The Korean government has made efforts to establish ITS (Intelligent Transport System) strategic plans and to implement ITS. Commercial Vehicle Operation (CVO) has been developed in Korea as one of five subsystems in ITS and also in the context of Integrated Logistics Information Systems (ILIS). A low-level strategic plan of CVO is fixed on October, 1997, which has two subsystems and six major services. In this paper, services, requirements and information technologies for CVO are introduced as well as operational tests, deployment cases and cost-effectiveness.

In this paper, we propose a freight and fleet optimization model under CVO environment. The model is a kind of multi commodity network flow model based on Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP) and Vehicle Scheduling Problem(VSP), and considering operations and purposes of CVO. The main purpose of CVO is the freight and fleet management to reduce logistics cost and to Improve in vehicle safety. Thus, the objective of this model is to minimize routing cost of all the vehicle and to find the location of commodities which have origin and destination. We also present some computing test results.

Circulating substances can directly access the neurons in circumventricular organ (CVO) located on the border of cerebral ventricles. The neurons in CVO are considered to playa pivotal role in blood-brain communication. In subfonical organ (SFO), a CVO in forebrain, angiotensin II (AII) is mown to reduce A type $K^{＋}$ current and input resistance, but enhance firing rate.(omitted)

본 논문은 현재 발전하고 있는 전자상거래의 겉모습만을 보고 있는 사람들에게 그 내부의 모습을 보여주는 한편, 물류수송의 문제점을 파악하여 그에 따른 물류비용의 증가를 막아보자는데 있다. 전자상거래의 힘은 신속정확한 배달과 품질보증이다. 이에 따라 시간이 걸리는 배달일 경우에는 소비자의 기다림을 달래주는 위치 추적 정보 서비스가 필요하다 종합물류 관리시스템의 하나인 CVO의 기술을 분석하고 화물위치 추적 시스템에 대하여 연구하였다. 특히 현재 우리나라의 쇼핑몰이나 기업의 상황을 분석하고, 전자 상거래의 배달, 운송에 관한 연구와 고찰로써 전자강거래 시대에 있어서 모든 기업들의 발전방안을 연구하였다.

전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

Candida vertebral osteomyelitis (CVO) is a rare disease that is a complication of intravenous drug use, but recently it has been recognized as mostly an opportunistic infection. Because CVO appears to mimic pyogenic spondylodiscitis in terms of the clinical and radiologic presentations, it is often neglected in a usual clinical setting. The clinical, radiological, and biological characteristics of CVO are often used to make a differential diagnosis with vertebral osteomyelitis from other etiologies. Once an initial proper diagnosis was performed, the treatment relies on the prompt initiation of appropriate pharmacotherapy and serial monitoring of the clinical progress. This paper report late-onset CVO in two young patients who underwent a heart transplant surgery and had postoperative systemic candidiasis. These two cases are a good reminder of the potential of CVO in immunosuppressive patients treated with anti-fungal agents. This paper presents these two cases with a review of the relevant literature.
