After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produce in a foreign land. But it is affect negatively to trust relationships and markets of Jeju's foods because of breaking it out that foreign productions exchange domestic. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented the Genuine Quotation system of Black pigs using UHF RFID. This system is developed for distinguishing spuriousness, then searching information of the product through EPC ONS in EPCIS to print within a screen. Moreover, this intuitional and efficient system is constructed by connecting various sensors and lights. It can be contributed income increase thorough the security for the quality authority of the agricultural & stockbreeding products with FCS, FCG Certificate and the genuine certificate of the black pig which is the one of most typical agricultural & stockbreeding products in the pure Green Province, Jeju.

사용자 어플리케이션에서 인증 경로를 검증하는 일은 매우 복잡하고 많은 시간이 소요됨으로서 사용자측에 상당한 부담을 줄 수 있다. 특히, 비계층적 PKI에서의 검증 작업은 다수의 후보 경로가 존재함에 따라서 그 부담이 더욱 커진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비계층적 PKI의 인증 기관(Certificate Authority： CA)을 서명 검증 작업에 창설시킴으로서 사용자 측 검증 작업에 대한 부담을 감소시킬 수 있는 새로운 형태의 인증 경로 처리 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 방안은 서명 검증에 수반되는 사용자 측 암호화 작업을 크게 줄임으로서 검증에 대한 부담을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 CA들의 검증 작업의 참여로 인해 정적인 CA들의 활용도를 높일 수 있다.

The objective of the study to investigate factors affecting consumers' consumption extension toward environment-friendly agricultural products in Suncheon city. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, the main reason that consumers purchase environment-friendly agricultural products is "concerns of pesticides." Second, NAQS is highly trusted of a certificate institution. Third, the results show that consumers is satisfied such as safety, freshness, nutrition, whereas price, package design and taste are dissatisfied. Fourth, the factors affecting increase in the consumption of environmental-friendly agricultural products, have been analyzed in the variables noted of whether Sex, marital status, purchase experience, Private Certificate Authority faulty.

선박에 승선하는 모든 선원들은 STCW 협약에서 요구하는 바와 같이 STCW 코드 A-I/6조에 따라 해당 훈련 및 평가에 대해 관리, 감독 및 감시되어야 하며, 선원들은 STCW 협약 요구 교육을 이수한 후 이에 대한 증서를 발급받아 해당 선박에 승선하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 법정교육에 대한 교육 이수증서양식이 국제적으로 통일되어 있지 않아 항만국통제(PSC) 검사시 검사관들이 해당 교육 이수 및 교육내용에 대한 식별이 어려우며, 또한 이수증서 양식이 국가별로 제 각각이라 신뢰성이 검증되지 않은 증서도 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고, STCW 협약의 올바른 이행을 위해 STCW 협약에서 요구하고 있는 법정교육에 대한 이수증서 양식통일에 대하여 논한다.

암호화 기술의 확장성과 비도 측면에서 우수한 공개키 기반 하부구조(Public Key Infrastructure)는 공개키를 보증하는 기반 기술과 인증서의 안전한 사용 기술로 구성되어있으며, 전자상거래의 기본 기술중 하나이다. 이러한 기본 기술 중에는 키 복구(Key Recovery) 및 비밀 분산(Secret Sharing) 기술등이 포함되며, 인증기관(Certificate Authority： CA)을 통한 키 관리 효율성 및 인중 기관과 사용자 간 안전한 정보 교환 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반의 전자 상거래 시 사용되는 공개키 기반 하부구조에 대하여 검토 분석한다.

This study intends to analyze the general printed encyclopedia published and circulated in Korea. The main purpose it is to offer extensive information helping users or librarians to select superior encyclopedia. 4 printed encyclopedia published and circulated in Korea since 1993 are selected for this purpose And they are analyzed on the basis of 6 evaluation standards (purpose & scope, authority, accessibility, clarity & readability, format and special features & cost). Especially, 4 printed encyclopedia among the best American encyclopedia having long history were also co-analyzed to certificate the validity of the evaluative standards.

인터넷을 이용한 전자 상거래의 비중이 점차 증가하고 기업 활동 또한 인터넷으로 이동하고있다. 인터넷을 이용하는 e-Commerce가 활성화됨에 따라 보안 관련 문제점들이 부각되고 있으며 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 그 중에서 신뢰성과 안전성을 보장하는 공개키 기반 구조(PKI) 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 최근 e-Commerce에서는 XML 형식을 이용한 메시지 교환 방식이 널리 사용되고 있고 이에 대한 보안 역시 해결해야 할 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 XML을 이용하여 메시지를 전달하고 암호화를 통한 기밀성을 제공하고, PKI를 이용하여 신뢰성, 인증, 안전성을 제공하는 CA(Certificate Authority)를 설계한다.

In this paper, we propose a public key based security architecture for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The basic architecture comprises of two schemes; a key handshaking scheme based on simple linear operations for fast computation and an identity based cryptosystem which does not require any certificate authority. Our analysis shows that, the combined scheme ensures a good level of security and is very much suitable for the energy constrained trend of wireless sensor network.

Internet상의 전자문서, 전자거래 등과 관련된 전자업무에서는 다음과 같은 중요 인증 문제를 필요로 하게 한다. 첫째, 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인). 둘째, 전자업무 내용의 정보보호 및 무결성 기능(비밀성 보장). 셋째, 전자행위에 대한 부인봉쇄(분쟁해결) 등이 그것이다. 따라서 이러한 전자업무의 중요 인증 문제와 관련하여 신뢰할 만한 제3자, 즉 인증기관(CA : Certificate Authority)의 확인 및 증명해주는 제도가 필요하다. 위에서 언급한 제 가지 인증 문제 중 전자업무에서의 가장 기초적인 인증 문제인 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인)에 대한 문제를 연구하고자 한다.
