경량 피스톤 로드를 위한 마찰용접 적용연구(SM45C/SM45C-Pipe 사용) (A Study on the Friction Welding for Light Piston-Rod(SM45C/SM45C-Pipe))

  • Various research to reduce weight of a car is achieving. This research is tendencious to manufacture solid piston rod of shock absorber as hollow piston rod using friction welding. This study deals with the friction welding of SM45C to SM45C-Pipe that is used in car shock absorber, The friction time was variable conditions under the conditions of spindle revolution of 2,000rpm, friction pressure of 55MPa, upset pressure of 75MPa, and upset time of 2.0seconds. Under these conditions, the microstructure of weld interface, tensile fracture surface and mechanical tests were studied of friction weld, and so the results were as follows. 1. In tensile strength, the hole processing is better than non-hole processing. 2. When the friction time was 1.5seconds under the conditions, the maximum tensile strength of the friction weld happened to be 869MPa, which is 103% of SM45C's tensile strength and 91% of SM45C's Pipe. 3. When the friction time was 2.0seconds under the conditions, the maximum bending strength of the friction weld happened to be 1599MPa, which is 80% of SM45C's bending strength and 118% of SM45C's Pipe.

두류의 Quick Cooking방법 개발과 이것이 제품 품질에 미치는 영향 (Improved Cooking Methods for Dry Beans and their Effects on Quality of Cooked Products)

  • 건조 두류의 시료로 선정한 대두와 동부의 cooking time을 단축시킬 수 있는 방법을 개발하기 위하여 대두와 동부를 몇가지 선정된 soaking 및 cooking 방법으로 처리하여 cooking time을 비교하고, 이런 처리가 제품의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Soaking방법중 대두를 3%SBC 용액에, 동부를 $0.5{\sim}1%SBC$ 용액에 침지한 후 $95{\sim}100^{\circ}C$의 물에서 cooking했을 때 cooking time은 각각 40 분과 10분이였다 이는 control에 비하여 80%의 cooking time 단축에 해당한다. 2. 대두의 cooking방법중 $121^{\circ}C$에서 steam cooking 하는 것이 cooking time 단축에 가장 효과적 이었고 (15분), 동부의 cooking시간은 1%SBC 용액에서 6분, $121^{\circ}C$ steam에서 5분이었다. 3. 최적 텍스쳐에 도달한 각 시료의 품질을 평가한 결과 전체적인 선호도에서 $121^{\circ}C$에서 steam cooking 한 젓이 제일 좋았고, 염용액에서 침지한 시료는 control과 대등했으며, 염용액에서 cooking 한 것은 control 보다 좋지 않았다. 4. 위 결과를 종합해 볼 때 두류를 단 시간에 cooking할 수 있는 방법으로 대두는 가압 steam cooking $(121^{\circ}C)$ 또는 3%SBC 용액에서 침지하는 것이 효과적 이었으며, 동부의 경우 $0.5{\sim}1%SBC$ 용액에 침지 또는 가압 steam cooking$(121^{\circ}C)$ 하는 것이 효과적이다.

Ni-Cr-Mo과 SM45C의 마찰용접특성(摩擦熔接特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Properties in Friction Weldability of Ni-Cr-Mo and SM45C)

  • The present study examined the mechanical properties of the friction welding of Ni-Cr-Mo to SM45C. Friction welding was conducted at welding conditions of 2,000 rpm, friction pressure of 100MPa, friction time of 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 seconds, upset pressure of 150MPa, and upset time of 3.0 seconds. When the friction time was 1.6 seconds, the maximum tensile strength of the friction weld happened to be 1,020MPa, which is 120% of the base material's tensile strength(850MPa). At the same condition, the maximum shear strength was 438MPa, which is equivalent to 103% of the base material's shear strength(425MPa). At the same condition, the maximum vickers hardness was Hv490 at Ni-Cr-Mo nearby weld interface, which is higher Hv40 than condition of the friction time 0.8 seconds, and the maximum vickers hardness was Hv305 from weld interface of SM45C, which is higher Hv12 than condition of the friction time 0.8 seconds. The results of microstructure analysis show that the structures of two base materials have fined and rearranged along a column due to heating and axial force during friction, which has affected in raising hardness and tensile strength.

