The Optimal Environmental Tax Rates in the Generalized Utilitarian Social Welfare Function (일반적인 사회후생함수 모형에서의 최적환경세 추정에 관한 연구)

  • This paper makes some contributions on optimal environmental taxes in the generalized utilitarian social welfare function. It is not to suggest as to appropriate environmental tax rates but to contribute the direction of environmental tax policy. The tax rates depend on parameters of individual utility function (CES utility function) and social welfare function and income tax rate. The major findings are that, as the elasticity of substitution between labor and leisure and the concavity of social welfare function increase, both the optimal tax rates and the government demogrants rise. And, as the parameter of environmental pollution in the individual utility function increases, the optimal tax rates also increase. For the future study, this model involves the income tax and the capital tax as endogenous variables and the wage changes due to international trade.

  • Augmented reality/virtual reality(AR/VR) technology has a very long research history, beginning in the 1860s. As of the CES of 2016, the expectations regarding the commercialization of AR/VR technology have increased, incurring the interest of many people. AR/VR technologies will be established as a part of our everyday life, such as smartphones, by combining the breakthrough developments of displays, semiconductors, sensors, and various content development technologies. However, until recently, the results of innovative technological developments and market growth had not been reported. In this article, we analyze these trends by focusing on display technologies, and discuss future directions.

  • 2016년 CES(Consumer Electronic Show)의 가장 큰 이슈는 드론과 VR이었다. 드론을 사용한 다양한 산업 기술의 발전과 VR을 사용한 새로운 시각효과는 사람들에게 많은 관심을 불러일으켰다. 드론과 VR의 영상기술의 발전과 발맞추어 액션 카메라와 360도 카메라의 기술도 발달하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Drone과 360도 카메라, VR을 사용한 드론뷰 콘텐츠를 설계한다. 드론뷰 콘텐츠란 드론을 사용하여 로드뷰를 촬영하는 것을 의미한다. 드론뷰 콘텐츠를 활용한 시스템은 사용자가 지도상에서 찾고자 하는 지점의 좌표나 주소를 입력하면 모바일과 VR을 통해 해당 위치의 영상정보를 보여줄 수 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 naver, daum, google에서 제공하는 기존의 국내 로드뷰 서비스와는 차별화된 해당 콘텐츠의 특징에 대해 기술하였다. 마지막으로 해당 시스템의 구현방법에 대해 설명하며, 시스템의 차후 확장성에 대해 연구하였다.

  • Ferroelectric Sr$_2$(Nb, Ta)$_2$O$_{7}$(SNTO), La$_2$Ti$_2$O$_{7}$(LTO) thin films were prepared by sol-gel processes. SNTO, LTO thin films were spin-coated on Pt/TiO$_2$/SiO$_2$/Si(100). Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si(100). PT/ZrO$_2$/SiO$_2$/Si(100) substrates. After multiple coating, dried thin films were heat-treated for decomposition of residual organics and crystallization. Dielectric and other relevant electrical properties were measured and the results showed a little possibility in ferroelectric gate random access memory devices.ces.

Parenting Behavior, Children's Depression, Self Efficacy, and Problem Solving in Elementary School Children (부모양육행동, 아동의 우울 및 자기효능감과 아동의 문제해결력 간의 구조모델)

  • The present study examined predictors of children's problem solving using structural equation modeling(SEM). Participants were 410 dyads of 2nd- and 6th-grade children and their mother or father. Children and their parents responded to questionnaires. Instruments were the PSI(Parent Behavior Inventory, 1998), CES-D(Center for Epidemiological Scale-Depression, for children's depression, 1977) Sherer's(1982) self-efficacy scale, and the Problem Solving Inventory(Heppner & Petersen, 1982). In both grades, warmth in parenting behavior affected children's self-efficacy, which in turn contributed to their problem solving. Rejection in parenting behavior had positive effects on problem solving through increasing self-efficacy in 2nd graders only. Results implied importance of self-efficacy and developmentally appropriate parenting to improve children's problem solving.

