미혼모의 스트레스-대처-적응 모형 검증 (Stress - Coping - Adaptation model for Unwed Mothers : It's Empirical Test)

  • 본 연구는 미혼모의 스트레스와 대처, 적응의 모형과 그 변인과의 관계를 Lazarus and Folkman(1984)의 '스트레스-대처-적응(stress-coping-adaptation)' 의 이론적 모델에 입각해 검증하고 분석하여 미혼모의 스트레스를 경감하고 적응을 도모할 수 있는 사회복지 정책적, 실천적 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국 423명의 미혼모를 대상으로 조사를 실시한 결과, Lazarus and Folkman(1984)의 '스트레스-대처-적응' 의 이론적 모델을 기초로 구성한 미혼모의 '스트레스-대처-적응' 모형의 실증적 자료는 적합성이 확인되었고 미혼모의 사회적 지지 자원과 스트레스, 대처, 적응의 관계가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 '사회적 지지 추구' 의 조절효과를 제외한 연구의 가설들이 지지되었다. 본 연구는 미혼모의 스트레스를 경감하고 적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 사회복지정책을 수립하고 사회복지서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 이론적인 토대를 마련하고 기초적인 자료를 제공하였다는 학문적·실천적 함의를 갖는다.

육류에 대한 혐오감이 돼지고기 소비에 미치는 인과 효과 평가 (Measuring the Causal Effect of Disgust with Meat on Pork Consumption)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the causal relationships among such variables as moral concerns for animals, meat texture, meat color, satiety from meat, disgust with meat and pork consumption. A total of 250 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation models were used to measure the causal effects of the constructs. The study outcomes demonstrated that the structural analysis results of the data were an excellent model fit. The effects of moral concerns for animals, meat texture and satiety from meat on the disgust with meat were statistically significant. As expected, disgust with meat had a significant effect on pork consumption. Moreover, moral concerns for animals and satiety from meat had a significant indirect effect on pork consumption through disgust with meat. Also, satiety from meat alone had a significant indirect effect on pork consumption through disgust with meat. By developing and testing conceptual models that integrated the relationships among ideational variables, sensory affective variables, anticipated consequences variables, emotional variables, and behavioral variables, this study may approach a deeper understanding of the complex relationships among pork consumption-related variables. A greater understanding of these complex relationships can improve the managerial diagnosis of problems as well as opportunities for different marketing strategies, including pork production and pork product development, and marketing communications.

Relationships between Inbound Tourism, Financial Development, and Economic Growth: An Empirical Study of Fujian Province, China

  • This paper mainly studies the relationship between financial development, inbound tourism development, and economic growth rate in Fujian Province, China. This study uses the data of real GDP, foreign exchange income from international tourism, and financial interrelations ratio from 1994 to 2019. In the analysis process, the Johansen cointegration test is first used to analyze whether the three have a long-term equilibrium relationship. Then the vector error correction model is established to test the restrictive relationship among the three. Next, the Granger causality test assesses whether the three have a causal relationship. Finally, the contribution rate of the three is analyzed by variance decomposition. The above methods show the following conclusions: first, the three have a long-term equilibrium relationship. Secondly, in the short term, local economic growth is constrained by inbound tourism and financial development. Thirdly, there is a causal relationship between economic growth and inbound tourism in Fujian, while there is a unidirectional causal relationship between financial development and economic growth, financial development, and inbound tourism. Fourthly, the contribution rate of inbound tourism to economic growth fluctuations in Fujian is higher than that of financial development.

스마트폰의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on factors affecting acceptance intention of smartphone - Focused on TAM Model -)

  • In recent years, smartphone is the most widely used ubiquitous functionality. People do not want to just call other people any more by using a cellular phone; they want to connect to the Internet and use various applications. Hence, cellular phones need to become smart. A smartphone has an operating system and many applications. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to suggest theory framework of acceptance about smartphone based on TAM, (2) to examine relationships between exogenous variables. The research model and hypotheses were developed based on the theories of technology acceptance model. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The analysis of this study is designed as individual level to examine the causal relationship among variables. The the reliability and validity of data was tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The analysis results revealed that social norms and individual innovation are major influential variables on the perceived usefulness of smartphone. Also, social norms are influential variables on the perceived enjoyment of smartphone.

관광블로그의 수용과 사용자만족에 관한 연구 (Study on acceptance and user satisfaction of tourism - Focused on TAM Model -)

  • In recent years, blogs have become important resources for information sharing; and tourism blogs are providing a new way of sharing tour experiences. Blogs are becoming very popular amongst web users to share their life experiences with other web users around the world. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to suggest theory framework of acceptance and user satisfaction about toruism blogs based on TAM, (2) to examine relationships between exogenous variables and (3) to suggest effectiveness of tourism blogs in a marketing perspective. 코퍼스 지표를 활용한 모의 토익시험의 유용성 검증 : 난이도와 변별도 분석을 중심으로 (Verification of the Usefulness of the Mock TOEIC Test using Corpus Indices : Focusing on the Analysis of Difficulty and Discrimination)

