맥동관형 크라이오펌프 개발 2단계를 맞아 우성진공(유)을 중심으로 상용화 시제품 제작이 진행되고 있다. 최종 크라이오 펌프 개발품은 흡기구 직경(내경) 16.5 (14) 인치에 질소 배기속도 3,600 L/s를 목표로 하고 있다. 상용품 완성 전에 거쳐야 할 필수적인 시험과정으로 시제품의 공정대응성 현장평가를 위해 KAIST 나노팹에 개발품을 투입하는 프로그램이 계획되어 있어서 공정장치에 장착할 수 있도록 10인치 크라이오 펌프 제작이 추가로 진행되고 있다. 개발품의 성능확인은 우선 몬테카를로 계산을 통해 배기속도를 예측하고 구조설계를 최적화했으며 이를 바탕으로 가공 조립된 크라이오펌프 시제품의 성능을 표준화된 장치에서 표준화된 절차를 통해 평가하여 설계 목표값과 비교했다. 한편 개발품의 성능 수준을 상대적으로 규정하기 위해 기존 상용품들을 같은 방식을 따라 평가하여 성능을 서로 비교하는 작업을 수행했다. 10인치 모델로는 국산 Genesis HPM200, CTI-8 수직형 및 수평형 GM 크라이오 펌프를 성능 시험했으며 16.5인치 개발품의 유사모델로 CTI-12 GM 크라이오 펌프를 시험해서 비교했다.

In order to use radar rainfall data for flood management, it is necessary to study and develop a method for optimum error correction to obtain radar rainfall values that agree closely with surface rainfall data. This paper proposes an optimum estimation method for calculating rainfall in a river basin by using data from surface raingauges and radar raingauge systems. This paper also reports on recent applications of radar raingauge systems for accurate simulation of flood discharge based on river basin rainfall values obtained from radar raingauge systems.

Call Control eXtensible Markup (CCXML) is a standard language that supports a call control of voice dialog systems such as VoiceXML based systems. CCXML allows developers to handle telephony calls in an easy way without deep knowledge about telephony networks and their switching systems.We design and implement a call control markup interpreter. At the implementation, we use a Dialogic JCT-LS board, but, by designing a wrapping class for CTI (computer telephony board) features, the interpreter can easily adopt other CTI boards. We also design and implement event-based interaction scheme between the interpreter and voice dialog systems. For verifying the interaction scheme, we implement a simple voice dialog system.

Nowadays, nations cyber security capabilities play an important role in a nation's defense. Security-critical infrastructures such as national defenses, public services, and financial services are now exposed to Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and their resistance to such attacks effects the nations stability. Currently Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is widely used by organizations to mitigate and deter APT for its ability to proactively protect their assets by using evidence-based knowledge. The evidence-based knowledge information can be exchanged among organizations and used by the receiving party to strengthen their cyber security management. This paper will discuss on the business process reengineering of the CTI information exchange management for a nationwide scaled control and governance by the government to better protect their national information security assets.

The output characteristics of VSI by transistor depend upon bias signal with drive circuit. As the CTI is one of the VSI, takes case PWM output voltage. This Inverter operation is based upon position and negative of sinusoldal PWM signal by carrier triangular wave and compared sine one. Besides, the Inverter operation system required digital signal for microprocessor, sampling method of Inverter driver signals study for get rid of generated signal is error. In the paper, the method of 3 level PWM signal for CTI was studied. This method of signals depend upon caculated switching position of natural sampling with $10^{-6}$ modulation error for time flowchart programs.

국경도 없는 무한 경쟁의 상황하에서 경쟁을 위한 전략적 무기로서 정보기술은 결정적인 경쟁의 관건으로 인식되고 있다. 특히 최근에 부각되고 있는 이슈들 중에 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration), 인터넷 마케팅, 데이터베이스 마케팅(Database Marketing:DBM)등이 있다. 이들 요소들의 개념, 연계성, 구축방법에 대해 살펴본다.
