거주지별 쇼핑 성향이 의복 구매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shopping Orientations on Clothing Purchasing Behavior according to Residence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of shopping orientations on clothing purchasing behavior according to residence. The data was obtained from questionnaires filled out by 530 females living in Seoul and Jecheon. For data analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test, Cronbach's $\alpha$, Duncan's multiple range test and cluster analysis were used. For shopping orientation, five factors of orientation were found and labeled as hedonism, brand and store loyalty, conformity, economy and rationality factor. Based on five shopping orientation factors, women were classified into five clusters(self-centered and rational, recreational, economy and shopping low involvement, economical and conformative cluster). Each cluster showed significantly different clothing purchasing behaviors (problem recognition, information search and evaluative criteria) and had different demographic variables(age, income, marital status and school career). Finally, residence and shopping orientations have influenced various clothing purchasing behavior. In conclusion, residence was the important factor which influenced on shopping orientation and clothing purchasing behavior.

성인 여성의 로하스 라이프스타일에 따른 자연주의 화장품 구매행동과 태도 (A Study on the Naturalistic Cosmetics Purchasing Behavior and Attitudes According to Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify purchasing behavior and attitudes toward naturalistic cosmetics according to women's LOHAS lifestyle. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 500 women aged 19-59. SPSS was used for data analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Factors of LOHAS lifestyle were social consciousness, reduce resources, family centered, individuality & environmental consciousness, healthy food life, and information search. Women were clustered into bad-being group, environmentalists, LOHAS group, well-being group, and individualists. 2. Most women had a bit of knowledge and experienced naturalistic cosmetics. Over 85% of women had intention to use naturalistic cosmetics. 3. Bad-being group and individualists included university women and had little knowledge and experiences of naturalistic cosmetics. LOHAS group and well-being group included more career women with higher education, had more knowledge and experiences. 4. Knowledge and experiences of naturalistic cosmetics were the most effective factors on the use intention of naturalistic cosmetics.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 직업학 연구동향 분석 (Text Mining-Based Analysis for Research Trends in Vocational Studies)

  • 본 논문은 빅데이터 분석방법인 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 직업학 분야 전반의 연구동향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 분석 결과 우리나라에서 직업학은 1997년 IMF외환위기를 기점으로 급격한 성장세를 보이는 등 글로벌 경제위기에 직접적인 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 연구 주제가 정부 정책이나 제도 등 '거시'에서 개인의 진로 설정 등 '미시'로 전환되고 있고, 연구 관점도 장애인 여성 등 사회적 약자에서, 은퇴자 실업자 등 경제적 약자로 변화되는 모습을 보였다. 조사 대상은 초 중 고등학생보다 대학생이 압도적으로 많았다. 그러나 진로상담의 임상적 결과분석이나 직업정보가공, 직업발달사적 논점의 시도는 적었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 분석대상을 학술지 초록에 한정하여 수행했다는 한계점이 존재하나, 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 토픽분석을 통해 검색이 가능한 논문을 전수 조사하는 등 직업학 연구에 있어 정량적 분석 방법론의 틀을 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 직업학 연구의 발전단계별 논점들을 분석한 최초의 시도라는 점에서도 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

진로적 측면에서 본 독서자본의 개념화 및 구성요소 탐색 : 빅 데이터 분석 활용 (The conceptualization of reading capital and the search for its components from the career perspective: Using Big Data Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 진로적 측면으로서 독서자본을 개념화하고 구성요소를 탐색하여 추후 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 논문과 문헌을 고찰하였다. 또한 독서관련 다양한 활동을 통해 효과성이 검증된 논문 209편을 대상으로 빅 데이터 분석을 실시하여 독서자본의 구성요소를 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 통해 독서자본(讀書資本, Reading Capital)은 독서를 통해 체화된 소양, 경험, 태도 등 유 무형 능력이 표출되어 인간을 이해하고 세상을 긍정적으로 바라보며, 이를 실행해 나감으로써 개인적 사회적 경제적 가치를 창출하게 하는 것으로 정의하였다. 독서역량이란 독서에 대해 개인이 갖고 있는 흥미, 경험, 태도, 능력이 축적이 되어 독서를 지속적으로 해 나갈 수 있도록 하는 힘으로 정의하였으며, 인문학적 소양을 인간의 참된 본성과 전인성의 토대위해 인간을 이해하고 일상생활 속에서 이를 실천해 나 갈수 있고 세상을 긍정적으로 바라보는 안목을 통해 변화에 유연하게 대처하며, 문제를 인식하고 이를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 능력으로 정의하였다. 독서자본의 구성요소는 독서흥미, 독서활동, 독서태도, 독서능력을 독서역량으로, 정서지능, 관계성, 자아정체성, 창의성, 적응성, 주도성, 가치관 등을 인문학적 소양으로 개념화하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 독서자본의 정의, 구성요소의 탐색 및 정의는 관련 후속연구들 간의 연구 확장에 기초자료로써 그 활용 가치가 높을 것으로 생각된다.