소 수정란의 간이 동결기법 개발에 관한 연구 II. 내동제의 평형시간, 융해온도, 융해시간 및 1단계 Straw법이 체외발생에 미치는 영향 (Studies on the Development of Easy Cryopreservation Technique of Bovine Embryos II. Effects of Equilibration of Cryoprotectants, Temperature and Time of Thawing and 1 Step Straw Method on In Vitro Developmental Rates of Embryos)

  • The studies on the carried out to investigate to determine the optimum thawing temperature and equilibration time and 1 step straw method of frozen bovine embryos. The follicular oocytes were cultured in TCM-199 medium containing 10 IU/ml PMSG(Sigma, USA), 10 IU/ml hCG(Sigma, USA), 1 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml $\beta$-estradiol(Sigma, USA) and 10% FCS for 24~48 hrs in incubator with 5% CO2 in air at 38.5$^{\circ}C$ and then matured oocytes were again cultured for 12~18 hrs with motile capacitated sperm by preincubation of heparin. The bovine embryos following dehydration by cryoprotective agents and various concentration of sucrose were directly plunged into liquid nitrogen and thawed in 3$0^{\circ}C$ water. Survival and in vitro developmental rate was defined as developmental rate on in vitro culture or FDA-test. The results are summarized as followes : 1. The equilibration time on in vitro developmental rates of bovine embryos was attained after short period of time(2.5~5 min.) in the freezing medium higher than long period of time (10~20 min.). 2. The temperature thawed at 3$0^{\circ}C$ after rapid freezing of bovine embryos resulted in a significantly higher in vitro developmental rate than did at 2$0^{\circ}C$ and 35$^{\circ}C$. 3. The thawing time on in vitro developmental rates of bovine embryos was attained after short period of time(1~5 min.) in the freezing mediuim higher than long period of time(10min.). 4. The in vitro developmental rates of bovine embryos after rapid frozen-thawing by 1 step straw method in the freezing medium added 1.5M, 2.0M glycerol, DMSO, propanediol and 0.25M, 0.50M, 0.75M, 1.00M sucrose were 12.5~19.4%, 10.0~15.6%, 9.1~13.8% and 6.7~12.9%, respectively.

  • 일반적으로 센서 네트워크에서는 라우팅 트리를 구축한 후에 시간 동기화 작업을 따로 진행하였다. 그 때문에 패킷교환의 횟수가 늘어나고 전력의 소모를 유발한다. 본 논문에서는 라우팅 트리 구축과정에서 교환하는 정방향과 역방향의 패킷에 LTS(Lightweight Time Synchronization) 알고리즘 연산에 필요한 정보를 추가하여 플러딩 라우팅 트리 구축 알고리즘과 시간 동기화 과정을 결합한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 일정한 라운드 시간을 사용하여 클럭 휨으로 인한 시간 오류를 보정하였다. 제안하는 알고리즘이 TSRA(Time Synchronization Routing Algorithm) 방식보다 센서 노드들 간의 시간을 더욱 정교하게 동기화한다는 것을 NS2 시뮬레이터를 통해서 증명하였다.

Thixoforming을 위한 Al-7%Si-0.3%Mg 합금의 유도 가열 조건이 구상화 조직에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Induction Heating Conditions on Globular Microstructure of Al-7%Si-0.3%Mg Alloy for Thixoforming)

  • The optimal reheating conditions to apply the thixoforging and semi-solid die casting process were investigated by changing the reheating time, the holding time, the reheating temperatures, the capacity of the induction heating system, and the adiabatic material size. In the case of solid fraction fs=50% (for semi-solid die casting), the microstructure of SSM (specimen size:$d76{\times}l90$) at the condition of the first elevating time of 4 min, holding time of 1 min and holding temperature of $350^{\circ}C$, the second elevating time of 3 min, holding time of 3 min and holding temperature of $575^{\circ}C$, the third elevating time of 1 min, holding time of 2 min and holding temperature of $584^{\circ}C$, capacity of Q=8.398KW is obtained with globular microstructure and finest. In addition, in the case of solid fraction fs=55% (for thixoforging), the SSM (specimen size:$d76{\times}l90$) at the condition of the first elevating time of 4 min, holding time of 1 min and holding temperature of $350^{\circ}C$, the second elevating time of 3 min, holding time of 3 min and holding temperature of $570^{\circ}C$, the third elevating time of 1 min, holding time of 2 min and holding temperature of $576^{\circ}C$, capacity of Q=12.04KW is obtained with the finest globular microstructure. We saw that the most important factor in a three-step reheating process is the final holding time.

