기능성 소화불량의 의한 협진과 통합의료에 대한 한의사, 의사, 환자의 인식도 차이 (Perception Difference between Korean Medicine Doctors, Western Medicine Doctors, and Patients on the Collaborative and Integrated Medicine for the Functional Dyspepsia)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the perception difference between Korean Medicine doctors, Western Medicine doctors, and functional dyspepsia (FD) patients on the 'Collaborative and Integrated Medicine (CIM)' for FD management. Methods: Between February and April 2021, 545 Korean Medicine doctors, 121 Western Medicine doctors, and 186 FD patients were invited to participate in this survey. A questionnaire was developed by both the Korean and Western Medicine doctors and consisted of questions about general perceptions of FD and perceptions of CIM for FD. Results: Responses from 424 Korean Medicine doctors, 113 Western Medicine doctors, and 153 FD patients were analyzed for the CIM of FD. Significant perceptional differences were noted between Korean Medicine doctors, Western Medicine doctors, and FD patients on the CIM for FD, including necessity, effectiveness, safety, cost, and reliability of CIM for the management of FD (p<0.001). The FD patients also more strongly supported the necessity of developing CIM for FD than did the Korean and Western Medicine doctors (p<0.001), and 87.6% of the FD patients strongly agreed or agreed with the use of CIM for FD. Conclusions: A significant perception difference was detected between Korean Medicine doctors, Western Medicine doctors, and FD patients regarding the use of CIM for FD. Patients with FD favored the necessity and were more willing to accept CIM for FD than were the doctors. Therefore, more efforts may be warranted for doctors to promote CIM for FD.

CRM에서 고객정보관리 활동의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Role of the Customer Information Management Process in the CRM)

  • Nowadays, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been a competitive edge of many companies. It is critical for companies to get and maintain profitable customers. For the purpose of sustaining this competitive edge, companies should manage the Customer Information (CI) more effectively The major goais of this research are 1) to identify the activities of the Customer Information Management (CIM) and the factors influencing on the CIM, 2) to show the relationship between the proficiency of the CIM and the CI Quality, and 3) to verify the mediating effects of the proficiency of the CIM Process between the influencing factors and the CI Quality. An empirical study was undertaken to test the hypotheses with data from 65 companies. Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA were employed to test the hypotheses. We found that 1) there are 6 activities in the CIM process and 5 factors affecting the CIM, 2) the proficiency of the CIM process is closely related to the CI Quality, and 3) the proficiency of the CIM process plays the mediator between the influencing factors and the CI Quality.

CIM을 이용한 PZT 프리폼의 제조공정에 대한 유한요소해석 (FEA for Fabrication Process of PZT Preform Using CIM)

  • This paper described finite element analysis (FEA) for fabrication processes of PZT perform using ceramic injection molding (CIM). The viscosity and the PVT characteristics of the manufactured PZT feedstock were measured. The filling patterns, pressure and temperature distributions of the preform were analyzed with TIMON 3D packages during CIM process. The geometrical variables such as gate type, location, and base thickness of the preform were considered. Also the fabrication conditions of the preform were optimized during the entire CIM process. Based on the simulated results, the various good perform was easily fabricated with the CIM process.

  • 컴퓨터 통합생산(CIM : Computer Integrated Manufacturing)이라고 부르는 새로운 생산방식은 재조산업의 경쟁력을 확보하는 수단의 하나로 여겨지고 있어 많은 연구가 진행중에 있다[6]. 우리나라의 기술수준을 선진국의 수준으로 오리겠다는 목표로 추진중인 G7 프로젝트에도 '첨단 생산시스템'이라는 과제가 있어 많은 예산과 인력이 투입되고 있다 [14]. 조선산업에서도 생산 성을 향상시키는 방안으로CIM을 구축하고자 하는 노력이 진행중이며 [15], 일본에서 조선, CIMS 과제가 추진되고 있고 [2,3,5,8], 우리나라에도 CSDP 과제가 수년간 계속되고 있다. [11]. 하지만 CIM이라는 시스템이 아직까지는 목표로서 존재하며, 이제 조금씩 그 실체가 형성되고 있고 아직도 계속 연구개발의 대상이다. 이 글에서는 조선CIM의 성격을 규정해 보기 위하여 유사한 시스템들과 조선 CIM을 비교하였다 [4,7,9,12 ]. 이러한 분석 작업은 앞으로 조선 CIM 시스템 개발에 도움이 될 것이다.

  • A discrete event systems (DES) is a physical system that is discrete in time and state space, asynchronous (event rather than clock-driven), and in some sense generative(or nondeterministic). This paper presents the design of fifteen modular supervisors to control an experimental CIM testbed. These supervisors are nonblocking, controllable and nonconflicting. After verification of the supervisors by simulation, the supervisors for AGV system have been implemented to demonstrate their efficacy.

세라믹 사출공정에서 시편의 두께에 따른 기계적 강성 연구 (Study for Mechanical Strength according to Thickness of Specimen in the Ceramic Injection Molding Process)

  • 세라믹 사출공정(CIM)으로 성형되는 전자제품 케이스와 같은 판상 제품은 강도 보장을 위한 형상설계가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 CIM으로 성형된 판상 시편의 두께에 따른 3점 굽힘 시험을 통해 굽힘 강도 및 탄성계수를 도출하여 기계적 특성을 분석했다. 두께 0.48mm 시편은 파단하중이 82.9~94.5N이고, 1.0mm 시편은 233.6~345.8N으로 측정되었다. 시편의 두께가 0.5mm 증가했을 때, 파단하중은 3배가 증가하고 탄성계수는 20%가 감소하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 비커스 경도시험을 통해 시편의 두께가 두꺼워질수록 상대밀도와 표면경도가 작아지는 것을 보였다. 이러한 현상은 두께가 두꺼울수록 소결공정 이후 세라믹 혼합물 중 세라믹 분말의 체적분율이 작아지기 때문으로, 이에 따라 기계적 물성이 부분적으로 변할 수 있음을 실험과 해석결과 비교 분석을 통해 밝혔다.

금형산업에 있어서 CIM 도입과 효과분석 (CIM Implementation and Its Effects in Dies Manufacturing Industry)

  • In dies manufacturing industry, quality, cost, and production leadtime are very important. In this study, we describe the current status and characteristics of dies industry in Korea. AS a case study, we introduce a CIM system implemented in a leading dies manufacturer and describe its components and functions. Subsequently, we analyze the effectiveness of the CIM system by using the real data between 1987 and 1992 from the company. It is indicated that the most significant impact of CIM is the reduced cost, followed by increased sales, reduced leadtime, and improved quality of dies. All these four variables show positive correlations with one another. However, the data indicate that the number of employees are not directly related with other variables : probably because additional personnel are required for operating new technology such as CAD/CAM and information network.