  • 본 연구에서는 토익 시험의 정답률과 변별도에 영향을 미치는 구조적인 요인이 무엇인지 분석하기 위하여 문항 분석에서 도출된 각 파트별 코퍼스 지표들을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 모의 토익 시험의 정답률과 변별도에 대한 코퍼스 요인들의 회귀 분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 정답률에 대해서는 기초산출치중에서 word_length, no_word_sentence1, sentence_length, 정합성 지표들 중에서는 LSA_overlap_adjacent_sentences, 어휘 다양성 지표들 중에서는 MTLD_VOCD, 접속사 지표들 중에서는 All_logical_causal_connectives_incidence, 상황모형 지표들 중에서는 casual_particles_causal_verbs_Ratio, 통사적복잡성 지표들 중에서는 Minimal_Edit_Distance1, Left_embeddedness, 통사적 패턴밀도 지표들 중에서는 Infinitive_density, Preposition_phrase_density 등이 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 코퍼스 요인들은 토익의 정답률을 낮추는 효과가 있기 때문에 하위 레벨의 학습자들이 단기적인 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 정보들을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 변별도에 대해서는 어휘 다양성 지표들 중에서 MTLD_VOCD, 접속사 지표들 중에서는 All_logical_causal_connectives_incidence, Additive_connectives_incidence, 통사적 패턴밀도 지표들 중에서는 Infinitive_density, 어휘정보 지표들 중에서는 person1_2_pronoun_incidence 등이 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 코퍼스 요인들은 변별도 증가에 영향을 주기 때문에 영어 능력 하위 그룹에 필요한 학습 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Purpose: Targeting the members of manufacturing and Service industry Quality Control team this study is going is to carry out research about whether the outcome of OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behaviors) and organization can be brought about by organizational culture that is suitable for them. this study tries to identify the direct・indirect causal relationship between these variables and OCB by selecting organizational culture as a leading variable and job satisfaction as a parameter. Methods: SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis and AMOS 18.0 statistical program for structural equation model analysis. For the descriptive statistics this study verified reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, structural equation model analysis, research hypothesis, and mediating effects. Results: As a result of path analysis estimating the regression coefficients for the linear structure analysis of the correlations between variables for the hypothesis verification, the rational culture among the organizational culture types of the manufacturing Quality Control team showed a positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction, and hierarchical culture has negative(-) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study suggested that the composition and friendly behavior of desirable organizational culture has a very close relationship in connection between job satisfaction and OCB by examining the causal relationship between OCB for improvement activities for organizational culture by establishing the organizational culture and job satisfaction of the manufacturing Quality Control team.

임상간호사들의 조직몰입과 선행 및 결과변수사이의 인과관계 및 영향 (Causal Relationships between Antecedent and Outcome Variables of Organizational Commitment among Clinical Nurses)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine the causal model of nurses' organizational commitment. Based on literature review and Fishbein's behavioral intentions model ((Fishbein. 1967: Fishbein & Ajzen. 1975). the organizational commitment was conceptualized within a motivational framework that mediate between antecedents variables and outcome variables. Antecedent variables were pay, promotional chances. continuing education opportunity. rigidity of the administration. paticipative decision making, latitude, group support, role conflict, work load, need for achievement. experience and pride for professional nursing. Outcome variable was turnover intention. The subjects were 373 nurses who were working at 2 large general hospitals located in Seoul. It represents a response rate of 94%. Data for this study was collected from August 29 to September 22 in 1997 by Questionnaire. Path analysis with LISREL 7.16 prigram was used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to data and to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently. It needs to be notified, however. that path analysis can not count measurment errors: measurement error can attenuate estimates of coefficient and explanatory power. Nontheless the model revealed considerable explanatory power for organizational commitment (58%), pride for professional nursing (50%) and turnover intention(40%). In predicting nurses' organizational commitment, the findings of this study clearly demonstrated 'the pride for professional nursing' might be the most important variables of all the antecedent variables. Group support, role conflict, need for achievement were also found to be important determinants for the organizational commitment and turnover intention, The result showed experience might be a predictor for 'pride for professional nursing' and 'turnover intention' but not 'organizational commitment', 'Rigidity of the administration' and latitude were also found to have important roles in predictingr the organizational commitment, while participative decision making might have an impact on turnover intention. On the other hand promotional chance had an influence on all the outcome variables, while pay only on turnover intention. In predicting turnover intention, the result clearly revealed 'the pride for professional nursing' and 'organizational commitment' might be the most powerful predictors among all the variables. Theses results were discussed, including directions for the future research and practical implications drawn from the research were suggested.

EDI 활용수준 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Usage Level and Performance of EDI)

  • The objective of research is to find out exogenous variables that influence the usage and performance EDI in the Korea firms. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to examine relationships between exogenous variables, such as management, technology, inter-firm relationship characteristics, and EDI performance, and (2) to measure EDI volume, EDI diversity, EDI depth among Korea firms. The questionnaire consists of two versions; One for the EDI system managers and the other for the EDI users. The analysis of this study is designed as cross level to examine the causal relationship among variables in different analysis level. The reliability and validity of data was tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The analysis results revealed that education level, IS growth, trust, support, power are major influential variables on the usage level and performance of EDI. Especially, persuasive power turned out to be more important than coercive power, and technical financial support from organizations was also found to be a significant variables.
