  • 현행 CBP(변동비 반영 전력시장)시장에서는 송전비용은 부과하고 않고 있으며, 제약비용은 제약(CON)/비제약(COFF) 발전비용을 Uplift로 일괄하여 정산하면서 이것을 송전계통제약으로 발생하는 비용으로 규정하고 있다. 그러나 송전망을 소유하고 있는 송전회사로서는 전체 제약비용 중에서 순수한 송전제약비용을 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 2005년 계통을 기준으로 이미 건설되어 운영되고 있는 송전선로를 대상으로 송전선로의 유/무에 따른 송전제약 비용을 비교함으로서 송전선로 건설에 따른 제약비용의 감소효과 즉, 송전선로 건설의 경제적 가치를 판단할 수 있는 기반을 제시할 수 있다고 본다. 송전선로 건설과 제약비용의 검토(1)의 논문에서는 송전제약비용과 이를 검토한 방법을 검토하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법을 적용한 틀을 사용하여 2005년 계통을 직접 검토하였다.

  • 현재 운영되고 있는 변동비반영전력시장(CBP)은 2001년 4월 개설되어 구조개편 초기의 혼란을 최소화하고 2004년으로 예정된 도매전력시장 운영되기 전까지의 과도기 운영을 목적으로 설계되었다. 이는 제한된 경쟁시장으로 전력시장의 효율성 제고와 안정적인 전력공급에 어느 정도 기여하였으며, 내재된 문제가 제기되어도 곧 도입될 차기 도매전력시장에서 개선하려고 하였다. 참여정부의 배전분할 중단결정에 따라 변동비반영전력 시장의 장기운영이 불가피해지게 되었고, 전력거래소는 배전분할 중단 발표직후인 2004년 7월부터 전력시장 제도개선 논의 시작하였으며, 2005년 말에는 개선방안 연구결과를 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 연구결과인 개선방안과 이를 시행하기 위한 추진계획을 설명하고 있다.

  • After electricity power industry restructuring, "Long term power development plan", setting up by government, is replaced by "Basic plan of electricity supply and demand". In this basic plan, one of the most important factors is assessment of appropriate capacity margin. The benefit of GENCO is decided by the market price, and the price is largely affected by the level of reserve margin. As a consequence, appropriate reserve margin is determined by market power. However, Cost Based Pool(CBP) is a limited competitive market, and government policy for supply and demand is very important factor or reserve margin determination. This paper points out issues about existing reserve margin assessment method which is used in basic plan and suggests improved assessment method. In the case study, capacity margin is calculated by proposed assessment method and result shows the advantages of suggested method.

  • In Korean Power Market, Cost-based Bidding Pool is maintaining the present condition because restructuring of electricity industry is holding. When this market is designed, Settlement rules for Pumped-storage power plant made unfairly by other power plants. These rules were considered contribution of Pumped-storage power plant to network operation. by the way, there are some discussion about Settlement rules modification. so in this paper, we calculated financial effect of power plant by modified rules. And when we modify market rules, we can offer numerical information.

  • This paper discusses an economic study analysis of captive power plant as a commercial plant in the cost based pool market. In this paper I assumed the conversion of a captive power plant owned by factories to a commercial plant and investigated the changes in profitability associated with this. I set the total electricity expense of a captive purpose plant as state A and the costs associated with converting to a commercial purpose plant as state B. Each state subdivided by case which is classified its plant variable cost, type of generation (combined cycle, single cycle) and type of power contract received. After set model for each case, different economic benefits by each case can be calculated.

  • The photoluminescence (PL) efficiency of $Ir(ppy)_{3}$:PVK is lower than $Ir(ppy)_{3}$:CBP for the whole range of doping concentration and this low PL efficiency can be a reason of the lower efficiency of PhPLED than PhOLED. The lower efficiency is originated from the large bi-excitonic quenching such as the triplet-triplet annihilation. The PhPLEDs showed very short lifetime. The short lifetime was found to be originated from the instability of the doubly reduced $Ir(ppy)_{3^{-2}}$. The double reduction takes place because of the low electron mobility of PVK and large energy difference of LUMO level between PVK and $Ir(ppy)_{3}$.

  • We have developed green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with high quantum efficiency. Wide-energy-gap material, 1,1-bis[(di-4-tolylamino) phenyl]cyclohexane (TAPC), with high triplet energy level was used as a hole transporting layer. Electrophosphorescent devices fabricated using TAPC as a hole-transporting layer and N,N'-dicarbazolyl-4,4'-biphenyl (CBP) doped with fac-tris(2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3] as the emitting layer showed the maximum external quantum efficiency ($\eta_{ext}$) of 19.8 %, which is much higher than the devices adopting 4,4'-bis[N-(1-naphthyl)-N-phenyl-amino]biphenyl (NPB) (${\eta}B_{ext}=14.6%$) as a hole transporting layer.

  • The efficiency stabilization and the color coordinates in blue organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) with a double emitting layer (DEL) consisting of 4,4'-Bis(carbazol-9-yl)biphenyl (CBP) and 4,4'-Bis(2,2-diphenyl-ethen-1-yl)diphenyl were investigated. The efficiency of the OLEDs with a DEL did not significantly change with an increase in current density. The Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates of the OLEDs with a DEL 11 V were (0.150, 0.137), indicative of a deep blue color.

  • Doping a small amount of a phosphorescent dye into an organic light-emitting diodes(OLED) can lead to a significant improvement in the device properties. The fluorescent host materials like TAZ, CBP have been used, but have a problem of rapid decay of efficiency at high current densities. To alleviate this problem, phosphorescent host was introduced. The whole configuration of OELD fabricated was ITO/a-NPD(50nm)/Zn $cluster:Ir(ppy)_{3}(30nm)/BCP{(10nm)/Alq_{3}(20nm)$ /Al:Li. The OLED showed high luminance (> 50,000 $cd/m^{2}$ ) and external efficiency(5.7%). At higher current densities, rapid decay of external quantum efficiency or host emission, which was frequently observed in the fluorescent host system, were not observed.

  • The domestic power system established with Cost-Based-Pricing(CBP) from April 2001. The system is a uniform pricing system. System Operator(50) establishes a Price Setting Schedule by the prediction of consumption and the presented bid price(generation cost) of the generation utility. But the Price Setting Schedule doesn't take account of the constraint of the system. This cause a transmission congestion, constrained-on generation and constrained-off generation. This Paper search the way of the increasing efficiency of domestic power system through the redemption of congestion charge.
