This experiment was carried out to investigate the proper planting method of Rehmannia glutinasa Liboschitz. A Chungbuk local cultivar was sown on the seed bed of 200cm with the planting density of 30cm(6 rows) $\times$ 8.5cm(30 rhizome per $\textrm{m}^2$). The experimental design was randomized block design with 3 replications. And the result was summarized as follows. The emergence date of level Planting(control : 0$^{\circ}$) was May 23, but the emergence dates of Oblique planting(45$^{\circ}$) and Upright planting(90$^{\circ}$) treatments were later than the control by 2~4 days. And the leaf length and the ratio of leaf length/leaf width were not significantly different. As compared with the 29.2cm and 10.0mm of the rhizome length and the rhizome diameter of level planting treatment, the rhizome length of Oblique planting treatment was decreased by 3.4cm and 0 mm. The length and diameter of rhizome of the Upright planting treatment was decreased by 2.8cm and 1.0mm. And the order of sugar content was level Planting > Oblique planting > Upright planting. The total yields were decreased by 9% in the Oblique planting and by 15% in the Upright planting compared to 1,203kg/10a in the control, and the commercial yields showed the same tendency. The level planting treatment was found to be most proper for sowing of Rehmannia glutinasa Liboschitz in the middle inland region of Korea.

Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) is a project delivery method that enables CM companies to deliver projects at a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). General contractors can apply CMAR from the initial design phase right through the construction phase to reduce risks and improve project performance. One of the major advantages CMAR offers is that it permits a general contractor to provide a comprehensive suite of preconstruction services, including estimating, a constructability review, value engineering, drawings and a specification review, green building, and Building Information Modeling(BIM), among others. However, general contractors in South Korea currently provide only limited preconstruction services using CMAR because few CMAR projects have yet been implemented in Korea and their experience using the method is therefore limited. This benchmark study of how foreign general contractors utilize CMAR in their projects, particularly during the preconstruction process, its purpose, and the roles and responsibilities of each of the different participants in successful implementations thus provides invaluable information and will serve as a useful guide for Korean contractors seeking to incorporate CMAR preconstruction services in their projects and thus improve the competitiveness of their construction businesses.

This study performed to simulate the watershed storm runoff using data of S-band dual-polarization radar rain, GPM (Global Precipitation Mission) satellite rain, and observed rainfall at 21 ground stations operated by KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) respectively. For the 3 water level gauge stations (Sancheong, Changchon, and Namgang) of NamgangDam watershed ($2,293km^2$), the KIMSTORM2 (KIneMatic wave STOrm Runoff Model2) was applied and calibrated with parameters of initial soil moisture contents, Manning's roughness of overland and stream to the event of typhoon CHABA (82 mm in watershed aveprage) in $5^{th}$ October 2016. The radar and GPM data was corrected with CM (Conditional Merging) method such as CM-corrected Radar and CM-corrected GPM. The CM has been used for accurate rainfall estimation in water resources and meteorological field and the method combined measured ground rainfall and spatial data such as radar and satellite images by the kriging interpolation technique. For the CM-corrected Radar and CM-corrected GPM data application, the determination coefficient ($R^2$) was 0.96 respectively. The Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) was 0.96 and the Volume Conservation Index (VCI) was 1.03 respectively. The CM-corrected data of Radar and GPM showed good results for the CHABA peak runoff and runoff volume simulation and improved all of $R^2$, NSE, and VCI comparing with the original data application. Thus, we need to use and apply the radar and satellite data to monitor the flood within the watershed.
The golden turbid solution of cordierite precursor was obtained by using magnesium ethoxide in sol-gel method, while the clear solution of cordierite precursor was obtained when 5%-$Zr(OC_3H_7)_4$ solution was used in the sol-gel reaction. $SiO_2$ component was confirmed by infrared spectra showing $1045cm^{-1}$ and the stretching vibration of gelish $SiO_4$ showed $1140cm^{-1}$ and $940cm^{-1}$. The component of $Al_2O_3$ showed at $580cm^{-1}$ and network structure of $Al_2O_6$ showed at $680cm^{-1}$. The component of MgO was confirmed at $575cm^{-1}$ as the stretching vibration. X-ray diffraction analysis showed ${\mu}$-cordierite crystal was showed up at temperature above $1000^{\circ}C$ at the mole ratio of cordierite precursor and water (1:5). ${\mu}$-Cordierite and ${\alpha}$-cordierite were coexisted at $1050^{\circ}C$ for the mole ratio of cordierite precursor and ammonia (1:5) while ${\alpha}$-cordierite was only existed at $1100^{\circ}C$ for the same mole ratio as mentioned above.
The aim of this study is to investigate PAE, as the result of the test of kVp accuracy, according to detector measurement method. Based on the indicated value of 70kVp, each distance between a focus and a kVp meter was 100cm, 80cm and 60cm and the angle of X-ray tube was set on $5^{\circ},\;10^{\circ},\;15^{\circ},\;20^{\circ},\;25^{\circ},\;30^{\circ}$. Each indicated value, 60kVp, 70kVp, 80kVp, 90kVp and 100 kVp, was used compare Small focus with Large focus. As a result, PAE on the side of cathode was higher than it on the side of anode in the case of 100cm and PAE on the side of anode was higher in the case of 80cm and 60cm. The coefficient rate was stable both the side of cathode and anode in the case of 100cm and it was fluctuated in the case of 80cm and 60cm. PAE in the case of Small focus was higher than Large focus and it was disproportionate to an indicated value. Error rate was in inverse proportion to the indicated value.