  • This study was carried out to determine how the water soluble, the available $P_2O_5$ and urea-N would change in the course of time, when the mixtures of calcium superphosphate and urea with lime for fertilizer which occurred in Korea and largely contained calcium carbonate were made. Three kinds of materials, i. e., calcium superphosphate, urea and lime for fertilizer were used in this study. Three kinds of mixed fertilizer, i. e., A, B and C were made up by mixing these materials to satisfy the following formula. $$1)\;Ca(H_2PO_4)_2+CaCO_3+CO(NH_2)_2{\rightarrow}$$$$Ca_2H_2(PO_4)+H_2CO_3+NH_3$$ $$2)\;Ca(H_2PO_4)_2+CaCO_3+CO(NH_2)_2{\rightarrow}$$$$Ca_3(PO_4)_2+H_2CO_3+NH_3$$ $$3)\;Ca(H_2PO_4)_2+CaCO_3+CO(NH_2)_2{\rightarrow}$$$$Ca_3(PO_4)_2+H_2CO_3+CaCO_3+NH_3$$ A,B and C were placed in desiccators respectively a six month period. During the time of storage, the water soluble, the available phosphoric acid and urea-N were measured once a month, seven times with the control measurement. The results may be summarized as follows. 1. None of A, B and C showed any change in the urea-N with the lapse of time. This fact indicated that the combination of calcium superphosphate and urea with lime for fertilizer was not unfavourable. 2. A, B and C decreased in the amount of water soluble $P_2O_5$ with the passage of time. This fact indicated that the mixing of calcium superphosphate and urea with lime for fertilizer was unfeasible. 3. The available $P_2O_5$ in any of A,B and C did not undergo a change as time went by. This fact suggested that the combination of calcium superphate and urea with lime for fertilizer was favourable.

열증착에 의한 아연박막 밀착성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adhesion of Zinc thin Film Deposited by Thermal Evaporation)

  • The relationship between the amount of deposited-Zn and the adhesion of Zn film has beend investigated. This study changed the mild steel substrate temperature range of $100^{\circ}C$~$250^{\circ}C$, with the aim of studying the adhesion of Zn film coated by PVD on substrates in 10-2~10-3torr and deoxidant gas atmospheres 50%H2~50%N2 and 75%H2+25%N2. The result revealed that the adhesion of Zn film was remarkably good in a 75% H2+25%N2 gas atmosphere as well as deoxidant time was short, and with increasing the substrate tempera-ture up to $250^{\circ}C$. Whiled the amount of deposition tended to increase linearly with time at constant evaporation temperature. It was almost constant when the substrate temperature was lower than $200^{\circ}C$, slightly decreased between $200^{\circ}C$ and $250^{\circ}C$ and significantly decreased at $300^{\circ}C$.

  • 화재 및 폭발을 방호하기 위해서 최소자연발화온도는 제시된 낮은 값을 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 ASTM E659-78 장치를 이용하여 가연성 혼합물인 ethylbenzene+n-hexanol 계와 ethylbenzene+n-propionic acid 계의 발화지연시간과 AIT 관계를 측정하였다. 2성분계를 구성하는 순수물질인 ethylbenzene, n-hexanol, n-propionic acid의 측정된 최소자연발화온도는 각각 $475^{\circ}C,\;275^{\circ}C\;and\;511^{\circ}C$였다. 그리고 두 개의 2성분계에서 측정된 발화지연시간은 제시된 식에 의한 예측된 발화지연시간과 적은 평균절대오차에서 일치하였다.

열가소성 가타퍼차 근관충전재료의 흐름성 특성 (Flow properties of thermoplasticized Gutta Percha obturation materials)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 온도 설정을 받았을 때 열가소성 가타퍼차의 흐름성 특성을 평가 해보고자 현재 임상에서 사용되는 가타퍼차 4개 제품을 연질, 중질, 경질로 분류하여 실험하였으며, 실험시편은 24시간 동안 $(23{\pm}2)^{\circ}C$, ($50{\pm}5$) % 상대습도 조건으로 하여 ISO 1133-1:2011의 제시에 따라 레오미터(Melt flow indexer MFI-10, DAVENPORT, England)로 측정했다. 가타퍼차 재료의 열화 온도는 $108^{\circ}C$, $160^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$의 온도로 하고 하중은 2.16 ㎏, 3.8 ㎏으로 설정했으며 시편은 레오미터 가압과정에 적합하도록 약 5 mm 단위로 잘랐으며, Preheating time 5 분, Cutting time은 5~240초, 샘플은 10 g 으로 하여 실험한 결과 $108^{\circ}C$, $160^{\circ}C$의 온도에서는 흐름성 성질에 변화가 없었으나 $200^{\circ}C$까지 열화하면 흐름성 성질이 변화되는 것으로 나타났다. 가압 하중은 2.16 ㎏과 3.8 ㎏으로 하여 측정한 결과 하중은 흐름성 특성에 영향을 미치지 않았으나 열가소성 가타퍼차의 흐름성 측정의 경우 온도와 Cut-off time의 설정이 매우 중요한 것으로 조사 되었다.
