  • In this paper, we aim to propose a comprehensive framework for cyber threat analysis of urban air mobility (UAM) or advanced air mobility (AAM) communications, navigation, surveillance, and information system infrastructure. By examining potential vulnerabilities and threat vectors, we seek to enhance the security and resilience of UAM infrastructure. We conduct a detailed cyber threat analysis to identify and categorize various types of cyber threats, assess their impact on the CNSi systems, and evaluate the vulnerabilities within these systems that may be exploited by such threats. This analysis will provide valuable insights for stakeholders involved in the deployment and operation of UAM systems, ultimately contributing to the safe and efficient integration of urban air transportation.

  • In Korea, The number of installed LPG Charging stations is about 2000, increasing by 26 every year. In these, about 500 charging stations are older above 15 year, accounting about 25% of total stations. About 86% of them are located in the city, which is causing serious damage if accident occurs. In this paper, we developed a duel gas sensor module and integrated control system software that can prevent and correspondence to gas leaks and fire accidents at LPG/CNG charging stations. The dual type sensor module has the function of collecting and transmitting the measured data to the sensors of methane, butane and hydrogen through RF433Mhz communication. In addition, each sensor is attached with two to improve stability and accuracy. The integrated control system software detects real-time data of the devices measured by the sensors and it send to the PC and smart phone of manager. Therefore, if accident occurs, the manager can check the status of the charging station regardless of time and place.

  • Various buildings are scattered below and around the flight path of UAM (Urban Air Mobility), which flies within a densely populated urban area. And the vertiport used by UAM for takeoff and landing is located on a flat area within the city center or on top of a building. As such, UAM operates in densely populated urban areas, and vertiports for takeoff and landing are installed in densely populated areas, requiring a very high level of safety. In particular, for safe landing of UAM, it is necessary to monitor the approach status of UAM approaching the vertiport from the final approach course and provide approach information. Accordingly, to monitor the UAM vertiport final approach path, research was conducted on technology that utilizes optical equipment that can be installed in a narrow site and has the advantage of reducing the burden of electromagnetic waves.
