Second, the teachers at home daycare centers showed a high level of interpersonal relationships and working hours. The teachers at workplace daycare centers have a good balance between work and life, and teachers at corporate group daycare centers have a high sense of happiness about income. The childcare teacher's career happiness was generally higher than infant teachers, and the support of the assistant teacher had an effect on the career Happiness of the teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The results suggest that separate teacher support is needed to increase the career happiness of teachers according to their age and institutional variables.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to improve happiness by verifying the mediating effect of career decision in the relationship between civic consciousness, community consciousness, career decision, and happiness of middle school students. As for the analysis data, the "2020 Gen Z Teenage Values Survey" data surveyed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute was used. Among the survey subjects, 2,703 middle school students who met the purpose of this study were sampled and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 were used to verify the mediating effect, and indirect effects and significance were analyzed by applying the Bootstrap technique. The results of the study showed, first, that middle school students' sense of citizenship and community had a positive effect on happiness. Second, in the relationship between civic consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between community consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. In other words, it is meaningful in that it presented policy alternatives and practical programs to improve the happiness of middle school students.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine whether job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, and academic achievement had an influence on nursing students' happiness. Methods: The participants were 147 nursing students in D city. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on happiness included major satisfaction(highly unsatisfied ${\beta}=-.251$, p=.001), average monthly family income(between four and six million won ${\beta}=.222$, p=.002), career decision-making self-efficacy(${\beta}=.198$, p=.010), major satisfaction(satisfied ${\beta}=.196$, p=.006), and subjective health(unhealthy ${\beta}=-.167$, p=.020). These factors explained 33.5% of the variance in student happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study reveal that career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, major satisfaction, and job-seeking stress were important intrinsic factors in the happiness of nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to help these students attain more self-efficacy, self-esteem, and major satisfaction rather than focusing on academic achievement in order to increase their happiness.

This study was to validate the WSBS_PECT (Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness and career maturity. The data from 523 prospective early childhood teachers were analyzed statistically through t-test and binary logistic regression model. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality belief significantly gets more scores of happiness and career maturity than the lower group, 2) 1 factors of the WSBS_PECT has discriminant power on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness, and 3) 2 factors ('meaning for life' and 'belief on calling for ECE teacher job') of the WSBS_PECT are effective to discriminate prospective early childhood teachers' career maturity. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSBS_PECT and to increase its' feasibility.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to increase happiness by verifying the mediating effect of career identity in the relationship between community consciousness, civic consciousness, career identity and happiness of high school students. Data analysis used data from the '2020 Generation Z Teenage Values Survey' conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. Among the survey subjects, 2,959 out of 3,037 high school students who met the purpose of this study, excluding missing, were sampled and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. The analysis method used frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and Bayron and Kenny's analysis methods to verify the mediating effect, and applied Sobel test techniques to analyze indirect effects and significance. The results of the study showed that, first, high school students' sense of community and citizenship increased their happiness. Second, career identity had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between community consciousness and happiness. Third, it shows a partial mediating effect of career identity in the relationship between citizenship and happiness. Based on this, this study is meaningful in that it suggests policy alternatives and practical programs to promote high school students' happiness.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and self-esteem on subjective happiness of university students. Methods: The participants were 281 university students in D city. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 using one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Subjective happiness showed positive association with career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and negative association with job-seeking stress. Factors that had an influence on subjective happiness were monthly family income (less than two million won ${\beta}$=-.263, p<.001, between two million won and four million won ${\beta}$=-.207, p<.001), major satisfaction (very unsatisfied ${\beta}$=-.221, p<.001, satisfied ${\beta}$=.161, p=.003), gender (female ${\beta}$=-.154, p=.005), subjective health (unhealthy ${\beta}$=-.134, p=.013), and school year (sophomore ${\beta}$=-.123, p=.024). These factors explained 22.6% of the variance in their subjective happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more positive career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and more negative job-seeking stress were needed for their subjective happiness. This study also indicated that economic status, major satisfaction, gender, and subjective health were very important in predicting their subjective happiness. Thus, to improve their happiness, it would be necessary to consider both intrinsic factors such as major satisfaction and extrinsic factors such as general characteristics.
