Since the 1990s, the domestic fashion industry has been changing rapidly and has become more competitive. Due to these circumstances, the roles of Shop masters were intensified and a training course to acquire a certificate of qualification as a Shop master was in great demand. The 1st Shop master certification exam took place in the year 2001. The purpose of this study was to research the formality of Shop master certificate training courses via e-learning, which is a hot topic in 21st century education, and to provide a development example. First, an analysis was made of the definition and basic characteristics needed of a Shop-master. Next, we noted the problems of former Shop master training facilities and their training process. Thirdly, we did a research on the definition of e-learning and the elements to embody the system. Based on the information obtained through this research, we provided a development example on Shop-master certificate training courses via e-learning that overcame the problems of courses that are currently provided.

Korean Standard Certificate , suitable for the korean industrial standards is one which was designed not only to spread and utilize the industrial standard established for the industrial standardization but to protect the consumer In this study, the practical effects of the Korean Standard Certificate will be examined in various fields, based on the small medium enterprises which achieved the K.S. Certificate In order to look into how the system has effects on the performance of the management in a company, the method of the actual approach will be used. In the end, the purpose of this study is to find the plan in which KS Certificate can be helpful to the development of the company.

S.S.Al-Riyami와 K.G.Paterson에 의해 제안된 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템은 기존 공개키 암호 시스템이 가지는 인증서 관리의 불편함과 ID-based 암호 시스템이 가지는 Key Escrow문제를 동시에 해결해 주었다. 하지만 대부분의 공개키 암호 시스템 과 마찬가지로 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템 역시 비공개키의 노출에 대한 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템에 Strong Key Insulation을 제공함으로써 보다 안전한 암호 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 이 시스템은 기존 Key Insulated 공개키 암호 시스템에 비해 계산량을 줄임으로써 보다 효율적인 암호 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

ECQV(Elliptic Curve Qu-Vanstone)는 ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptography) 기반의 묵시적 인증서(implicit certificate)를 생성하는 방법으로서 기존에 사용되던 명시적 인증서에 비해 크기가 작고 빠르기 때문에 메모리가 충분하지 않거나 대역폭이 작은 제한된 통신환경에서 유용하게 사용 될 수 있다. 또한, Butterfly key expansion 알고리즘은 하나의 공개키를 사용하여 여러 개의 인증서를 발급할 수 있도록 지원하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 ECQV에 Butterfly key expansion 알고리즘을 적용하여, 추후 자동차 통신 환경에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 인증서 발급 방법을 제안한다.

기 구축된 Public Key Infrastructure(이하 PKI) 에서 발급된 디지털인증서를 외부 네트워크와 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서 사용하기 외부 네트워크에 지정된 인증서 검증 서버에 접속할 수가 없기 때문에 인증서 유효성 검증의 문제를 발생시켜 사용이 불가능하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인트라넷 환경을 위한 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템을 제안한다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 기존의 PKI 에서 인증서 검증을 위해서 사용하는 Certificate Revocation List (이하 CRL)를 대체하는 Certificate Valid List (이하 CVL)를 사용하여 외부 네트워크와 접속이 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서도 기 구축된 PKI 에서 발급된 디지털 인증서의 유효성을 검증할 수 있다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 CVL 의 생성을 위한 Certificate Valid List Manager (이하 CVLM)와 주기적인 CVL 발급 및 게시를 위한 Certificate Valid List Issuer (이하 CVLI), 응용서비스에서 사용하는 User Agent (이하 UA) 를 포함한다.

