 실무자 및 사용자 의식 차이 분석 - 공동주택 인증 평가항목을 중심으로 - (Analyzing the Differential Views between the Designers and the Users on Certification Assessment Criteria of the G-SEED System - Focused on Certification Assessment Criteria for Apartment Buildings -)

  • Purpose: The green building certification system in Korea was introduced in 2002 and developed as an improvement version of the G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) system in 2013. This study conducts surveys targeting architectural designers and users on significance of certification assessment criteria for apartment buildings on the G-SEED system and examines the differential views between the two groups on assessment criteria. Method: First, The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to find importance of assessment criteria and then the importances were compared with weighted points on the certification standard. Second, the t-test was used to investigate differential views between designer and user groups on certification assessment criteria based on drawn importances. Result: (1) While designer group considered land use and transportation, energy and environmental pollution, and water circulation management as more important, user group did material and resource, maintenance management, ecological environment, and indoor environment as more important. (2) Based on t-test results, sustainable energy, water circulation system, site management, habitat, acoustical environment, and light environment were found to be different on importance between the two groups.

항공 품질경영시스템 인증활동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Certification Activities on Aerospace Quality Management System)

  • The AS9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard instead of ISO9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. The organization which adopts AS9100 standard is to be certified by an independent third party certification body as IAQG requests. The quality management system certification assessor shall utilize the AS9101 standard prepared by IAQG to assess AS9100 organization. In this paper, AS9101 quality system questionnaire is analyzed and scoring method which characterizes AS9101 is reviewed. Score attained can be utilized as an organizational quality index. Practical data gathered by certified assessors from 2002 to 2007 are analyzed and suggested to improve the organization's system operational efficiency based on the analysis results. Suggestions can be utilized by any organization to prepare assessment or to enhance the level of quality system maturity. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.

시중에 판매되는 다양한 비인증 마스크의 분진 포집효율과 안면부 흡기저항 평가 (Evaluation of the Filtration Efficiency and Facial Inhalation Resistance of Various Commercial Masks)

  • Objectives: Wearing medical masks has been recommended since the declaration of coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) as a pandemic disease. Certified medical masks are evaluated according to filtration efficiency and facial inhalation resistance. However, some people use non-certified common masks. This study aimed to evaluate various non-certified commercial masks based on the certification criteria for medical masks. Methods: Twenty mask products (three anti-droplet, three disposable dental, eight fashion, three cotton, and three children's masks) were selected. For performance evaluation, filtration efficiency and facial inhalation resistance tests were conducted. The evaluation method followed the certification method for KF-certified masks of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and the N95 respirator of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Results: None of the 20 masks met the KF94 certification standard set by the MFDS. Four and three masks respectively met the KF80 certification standard and the N95 standard of NIOSH. Filtration efficiency was significantly higher in three-layer masks than in single layer masks. Pleated-type masks had higher filtration efficiency than cone-type masks. There was no correlation between the structure of masks and facial inhalation resistance. Conclusion: While no masks complied with the KF94 certification standard, a few masks met the KF80 and the N95 certification standards of NIOSH. Although some people wear non-certified commercial masks, protection from aerosols is not guaranteed by such masks. Evaluation of the protection efficiency of non-certified mask against microbiological infection is needed for the prevention of infectious disease.

ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 표준 인증제도 도입에 관한 인식조사 (A Study on Perception of Adoption of ISO 30301 Management System for Records Standard Certification)

  • ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 표준은 전략적인 기록관리 방안을 제공하여 조직의 성공적인 경영을 지원한다. 국내에서는 해당 표준을 2013년 5월 국가표준(KS)으로 제정하였으며, ISO 30301 표준의 인증제도를 도입하기 위한 움직임이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 인증제도를 도입하기 위해서는 인증 운영체계의 정비는 물론 기록경영에 대한 사회 전반의 공감대를 형성해야 하므로 제도 도입에 대한 심도 있는 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 필요성에 따라 아직까지 국내에 ISO 30301 인증제도가 도입되지 않은 상황에서, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 다양한 이해관계자들의 인식을 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 첫째, 문헌연구에서는 ISO 30301 표준의 내용 및 구성과 해당 표준에 수반되는 인증제도에 대한 개념을 살펴봄으로써, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입의 필요성을 논의하였다. 둘째, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 기록 및 인증제도 관련 업무담당자 5명과 국가기록원 직접관리기관 기록물관리 전문 요원 5명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구결과는 근거 이론방법(grounded theory methodology)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 ISO 30301 인증제도에 대해 관련 전문가들이 인식하는 문제점과 전략을 살펴봄으로써 향후 해당 제도의 도입방안을 구축하는데 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Recently reliability Improvement and certification are considered as important issues by world-wide leading and highly qualified companies in advanced countries. In Korea, from a few years ago, the policy for reliability certification newly has been driven to improve product competitiveness in part and material industry. As yet the reliability certification is local and domestic, it is necessary to develop local certification system to global certification system. Reliability certification system is composed of accreditation body, testing laboratory and reliability assurance. In this paper, we review the reliability certification system and its application in Korea and the current research trends in advanced countries. Finally we propose some suggestions for the eliability certification system to be an international standard.

단체표준 인증제도 실태조사 및 운영지침개발 (Research on the Actual Condition and Development of Operational Guide for Cooperation Group Standards Certification System)

  • In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

요양병원 인증제도의 현황과 방향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Status and Direction of the Nursing Hospital Certification System)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 1주기 인증과 2주기 인증을 간단히 비교해 보고, 또 2주기 인증과 3주기 인증의 변화 및 성과를 검토하고, 인증 3주기를 준비하는 과정에서 당면과제와 해결방안을 사례로 살펴봄으로써 요양병원 실무자들에게 시사점을 주고 인증제도의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 정부가 의도하는 인증의 실질적인 효과를 보기 위해서는 인증 전 단기간에 준비하는 전시성 행정이 아니라 항상 인증을 전문적으로 관리하고 모니터링하는 직원을 두거나 기존의 환자안전관리 담당자 등을 통하여 항상 의료의 질향상을 대비하는 시스템을 만들도록 제도적인 규정이나 지원이 있어야 한다. 둘째, 요양병원 인증제 시행 이후 의료기관인증제도가 병원성과에 미치는 연구가 질적/양적인 측면에서 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 인증제에 대한 효과를 보기 위해서는 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행될 수 있도록 다양한 연구적 지원도 필요하다. 셋째, 인증에 대한 표준지침이 크게 변경되지 않도록 장기적인 관점에서 인증 표준 지침서를 설계하고, 지침서 뿐만 아니라 의료기관에서 활용할 수 있는 표준 개별 규정, 양식도 인증원에서 제작하여 배포하고 각 의료기관에서는 현장에 맞게 수정만 할 수 있도록 한다면 의료기관들의 부담은 훨씬 줄어들 것이다. 넷째, 4주기 인증에서는 감염관리와 격리병동 운영지침 등에 대한 정확하고 현실감 있는 지침이 개발되어야 한다. 코로나 등으로 앞으로는 감염병 관리에 대한 중요성이 더욱 부각될 것이다. 다섯째, 의료기관에서는 단기간의 인증 준비가 아닌 평소의 활동들을 인증 기준에 맞추어 실행한다면 요양병원의 의료의 질을 향상시킬수 있고 경쟁력을 가질 수 있어 성과에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 여섯째, 요양병원 관계자들은 인증을 준비함에 있어서 과거처럼 단기적으로 서류를 정리하거나 행정적으로 처리하기에는 문제가 있다. 이것 또한 역시 평소의 업무 프로세스를 인증기준에 맞춰 설계하여야 하며, 대부분의 업무 절차를 규정하고 지표화하여 관리하는 방식으로 변화하여야 한다고 생각한다.