편입과정을 거쳐 입사한 신규간호사의 적응경험 (Adaptation to Clinical Experience by Older Graduate Nurses who Entered Nursing after Graduation in Another Field)

  • Purpose: With the increasing opportunities for students to transfer into nursing from other departments or after graduation, it is important to examine how these students adapt to clinical work in the hospital setting after graduation. This study was done to describe the adaptation experience of older graduate nurses in hospital settings and to understand the meanings and search the nature of their experience. Method: For this study, the participants were 6 nurses who entered nursing after having graduated from college or university in another field. The data were collected through in-depth interviews from March to April 2007 and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results: The essential themes of the adaptation experience for older graduate nurses were the following 6 categories: taking responsibilities for the expected role according to one's age, following the rules of senior-junior hierarchy, being ambivalent about one's older age, expanding one's support system, getting rid of the concept of age difference and establishing the expected position appropriate for one's career. Conclusion: For older graduate nurses, interpersonal relationship factors were more important than work related factors. Therefore, it is important to create a more flexible nursing culture to ease the adaptation of these older graduate nurses.

임상실습 현장에서 간호대학생이 경험하는 도덕적 고뇌 (The Experience of Nursing Students' Moral Distress in Clinical Practice)

  • Purpose: This study explores the moral distress that nursing students experience during their clinical practice in Korea. Methods: Data were collected using focus group interviews, and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Participants were recruited from three nursing schools in three different cities; each focus group interview lasted between one to two hours. Results: Twenty-two nursing students with more than one year of clinical practice experience participated. Three categories and ten themes were extracted. The following situational categories: "unprotected patients' right and dignity," "clinical settings in which standards of care are not upheld," "disrespectful hospital culture," and "inconsistent and unsystematic clinical education" caused moral distress. Types of responses to moral distress included: "shock and confusion over the gap between reality and moral standards," "powerlessness when cannot advocate patients," "fear and doubts about nursing career," and "moral desensitization and disappointment in oneself." "Expressions of moral distress and the need for advice" and "a search for meaning and hope" were identified as coping strategies. Conclusion: These results demonstrate the need for systematic clinical practicum and education programs to minimize moral distress. These programs may offer opportunities for students to turn moral distress into opportunities for learning and growth in the future.

재학 중 근로경험의 실태와 노동시장 성과 (The Effects of In-School Work Experience on Subsequent Labor Market Outcomes)

  • 재학 중 근로경험의 실태와 이후의 노동시장 성과에 미치는 영향을 제1차 "청년패널" (2001년)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 재학 중의 근로경험은 상당한 수준에 이르고 있으며, 이러한 근로경험은 학교교육을 마치고 첫 일자리를 획득하기까지의 이행을 신속하게 하는 효과가 있는 반면 첫 일자리의 임금을 높이는 효과를 갖지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 재학 중의 근로경험이 직업세계에 대한 이해를 높이고 적극적인 직업태도를 함양하는 데는 도움을 주지만 대부분 전공과 무관한 단순업무에 그쳐 학교교육을 보완하여 평생 일자리 (career job)를 획득하는 데 나아가고 있지 않음을 시사한다. 따라서 경력중시형 노동력 수요로의 구조적인 변화에 대응하여 재학 중 근로경험을 학교교육과 연계하여 체계화할 필요가 있다.