속성 인증서를 이용한 역할기반 접근제어를 함에 있어서 역할 관리비용을 줄이기 위해 역할 할당 인증서와 역할 명세인증서를 활용하면 역할의 변경에 따른 갱신 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경과 같은 고도의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 광범위한 통제 구조를 가질 수 없으므로 이를 고려한 속성 인증서 관리 기법이 요구된다. 역할 명세 인증서를 따로 두는 경우 역할 관리 비용이 줄어드는 바, 더 나은 성능향상을 위하여 본 논문에서는 역할 명세를 구조화하여 효율적 역할기반 접근제어를 위한 속성 인증서 관리 기법을 모색한다. 역할을 그룹화하여 역할 명세 인증서의 관계구조 트리를 구성하여 분산된 환경에서 안전하고 효율적인 역할의 갱신과 분배를 달성한다. 규모 확장성을 위해 멀티캐스팅 패킷을 사용한 역할 명세 인증서 분배를 하며, 그에 따른 네트워크 상의 패킷 손실율을 고려한 성능분석을 하여 역할 그룹을 두어 역할 명세 인증서를 구조화하는 것이 성능을 향상시킴을 정량적으로 보인다.

항공기는 설계에서부터 완성까지 감항당국으로부터 형식증명, 제작증명 및 감항증명으로 구분된 복잡한 인증과정을 거치며, 부속품은 기술표준품형식승인 및 부품제작자증명으로 인증을 받아야 비로소 항공용으로 사용할 수 있다. 최근 국산 항공기와 부품의 개발진척에 따라 내수용과 해외 수출 확장을 위해 미국과의 상호항공안전협정이 추진되고 있다. 이러한 추세를 반영하여 본 논문에서는 항공제품의 안전성 확보를 위한 기본적인 인증절차를 기술하고 미국과 우리나라의 인증체계를 비교분석하였으며, 이를 통하여 국제적인 인증체계 수립을 위한 관련 요구조건을 제시하였다.

항공기의 설계 안전성을 보장하기 위하여 형식증명을 받아야 한다. 형식증명을 받은 항공기의 설계가 중대하게 변경되는 경우, 형식증명을 새로 받거나 개정형식증명 또는 부가형식증명을 신청하여야 한다. 국제민간항공기구, 미국 및 유럽의 인증 규정에서 부가형식증명 대상이 되는 설계변경에 대하여 매우 추상적으로 정의하고 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 설계변경에 관한 세계 각국의 인증절차와 인증사례를 분석하여 부가형식증명 대상이 되는 "광범위하지 않은 중급 설계변경"을 판단하는 기준을 제시하였다.

The Issuance of false medical certificates on Criminal Law or the Medical Service Act are frequently applied to the insurance fraud cases related with the medical certificate, prescriptions. The meaning of medical certificate is not defined on the crime of Issuance of false medical certificates, but considering the rule of Paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Medical Service Act, which punishes drawing up the medical certificate by anyone except the doctor who has directly examined, and the principle of legality, the medical certificate applied with the crime of Issuance of false medical certificates should (1) include the judgment after current medical ex-amination, (2) be written for the purpose of verifying the health status and (3) have a style that can be recognizable as medical document usually written by doctors. In addition, since there have been many argues on the range of application of the Paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Medical Service Act, which generally regulates various kinds of documents such as medical certificates, prescriptions and others, which have different purpose and characters, the range of application of the clause above is needed to be interpreted strictly.

This study wished to inspect about certificate of origin issuance authorities subject in certificate of origin issuance mode by spread of FTA, and investigate about improvement plan of current certificate of origin issuance authorities choice for smoothness trade business our country in FTA age to be expanded gradually. Fundamental purpose and meaning of FTA strengthen industry competitive power of two countries because expand trade and investment between the agreement conclusion country, and is expected to esteem agreement target department's estimation at FTA certificate of origin issuance subject choice because is meaning that strengthen trade competitive power, and raise trade company's convenience. Therefore, our country FTA representative authorities is recognized authoritativeness and stability from trade company and trade connection authorities, and is suitable in legal application or institution that can propel with consistency about policy propelled hereafter has to be chosen, FTA agreement country is representative authorities that recognize, and to issue from customs services which is a government agency which can progress business is place of origin issuance business and the place of origin examination, is expected to become more and more effective.