This paper discusses the estimation of construction cost of high fluidity concrete using segregation reducing type superplasicizer with 350kgf/cm2 of design strength and 60$\pm$5cm of slump flow in order to verify the cost down effect of high fluidity concrete compared with that of plain concrete with 350kgf/cm2 of design strength and 18cm of slump and with 210kgf/cm2 of design strength and 15cm of slump. According to research, under same strength levels, although material cost of high fluidity concrete is somewhat higher than that of plain concrete due to segregation reducing type superplasticizer, labor cost and equipment cost of high fluidity concrete is cheaper than that of plain concrete. However, based on the strength differences, high fluidity concrete shows lower material cost, labor cost and equipment cost than that of plain concrete due to decreasing in size of member and re-bar caused by high strength development of concrete.
Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects abdominal breathing on anxiety and length of labor time in primipara women. Method: It was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent comparison group, performed from October 11 to December 4, 2007. Thirty-six subjects who received pitocin and met the inclusion criteria were chosen by convenience sampling from the labor room of Y hospital located in Seoul. The intervention of abdominal breathing was 'four seconds of inhale, six seconds of exhale breathing method.' The abdominal breathing was carried out 30 times each when the uterine cervix was dilated $3{\sim}4cm$ and $5{\sim}6cm$. Psychological anxiety was measured by VAS-A before and after the cervix dilatation to $3{\sim}4cm$ and $5{\sim}6cm$. Result: Anxiety scores of the experimental was found lower than that of the control group at $3{\sim}4cm$(z=-3.05, p=.00) and $5{\sim}6cm$(z=-2.04, p=.04) of cervix dilatation. However, the abdominal breathing was not effective to the length of labor from the active phase thru full dilatation, though there was 56 minutes of difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Carrying out the abdominal breathing 30 times at two time points was effective in decreasing anxiety level during labor. Further study is suggested to examine the effects of abdominal breathing on labor time, fetal heart rate, and uterine contraction.
The pyrolysis reactions of atomic hydrogen with chloroform were studied In a 4 cm 1.6. tubular flow reactor with low flow velocity 1518 cm/sec and a 2.6 cm 1.4. tubular flow reactor with high flow velocity (1227 cm/sec). The hydrogen atom concentration was measured by chemiluminescence titration with nitrogen dioxide, and the chloroform concentrations were determined using a gas chromatography. The chloroform conversion efficiency depended on both the chloroform flow rate and linear flow velocity, but 416 not depend on the flow rate of hydrogen atom. A computer model was employed to estimate a rate constant for the initial reaction of atomic hydrogen with chloroform. The model consisted of a scheme for chloroform-hydrogen atom reaction, Runge-Kutta 4th-order method for Integration of first-order differential equations describing the time dependence of the concentrations of various chemical species, and Rosenbrock method for optimization to match model and experimental results. The scheme for chloroform-hydrogen atom reaction Included 22 elementary reactions. The rate constant estimated using the data obtained from the 2.6 cm 1.4. reactor was to be 8.1 $\times$$10^{-14}$$cm^3$/molecule-sec and 3.8 $\times$$10^{-15}$ cms/molecule-sec, and the deviations of computer model from experimental results were 9% and 12% , for the each reaction time of 0.028 sec and 0.072 sec, respectively.
$(Pb_{1-x}La_x)Ti_{1-x/4}O_3$ (x=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08) ceramic thin films were fabricated by Sol-Gel method. A stock solution of (Pb,La)$TiO_3$ with excess Pb 10mol% was made and spin-coated on the Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate at 4000rpm for 30 seconds. Coated specimens were dried on the hot-plate at $350^{\circ}C$ for 10 min and sintered at $500{\sim}750^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. The dielectric constant, remanent polarization and coercive field of the PLT(6 at.%) thin films sintered at $650^{\circ}C$ were 884, $13.95{\mu}C/cm^2$ and 8.7kV/cm, respectively. Pyroelectric coefficient, figure of merit of pyroelectric current, voltage responsivity and detectivity of PLT(6at.%) thin films were $3.2{\times}10^{-8}\;C/cm^2K$, $1.02{\times}10^{-8}\;C{\cdot}cm/J$, $2.9{\times}10^{-11}\;C{\cdot}cm/J$, $0.29{\times}10^{-8}\;C{\cdot}cm/J$, respectively.

AZO transparent conducting thin films were fabricated by reactive DC magnetron sputtering method using Zn metla target containing 2 wt% of Al, and electrical and optical properties were investigated after heattreatment. Electrical resistivity was reduced 50% and had reached $1{\times}10^{-3}~3.5{\times}10^{-4}\;{\Omega}cm$ by heat treatment. In the case of oxide AZO films, the resistivity of $10^{3}\;{\Omega}cm$ was also decreased to $2{\times}10^{-3}\;{\Omega}cm$ after heat treatment. The optical transmittance of AZO films deposited in the transition range was increased from 59.4 % to 77.4 % by $400^{\circ}C$, 30 min heat treatment.