환경보전형 농업종사자의 영농의식 및 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Status and Farming Consciousness of Environmental Farmers - Based on Hongsung, Chungnam Province -)

  • The purpose of the study was to search for the developmental plan of the environmental agriculture by investigating the farming consciousness and the actual condition of farmers engaged in environmental agriculture. A case study along with personal interviews were carried out to investigate the farming consciousness and actual conditions of environmental agriculture in Hongsung area. The results of the study were as follow; 1) Farmers engaged in environmental agriculture had higher educational level and was generally younger in age than that of farmers in general. There were many Christians among the farmers engaged in environmental agriculture, however, there was no significant difference in terms of religion and farming career between the groups of practicing and non-practicing environmental agriculture. 2) Farmers practicing environmental agriculture were more interested in preservation of agricultural environment than the higher prices of agricultural products. 3) Most of the farmers practicing environmental agriculture wanted to take technical education on environmental agriculture and were highly interested in the preserving traditional agricultural style. 4) Farmers practicing environmental agriculture were more satisfied with a present farming life as well as government's agricultural policy than non-practicing farmers, and had plan for increasing scale of farm.

청년 고용 문제, 눈높이 때문인가? (High and Downwardly Rigid Reservation Wages are Responsible for the Youth Joblessness?)

  • 본 연구는 청년층의 고용문제가 눈높이 조절의 실패에 기인한다는 주장을 "한국노동패널"을 이용한 실증 분석을 통해 비판적으로 검토하였다. 의중임금의 동태적인 변화를 통한 분석을 통해, 눈높이 격차가 존재하는 것은 사실이지만, 기간의 경과에 따라 시장임금을 고려하여 의중임금이 조정되고 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 노동시장 이행경험을 노동시장 진입과정을 넘어서 노동시장 정착과정으로 확장하여, 직업경력에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것은 첫 일자리를 획득하기까지의 소요기간이 아니라 첫 일자리의 질과 불안정한 취업경험임을 밝혔다. 이는 청년층의 비취업 문제가 좋은 일자리만을 선호하기 때문이라기보다는 괜찮은 일자리의 감소와 노동시장의 이중화라는 노동시장의 구조적인 문제에 기인함을 시사한다.

인터넷 경품광고 및 응모에 대한소비자태도와 행동 (Consumer's Attitude and Behavior about the Internet Premium Advertisement and Its Application)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the trend of the attitude and the behavior about consumer's internet premium advertisement and its application and the factors which influence on the attitude and the behavior about consumer's premium advertisement and its application; the demographic variables, internet communication-environment variables and variables in relation to consumer's premium advertisement application. For these purpose, the data collected two way: internet survey and questionnaire survey. The data used in this study included people who have looked an internet Premium Advertisement more than once during internet use. Major findings were as following: (1) The attitude of internet premium advertisement and its application could be described as the mean 34.16 md 24.61 separately(3.11 and 2.73 point on 5.00 points scale). The behavior of application about internet premium advertisement was measured as a behavior of application whether or not; application 18.7% and unapplication 81.3%. (2) The attitude of application about internet premium advertisement was significantly different according to age, joining frequency on internet, past experience of winning a premium, purchasing information search, interesting connection on the internet, the risk about the money loss and negative evaluation of other persons, the economical values of premiums, winning possibility, and preferable premiums. The behavior of application about internet premium advertisement, the behavior of application whether or not was significantly different according to sex, age, school career, a circuit speed, a period of using, joining frequency and a using place, past experience of winning a premium, purchasing information search, interesting connection on the internet, the risk about the negative evaluation of other persons, the economical values of premiums, winning possibility, and preferable premiums. (3) When looking at the influence of variables about the attitude of application about internet premium advertisement, the most influence variables was the past experience of winning a premium, and next was winning possibility, sex, the interest about the premiums which made the consumer want to apply, the economical values of premiums, the purpose of purchase information search and the using time. The explanation of those variables were 22.6%. As the result of the Logistic analysis, it was found that the frequency of the internet connection, the past experience of winning premiums, the risk about the outflow of credit information, interesting premiums, and premium advertisement were the most important variables to affect the possibility of the behavior of application about internet premium advertisement critically.
