Building human-aligned artificial intelligence (AI) for social support remains challenging despite the advancement of Large Language Models. We present a novel method, the Chain of Empathy (CoE) prompting, that utilizes insights from psychotherapy to induce LLMs to reason about human emotional states. This method is inspired by various psychotherapy approaches-Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Reality Therapy (RT)-each leading to different patterns of interpreting clients' mental states. LLMs without CoE reasoning generated predominantly exploratory responses. However, when LLMs used CoE reasoning, we found a more comprehensive range of empathic responses aligned with each psychotherapy model's different reasoning patterns. For empathic expression classification, the CBT-based CoE resulted in the most balanced classification of empathic expression labels and the text generation of empathic responses. However, regarding emotion reasoning, other approaches like DBT and PCT showed higher performance in emotion reaction classification. We further conducted qualitative analysis and alignment scoring of each prompt-generated output. The findings underscore the importance of understanding the emotional context and how it affects human-AI communication. Our research contributes to understanding how psychotherapy models can be incorporated into LLMs, facilitating the development of context-aware, safe, and empathically responsive AI.

A conventional multicast secure protocol. MVMRP, CBT is designed for a large scaled r protocol so the PIM-SM (protect Independent Multicst-Sparse Mode) routing protocol which small number of clients, long distance path among the hosts and shortest path routing chara weak point of require it's own Core tree and re-keying when the traffic is pass through the ro In this study, proposes a architect for a licit information secure of join/leave to all the user or on-service user. With proposed architect, subgroups for multicast secure group mana will be divided by RP (Rendezvous-Point) unit and each RP has a subgroup manager. As a result, the transmitting time is shortened because there is no need to data translation by group key on data sending and the whole architecture size is samller than the other multicast secure architecture.
Purpose: Parkinson's disease (PD) has a high incidence of psychiatric comorbidity, specifically depression and anxiety. This study examined the effectiveness of group cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in treating depression and anxiety. Methods: The study included 42 participants, aged between 52 and 77 years, who were diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (IPD) and reported suffering from depression and anxiety. Patients were attending a department of outpatient neurology at D University Schools of Medicine in B Metropolitan city. A structured telephone-administered cognitive behavioral therapy was conducted for eight weeks. A repeated measure ANOVA was used to analyze results at pretest, post-test, and four weeks follow up. Results: According to service method, there were significant differences between the two groups in depression, anxiety and stigma was significant difference between time (p<.05). Analysis of the interaction between time and service method revealed significant differences in depression and anxiety (p<.05). Conclusion: The results suggest that telephone-administered cognitive behavioral therapy may be effective and may provide opportunity to adapt to individual needs for treating depression and anxiety in patients with Parkinson's disease.

Objectives: Intimate partner violence (IPV), commonly known as domestic violence is a problem throughout the world. An estimated 36% to 75% of employed abused woman are monitored, harassed and physically assaulted by their partners or ex-partners while trying to get to work and while at work. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of interactive training to increase knowledge, change perceptions and develop an intention to address domestic violence that spills over into the workplace. Methods: Community-based participatory research approaches were employed to develop and evaluate an interactive computer-based training (CBT) intervention, aimed to teach supervisors how to create supportive and safe workplaces for victims of IPV. Results: The CBT intervention was administered to 53 supervisors. All participants reacted positively to the training, and there was a significant improvement in knowledge between pre- and post-training test performance (72% versus 96% correct), effect size (d) = 3.56. Feedback from focus groups was more productive than written feedback solicited from the same participants at the end of the training. Conclusion: Effective training on the impacts of IPV can improve knowledge, achieving a large effect size, and produce changes in perspective about domestic violence and motivation to address domestic violence in the workplace, based on questionnaire responses.
Depending on the location of the rendezvous point (RP), the network efficiency is determined in the core based tree (CBT) or protocol independent multicast-sparse mode (PIM-5M) multicasting protocol to provide the multicast services based on the shared tree. In this paper, a new algorithm to allocate the RP using the estimated values of the total cost and the size(number of entries) of the routing tables is proposed for efficiently controlling the cost and the number of routing table entries. The numerical results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the total cost in 5.37%, and the size of routing tables in 13.35% as compared to the previous algorithm.
Objectives : Tic disorder is known to be a chronic neuro-behavioral disease, cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) strategies, like habit reversal training (HRT), are introducing recently. We report the effectiveness of HRT in Tourette disorder, which are very common in clinical settings. Methods : The DSM-IV clinical diagnosis applied by child psychiatrist. YGTSS, Kovac's children's depression inventory, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Abbreviated Conners' Rating Scales, Dupaul ADHD Rating Scales are used. Ultimately, totally 10 children were evaluated. Subject group are consist of 6 boys and 4 girls, and the mean age was $10.90{\pm}1.73$ years old. This study is treatment-refractory 10 patients (from 9-14 years old) though 1 years drug treatment and psychiatric consultation were taken. We administered 5 times of HRT for 4 weeks. Results and Conclusion : There were improvement of scores in Yale Global Tic Severity Scale, Clinical Global Improvement. Our observations indicate that HRT might be effective in the treatment of Tourette disorder.
The number of individuals with spinal cord injuries in the most countries is rising each year. However, it is reported that most of them have sexual problem, however lack of research on deal with the issues related to sex identity and maladjustment in rehabilitation counseling setting. The purpose of this article: (a) to possess an adequate knowledge of the sexual problems facing individuals with spinal cord injuries; (b) to review past research on sexuality counseling with people who have spinal cord injuries; and (c) to present for some strategies for people with spinal cord injuries in order to sexuality adjustment, through Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Some suggestions are presented.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is effective for people with an addiction tendency. This study aims to implement a CBT program for college students at high risk of smartphone addiction and investigate the impact of the program on their desire to use a smartphone, depression, impulsivity, and anxiety. Baseline/post-intervention evaluation and the ABA' single-case experimental design were used. The study consisted of the baseline phase (A), pre-evaluation, intervention phase (B), post-evaluation, and baseline phase (A'). Six participants were enrolled, and the main outcome variables were daily changes in the desire to use a smartphone and changes in depression, impulsivity, and anxiety after the program. Prior to the intervention, all six participants had mild to moderate depression, but after the intervention, three were normal, two had mild depression, and only one had moderate depression. Impulsivity and anxiety scores decreased after the intervention, with anxiety scores showing the most dramatic change. The percentage of non-overlapping data for the baseline phase (A)-intervention phase (B) was more than 75% and that for baseline phase (A)-baseline phase (A') was 100% for all 6 participants. This study presented a good protocol for people with low access to psychological therapy. We expect the findings will be highly useful for people suffering from psychological difficulties due to smartphone addiction.
Background: The purpose of this systematic review was to investigate the effects of digital therapeutics for insomnia on sleep disorders and mental health improvement compared to the control group. Methods: Following the guidelines on systematic review(PRISMA, NECA), a literature search was conducted through PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, RISS, KISS, and KoreaMed using keywords. The Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and Review Manager version 5.3 were used for risk of bias and effect size assessment. Results: Thirty eight RCT met criteria for inclusion. When compared against three control conditions, the digital therapeutics for insomnia was an effective intervention for improvement sleep disorders and mental health in comparison to waiting list and Patient-directed care with some intervention by medical staff. However, digital therapeutics for insomnia were no more effective than face-to-face CBT-I control group. Conclusion: The efficacy of digital therapeutics for insomnia was evaluated differently depending on the control group. Therefore, in phase 3 clinical trials for efficacy evaluation, it is necessary to review whether the control group has been properly established.
