Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

This Study aims to present the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market through the assessment of the characteristics of the demands of the domestic SW companies pursuing to acquire GS certification. As the results of the factor analysis of the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market, (1) strictness of the certification standards, (2) level of satisfaction on the certification services and (3) certification effects were deduced as the specific variables. This study is highly significant in that the fact that the certification market is more effectively activated when the 3 factors, namely, strictness of the certification standards, level of satisfaction on the certification services and certification effects, have been intensively reinforced although there exist countless number of specific variables including certification system, certification cost, certification expertise and certification marketing, etc. in order to activate GS certification market has been statistically verified.

An extensive literature review has been made in this paper to build the evaluation hierarchy structure for the certification of electronic commerce services. In building the evaluation hierarchy structure, major candidate evaluation factors are selected by bench marking the various certification practices, including the Malcolm Baldrige award, ISO9000, and BSC(balanced scorecard) techniques. This paper deployed principal component analysis and factor analysis techniques to develop a statistically solid and systematic evaluation model. The final evaluation model, as presented in this paper as a model for the certification of electronic commerce services, produces a numeric score on the 100% scale, which can be served as a metric for the certification decision. The AHP technique was used in converting the various qualitative and quantitative evaluation values into a single measure for the certification decision.

콜센터에 국가표준(KS)이 도입되면서 고객들이 질 좋은 서비스를 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 콜센터 서비스 인증 심사기준의 상대적 중요도를 평가하기 위해서 수행되었다. Fuzzy AHP는 AHP 기법에 Fuzzy 집합 이론을 결합한 것으로, 의사결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 애매모호함과 불확실성을 해결하기 위하여 제시된 방법이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 평가방법론은 현재 국가적으로 추진되고 있는 KS 서비스 인증제도에서도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

지난 몇 년간 클라우드 서비스의 혁신은 IT발전에 기여한 가장 큰 잠재력을 가진 기술 중에 하나이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스의 잠재력을 발휘하기 위해서는 서비스 제공자와 소비자관점에서 다양한 이슈들에 대한 명확한 정의와 이해가 필요하다. 현재의 클라우드 관련 연구들은 기술 자체에 중점을 두고 있으나, 클라우드 서비스를 둘러싸고 있는 비즈니즈 측면에서의 이슈들에 대한 이해도 시급하다. 점점 더 많은 개인과 기업의 정보들이 클라우드 서비스에 놓이게 되면, 주된 관심은 어떻게 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 클라우드 서비스를 제공할 것인가에 맞추어지게 된다. 따라서 성공적인 클라우드 서비스를 위해서는 클라우드 서비스의 안전성과 신뢰성을 보증할 수 있는 인증제도의 수립이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 클라우드 서비스를 위한 인증제도의 프레임워크를 개발한다. 이를 위하여 클라우드 서비스 품질과 인증과 관련된 핵심 이슈들을 식별하고, 클라우드 서비스 영역과 클라우드 서비스 제공자 영역의 인증제도를 위한 시스템적인 프레임 워크를 개발한다. 또한 개발된 인증제도의 평가방안도 제안한다.

Recently, many Korean firms have suffered financial losses and damaged firm's trust due to information security incidents. Hence, a lot of firms have realized the importance of the information security. In particular, the demand for information security certification has increased. This study examined the effect of information security certification using the event study methodology. Our research shows that the announcement of the information security certification significantly influences the market value of the corresponding firm. The certified firms rise, on average, o.4993% (-2 day), 0.5462% (+1 day) of their market value. Further, we found that the financial sector in our data showed a 1.4% higher abnormal returns than the nonfinancial sector. On the other hand, whether a firm first acquired the information security certification is not significant. Our paper presents that it is possible to analyze the effect of the information security certification using the event study. We are expected to be used in making a decision for the investment of information security. Also, our results indicate that the firm which have acquired the information security certification should actively announce that fact.

The inclusion of software and wireless communication devices in vehicles has raised concerns regarding automobile security. In its response, UNECE WP.29 implemented the first-ever international standard for automotive cyber security in June 2020. Yet, the existing disparity between national standards for automotive certification systems and 「UN Regulation No. 155」 has caused confusion among auto makers. This discrepancy not only jeopardizes the security of domestic vehicles but also poses challenges to the seamless import and export of automobiles. Hence, there is a need to enhance the automotive cyber security certification system; however, there is a dearth of scholarly discourse on this topic. Consequently, this study presents a proposal for enhancing the domestic automotive cyber security certification system. In view of this, existing legal frameworks such as the 「Motor Vehicle Management Act」 and the 「Self-Driving Vehicle Act」 were reviewed, along with domestic and international automotive certification systems. The recommendations for improvement, derived from the findings, encompass institutional, legal, and operational aspects. This study is highly significant as it examines both domestic and international automotive certification systems in an area where there is a lack of academic discussion.

대표적인 융복합 ICT 서비스라고 할 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 법안이 2015년 3월에 통과되면서 많은 업체나 기관에서 다시금 클라우드 서비스 도입을 고려하고 있으나 보안에 대한 염려 때문에 서비스 도입을 주저하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 클라우드 서비스 보안에 대한 객관적이고 공정한 평가와 인증을 수행할 수 있는 클라우드 보안 인증체계의 도입이 요구된다. 현재 클라우드 보안 인증체계에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 인증스킴에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국외 클라우드 보안 인증체계와 클라우드 서비스 제공자에 대한 평가 제도를 분석하여 국내 클라우드 보안 인증 도입시 고려되어야 할 요소들을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 국내 실정에 맞는 3가지 인증스킴을 제시하였고, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 인증스킴별 장단점을 도출하여 상황에 적절한 인증스킴을 제시하였다.

In the former aviation law, only the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has to provide air traffic services, In the case of providing aviation transportation service from civilian, such as aviation special education institution, private airfield installer, it was possible to carry out only by receiving a private contract from the government. But at the time of private consignment, the fact that the government has to bear the cost through the contract act. It is pointed out that it is a factor that hinders efficiency in the operation sector. Accordingly, in Article 85 of the Aviation Safety Act, which was enforced in March 2017, legal grounds were established to provide air traffic services excluding the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. At the same time, we have introduced the air traffic services operating certification system, which enables the air traffic services to meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in order to secure the safety of air traffic. In this study, we examine the major issues and problems of the small private control tower operated by the private institute in Korea. The effect of introduction of the air traffic services operating certification system which can introduce all the institutions which do not belong to the control agency in the former aviation law into the institutional system and the operation plan were examined.

In the last decade many advanced home network services have been provided by construction industry, and many researches on the area have been carried out. One of the problems we are confronted with is that we do not have a standard classification scheme for home network services yet. In this paper a more stable classification scheme is suggested after comparative analysis of many different schemes in previous researches. More commonly highly attended service categories in the scheme is selected, and those are examined in terms of how commonly they are supplied by construction industry. In the later part of this paper the current home network building certification code is reviewed if the code complies with the highly attended categories in the classification scheme suggested in this paper. Some ideas to improve the current certification code is suggested by adding or optionally adding the highly attended categories.
