지난 11월 초 COEX에서는 IT-SoC와 차세대PC의 최신 기술과 제품을 살펴 볼 수 있는 가 열렸다. 올해 행사는 국내 유일의 IP/SoC 전문전시회의 위상을 다시 한 번 확인하는 계기가 되었으며, 해외 업체들의 관심도 차츰 높아져 국제전시회로의 도약을 준비하는 발판을 마련하였다는 의의를 지니고 있다.

This study compares in depth the song performed by two groups, one by 'Seo Taiji And His Boys'(X Generation) and the other by 'BTS'(C Generation) based on the discourse about the 'X Generation' in the 1990s and the 'C Generation' in the 2010s. It will specifically focus on the nature of 'home' that has great significance in the music video and will find the sociocultural meaning of it. Based on the analysis, the original performance by 'Seo Taiji and The Boys' demonstrated the vertical structure of enlightenment and discipline and narrated the story with the plot of 'maturity'. The meaning of 'home' in the original version shifts from a target of resistance to a subject of internalization. The remake music video of BTS demonstrated a horizontal structure of empathy and solidarity and narrated the story with the plot of 'pursuit/discovery'. The 'home' here can be considered the life itself of a person who maintains one's self identity.

2001년 1세대 SiC 쇼트키 다이오드의 상용화는 고압 다이오드의 Zero 스위칭손실를 가능하게 하여 기존의 CCM(continuous-current mode) PFC의 효율한계를 극복 시킬수 있었다. 2005년 서지전류와 애벌런치 내량을 향상시킨 2세대 SiC 쇼트키 다이오드는 적용의 범용성을 확대 시켰다. 2009년 전력내량이 증대된 3세대 다이오드는 이상적인 다이오드의 현실화를 위해 한발 더 나아가게 하고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 노력을 경주해온 인피니언의 SiC 전력반도체 소자의 기술 및 개발 현황을 소개한다.

This simulation study was performed to investigate the accuracy of the estimated breeding value by using genomic information (GEBV) by way of Bayesian framework. Genomic information by way of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) from a chromosome with length of 100cM were simulated with different marker distance (0.1cM, 0.5cM), heritabilities (0.1, 0.5) and half sibs families (20 heads, 4 heads). For generating the simulated population in which animals were inferred to genomic polymorphism, we assumed that the number of quantitative trait loci (QTL) were equal with the number of no effect markers. The positions of markers and QTLs were located with even and scatter distances, respectively. The accuracies of estimated breeding values by way of indicating correlations between true and estimated breeding values were compared on several cases of marker distances, heritabilities and family sizes. The accuracies of breeding values on animals only having genomic information were 0.87 and 0.81 in marker distances of 0.1cM and 0.5cM, respectively. These accuracies were shown to be influenced by heritabilities (0.87 at $h^2$ =0.10, 0.94 at $h^2$ =0.50). According to half sibs' family size, these accuracies were 0.87 and 0.84 in family size of 20 and 4, respectively. As half sibs family size is high, accuracy of breeding appeared high. Based on the results of this study it is concluded that the amount of marker information, heritability and family size would influence the accuracy of the estimated breeding values in genomic selection methodology for animal breeding.

지능형 교통시스템은 기존 교통체계에 정보통신, 제어, 전자 등의 기술을 접목시킨 차세대 교통시스템으로써 단순히 빠르게 이동하는 환경에서 안전하고 쾌적하게 이동할 수 있는 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 그러나 IT 기술과의 융합으로 사이버 공격 등과 같은 보안 위협의 가능성이 높아졌으며, 이에 따른 C-ITS에 대한 보안 연구가 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 현재 차세대 지능형 교통시스템의 국내외 현황 및 주요 보안 표준화 동향을 분석한다.

현재의 무선 인터넷 서비스는 낮은 전송 속도 및 QoS 때문에 문자 기반의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 또한 다양한 무선 인터넷 규격간의 호환성 결여로, 양질의 컨텐츠와 이동 단말의 수급에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그러나 3세대 이동통신망은 현재의 2세대 망과는 달리 높은 전송 속도와 향상된 이동 단말 기능이 제공되기 때문에, 우선 인터넷과 동일한 수준의 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 제공될 것이며, 이를 위하여 3GPP(3GPP2), WAP, W3C, IETF 등 표준화 단체에서 무선 인터넷에 적합한 기술 표준 제정 작업 중에 있다 본 고에서는 3세대 이동 통신망에서 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 요구 사항을 정리하고, 관련 표준의 현황과 3세대 이동 통신망에의 적용방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

National and social issues are becoming increasingly common, but traditional policy-making methods are no longer effective. Therefore, evidence-based policy making is emerging as an alternative paradigm. Digital twin technology is one of the digital support tools for the new data-driven policy-making process. This study presents ongoing government experiments in the world where digital twin technology is applied to policy making and describes our experience in developing digital twin platforms in Sejong-the de facto administrative capital of South Korea.

대규모 금융권 차세대 프로젝트에서 테스트에 대한 중요성은 재무RISK 관점에서 뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어 품질향상을 위한 결함의 제거 관점에서도 그 의미가 크다. 대규모 차세대 프로젝트는 일반 프로젝트에 비하여 개발되는 소프트웨어의 양이 방대하고 개발참여인원도 일반적인 관리수준을 넘어 수작업에 의한 테스트만으로는 충분한 품질을 보장하지 못한다. 또한 테스트를 수행한 이후에도 지속적으로 변경이 발생하고 이를 반영하는 과정에서 많은 결함이 유입되는 현재의 SI 프로젝트 특성상 지속적인 테스트 및 반복적인 검증만이 소프트웨어의 품질을 보장할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 code coverage testing기법을 활용하여 동적 테스트 수행결과를 log로 도출하고, log 분석 결과를 통해 소프트웨어 품질의 향상을 기대할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

DDoS(distributed denial of service)공격은 1990년 중반에 처음 나타나기 시작하여 1,2세대 네트워크 자체에 대한 트래픽 폭주형태의 공격에서부터 3세대 봇넷을 이용하여 특정 서버와 특정서비스를 마비시키기 위한 공격을 거쳐 4세대의 분산 형식의 C&C를 이용하는 공격의 유형으로 발전 하고 있다. DDoS공격은 점점 지능화 되고 있으며 기존의 IDS(Intrusion Detection System) 시스템을 이용한 탐지방법으로 공격을 탐지하기에는 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문은 IDS시스템을 보다 더 지능화시키기 위한 논문으로 IDS는 내부시스템으로부터 쿼리를 넘겨받아 업데이트를 수행하고 업데이트를 수행함과 동시에 라우터에게 C&C서버로부터 나오는 패킷을 차단하도록 알려 준다. 즉, IDS에서 일어나는 False Negative문제를 줄여줌으로써 DDoS 공격에 대하여 Zombie시스템을 생성하지 못하도록 하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있으며 점점 지능화되어 가고 있는 DDoS공격에 대하여 차단을 하고자 하는 방향성을 제시하고 있다.