Relationship between Occupational Stress and Depression of Construction Workers (건설근로자의 직무 스트레스와 우울과의 관계)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between occupational stress and depression of construction workers. Methods: The subjects were 168 construction workers selected from I city and K city in Korea by convenient sampling. The data were collected by self-report questionnaires from August 1 to 31, 2011. The data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey test, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 15.0 program. Results: The total mean scores of occupational stress on the subjects were 46.65 and lower (below 50%) than those of the Korean male workers, standard. According to the CES-D cut-off point, the prevalence of depression was 25%. The study showed that occupational stress is positively correlated with depression. Conclusion: This study concludes that it is necessary to develop stress management program to reduce occupational stress and depression.

Research on Depression in Married Immigrant Women: Trends in Korea (여성결혼이민자의 우울에 관한 연구 동향)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the current status of research on depression in married immigrant women and to suggest directions for future nursing research. Method: Sixteen articles for the period between 2001 and 2010 were selected by key words such as "Married Immigrant Women" and "Depression" from the databases (RISS4U et al). Results: Twelve of the research reports were related to correlations and 4 were related to interventions. Depression level was measured using BDI or CES-D. Depression levels were as follows: 20-30% reported major depression and less than 10%, severe depression. Factors which influenced depression included: socio-demographic factors, and family, economic, psychological and situational characteristics. Psychological treatment prevailed in the intervention research, for example, art therapy, and horticultural therapy. In 2 papers significant improvement in the state of depression among participants in the intervention group were reported. Conclusion: The next phase of nursing research related to married immigrant women is to reconsider the importance of the concept of depression to reexamine research methods and directions.

Le sujet de ce memoire n'est qu'une enumeration des faits historiques de l'edition ou de l'imprimerie dans cet epoque, mais une recherche sur la vraie signification de la culture du livre imprime.   • This paper is a study of some properties of a collection of bounded linear operators resulting from terraced matrices M acting through multiplication on ${\ell}^2$; the term terraced matrix refers to a lower triangular infinite matrix with constant row segments. Sufficient conditions are found for M to be posinormal, meaning that $MM^*=M^*PM$ for some positive operator P on ${\ell}^2$; these conditions lead to new sufficient conditions for the hyponormality of M. Sufficient conditions are also found for the adjoint $M^*$ to be posinormal, and it is observed that, unless M is essentially trivial, $M^*$ cannot be hyponormal. A few examples are considered that exhibit special behavior.

  • 최근 국민소득수준의 향상을 따라 여름철 전력 수요가 폭증하므로 전력안정 공급을 위한 특별 대책이 필요한 실정이고 환경적인 측면이나 수용가 입장에서 만족스러운 새로운 냉·난방, 전기 공급시스템의 개발·적용이 필요하다. 선진국의 경우, 소규모의 집단에너지 공급이 주류를 이루고 있으며 특히 소규모 열병합 발전시 생산되는 전기, 지역난방열 이외에 냉방에 필요한 냉수를 중앙열원에서 동빌딩을 중심으로하는 구역형 집단에너지 시스템(Community Energy Supply System)등 소규모지역 난냉방 공급방식이 활성화되어 있으므로, 우리나라에서도 냉방/난방/전기부하 패턴 및 하절기 피크부하 경감에 대한 기여도 등을 고려한 경제성있는 최적시스템 구성이 가능한지 검토할 필요가 있다. 소규모 집단에너지사업은 대규모 사업과는 달리 적정 수요예측이 가능하므로 효율적인 초기 투자가 이루어질 수 있으며, 상업용 및 사업용 빌딩 등을 중심으로 부하밀도가 높은 구역을 대상으로 하명서 해당 부하패턴에 적합한 효율적인 시스템의 구성을 통해 수익성이 확보된다면 국가 에너지절약 및 한전의 여름철 전력 피크부하 경감, 대기 환경공해 감소, 도심 도시미관 향상 등의 사업효과가 기대된다. 본문에서는 이러한 소규모 집단에너지시스템 개요 및 국내외 공급 현황, 국내 적용환경, 적용 가능에너지 검토 열원시스템의 기본방향 등에 대하여 언급하고자 한다.
