In this study, experiments were conducted to evaluate the flexural performance of prestressed hybrid wide flange (PHWF) beams with hollowed steel webs. A total of four PHWF beams were fabricated, where the width and spacing of the steel webs and the presence of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete were set as the main test parameters, and their flexural behavior and crack patterns, and the longitudinal strain distribution in a section with respect to the width and spacing of the steel webs were analyzed in detail. The experiment results showed that, as the ratio of the width to the spacing of the steel webs decreased, the flexural stiffness and strength of the PHWF beams without CIP concrete decreased. In addition, in the case of composite PHWF beam with CIP concrete, fully composite behavior between the precast concrete and the CIP concrete was achieved through the embedded steel member. Finite element analyses were performed for the PHWF beams considering the bond properties between the hollowed steel webs and concrete, and nonlinear flexural analyses were also conducted reflecting the pre-compressive strains introduced only into the bottom flange. From the comparison of the test and analysis results, it was confirmed that the analysis models proposed in this study well evaluated the flexural behavior of PHWF beams with and without CIP concrete.

기존의 셀룰러 IP (CIP : Cellular IP) 프로토콜을 개선하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 각 노드에 통합된 페이징 및 루트 정보관리 캐시(PRC)를 구성하고, 그리고 각 노드 및 이동호스트가 핸드오프-상태모드를 갖는 개선된 셀룰러 IP(ECIP : Enahnced CIP) 프로토콜을 제안하였다. ECIP 프로토콜에 대하여 패킷 유실, 핸드오프 지연 및 네트워크 내 트래픽 부하 특성 등을 고찰한 결과, ECIP는 액세스 네트워크 내 노드와 이동호스트의 수, 노드 내 다운링크의 수, 그리고 네트워크 내 페이징 캐시의 분포비율이 증가할수록 CIP와 비교하여 크게 개선되었다.

The numerical program has been developed for the purpose of the complicate geometries application using CIP method. The non-staggered, non-orthogonal, and unstructured grid system can be also used for the various geometries in the program. For validating CIP solver, the lid-driven cavity flow and solitary wave propagation flow are carried out. Test results show a good agreement with the verified results. The dynamic solver was used for the behavior of moving body. Interface process between the two solvers is introduced. The research was performed on the flow problem around torpedo and log and the flow problem in a tank in order to analyze the three phase flow problem Although the comparison to the verified results was not quantitatively performed, the trend of the results was reasonable.

In this study, we discuss CIP method, which can treat compressible/incompressible problem and multi-phase problem. We can apply this method to the general equations by using CCUP. In this paper, non-staggered grid arrangement and predictor-corrector method are used to enhance later development and the solution accuracy and convergence performance. To validate the numerical algorithm proposed in this paper, the two-dimensional unsteady flow in the driven cavity is simulated. The numerical results of this subject using the present algorithm are compared with other numerical results. As a result, it is prived that the present scheme gives stable and improved solutions, and the results even coarse grid are in good agreement with other result using a fine grid arrangement.

BIM 설계시 의무사항으로 포함되어 있는 원지형과 암층별 지층, 흙막이 공법 중 CIP(Cast in Place Pile)공법, 구조물 형상을 3차원 정보 모델로 생성하고, 모델을 통해 정확한 2D 도면의 생성, 각 공정간의 간섭검토, 암층별 토공량 및 흙막이의 수량을 산출하였다. 최종 설계안을 도출하기 위해 3차원 기법이 설계 초기에 도입되어 반복적인 노력과 시간을 최소화하여 많은 설계대안을 제시하도록 하였으며, 정확한 설계결과를 얻기 위해, 2D 설계와 3D 설계를 병행 수행함과 동시에 이 과정과 결과를 비교하여 3차원 모델의 효과를 검증하였다.

This paper is concerned with manufacturing technology of thin foil tensile specimen using CIP(Cold Isostatic Press) and measurement of precision mechanical properties using micro tensile testing. We can get a burr free micro metallic thin foil specimen using this technology. For testing mechanical property of this micro thin foil, we use a nano scale material testing machine that was developed by KITECH. In this paper, micro tensile specimens of nickel and copper thin foil are fabricated with CIP and precision mechanical properties of these materials could be measured. We will expect precision mechanical property of micro/nano material and component.

The ship wave phenomena in the restricted waterway were investigated by a numerical analysis. The Euler and continuity equations were employed for the present study. The boundary fitted and moving grid system was adopted to enhance the computational efficiency. The convective terms in the governing equations and the kinematic free surface boundary condition were solved by the Constrained Interpolated Profile (CIP) algorithm in order to solve accurately wave heights in far field as well as near field. The advantage of the CIP method was verified by the comparison of the computed results by the CIP and the Maker and Cell (MAC) method. The free surface flow simulation around Wigley hull was performed and compared with the experiment for the sake of the validation of the numerical method. The present numerical scheme was applied to the free surface simulation for various canal sections in order to understand the effect of the sectional shape of waterways on the ship waves. The wave heights on the side wall and the shape of the wave patterns with their characteristics of flow are discussed.

${\beta}Although$ it has been demonstrated that $p2l^{WAFl/Cip1}$, a well known cell cycle inhibitor, could be induced by $TGF-{\beta}$ in a p53-independent manner, the detailed signal transduction pathways still remain poorly understood. In this study, we show that ERK is required for $TGF-{\beta}$ induction of $p21^{WAF1/Cip1}$, but JNK or p38 MAPK is not. ERK activation by $TGF-{\beta}$ significantly attenuated by treatment with ROS scavenger such as NAC or catalase, indicating that ROS, mainly $H_2O_2$, generation by $TGF-{\beta}$ might stimulate ERK signaling pathway to require the induction of $p21^{WAF1/Cip1}$. 본 연구에서는 1990년대에 들어와서 국내의 많은 대기업들이 실시한 Corporate Identity Program (CIP)으로 인한 기업 이름의 변경이 기업의 이익 흐름에 미치는 영향을 event study method를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 1992년부터 1996년 사이에 CIP의 일환으로 기업 이름을 모기업 또는 그룹의 명칭과 동일하게 변경시킨 31개 기업들을 대상으로 event study를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평균적으로, CIP에 의한 상호 변경은 그 기업의 주식 가격에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 업종별로 분석해보면, 비금융기관의 상호변경이 금융기관의 상호변경보다 주식 가격에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 소비재를 생산하는 기업들의 상호변경이 산업재를 생산하는 기업들의 상호변경보다 더 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

International Commercial Terms, known as "Incoterms", are internationally accepted terms defining the responsibilities of exporters and importers in the arrangement of shipments and the transfer of liability involved at various stages of the transaction. The latest version of Incoterms rules were revised in 2010, so called Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010 which is the eighth set of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) in 1936. It has been already past 5 years since Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010 became effective January 1, 2011. At this point, we should examine the latest version of Incoterms whether the rules are not satisfied with the practical commerce because the customs and practices of commerce change constantly. The main purpose of this article is to seek a difference between the present commercial customs and practice and the rules of Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010. In addition, if there is any difference between them, an alternative resolution would be suggested. This article exercises the process of transition of the Incoterms rules, especially CIP, DDP, and CIF among 11 rules of Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010. Then this article provides some feasible alternatives to attempting to resolve some regulation problems of CIP, DDP, and CIF in the Incoterms$^{(R)}$ 2010. For examples, the practical meaning is different between "if customary or at the buyer's request" and "if agreed or customary" in CIF and CIP, especially a negotiable documentary being used. Furthermore, the interpretation of transfer of risks on the afloat goods in string sales in CIF term.
