외식산업의 유통근대화 발전방안에 관한 연구 -도ㆍ소매기관 식품 중심으로- (A Study on the Scheme for the Development of Circulation Modernization in Foodservice Industry)

  • Korean foodservice's circulation industry has been developed with enforcement plan of circulation modernization for the purpose of circulation construction improvement in 1992 and revision plan of circulation modernization plan preparing circulation market opening in 1995. But Korean circulation step is still in an early stage compare the advanced nations, so it has a bad effect in case the price competition and the profits, A circulation industry has originally premodenization. But it could be changed leading industry of 21 century, because it can used not only latest technique through information network but also leisure market of consumption industry. We must be enough a purchase condition of direct transaction from a minimum of circulation in order to compete with new business industry of advanced nations. Threfore the scheme for the development of foodservice industry should be improve a circulation management environment of circulation company, also the government should be improve the system in the policy. Both the government and the enterprose must reinforce efforts for high level competition more than the present states. From the view point of the bedelayed industry of all industries, the chance of new business will be created more than others.

도루묵 수산자원회복계획 하에서 동해구기선저인망어업의 최적 어획노력량과 어획량 수준 결정에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Determining Optimal Fishing Effort and Production Levels of Danish Seine Fishery under the Sandfish Stock Rebuilding Plan)

  • Based on Clark and Munro's theory of dynamic optimization between fishery resources and production, this study is aimed to take an empirical analysis of optimal production level to the Danish Seine fishery under the sandfish stock rebuilding plan. For empirical analysis, it examined the optimal fish stock size, production and fishing effort levels and it also made an additional evaluation of optimal production changes on main variables by sensitivity analyses. When a 4% of the discount rate is assumed, the optimal sandfish production of Danish Seine fishery would be 3,049 t, and the sandfish optimal stock size is evaluated to be 19,016 t. In addition, the optimal fishing effort is estimated to be 4,368 days. Accordingly, to achieve the optimal production level, current fishing efforts should be reduced while the fish stock size should be increased up to the optimal level.

  • 본 논문은 한반도에 처음으로 철도가 등장한 이래 검토하지 않았던 국가철도망 계획을 추진한 것이 1998년도로 이를 통하여 새로운 철도시대가 시작되었다. 그 후 반복적인 국가철 도망 계획이 수립되어 국가기간교통망으로 그 역할을 대행하면서 철도의 가치를 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 국가철도망 계획은 예산의 제약 속에서 선구별 그리고 연간 단위당 재원투입 양의 제약, 열차운행의 정합성 등으로 문제가 있으나 시설중심의 계획이 반복되고 있다. 따라서 1998년도에 국가철도망계획이 처음 수립된 이후 수정 등에 새로운 방안 그리고 사회간접자본에 대한 인식의 변화 등으로 고려한 방안의 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 국가철도망 구축에 따른 시간적 변화에 따른 사회간접자본에 대한 시각차이, 국가사회경제적 기반의 변화, 자연재해에 대한 인식의 차이 등의 관점에서 그 변화를 검토하는 것이 그 내용이다.

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 BCMS의 정량적 평가체계 도입을 위해 BCMS 분야의 국제표준인 ISO 22301 (2019)의 PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 요구항목 중 Plan- '조직의 이해' part의 평가지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 20명의 BCMS 분야 전문가 그룹에 수정 델파이 기법을 활용하여 ISO 22301의 Plan- '조직의 이해'의 세부요건의 타당성을 검토하고, 평가지표의 상대적 중요도를 조사하였다. 연구결과: 효과적인 BCMS 역량평가가 가능하도록 상대적 중요도가 포함된 12개의 평가지표를 개발하여 제안하였다. 결론: BCMS의 정량적인 평가체계 도입을 위해서는 효과적인 평가가 가능하도록 상대적 중요도가 포함된 평가지표를 선별하여야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다.

도루묵 수산자원회복계획에서의 TAC정책 평가 (Evaluating the TAC Policy in the Sandfish Stock Rebuilding Plan)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the TAC policy and to examine the effective annual TAC quota in the sandfish stock rebuilding plan using a bioeconomic modelling method. In the analysis, first, a sandfish bioeconomic model was developed by combining a sandfish stock population model and economic models by fishery and second, achieving stock rebuilding targets and changes of fishing revenues by the level of annual TAC quota were examined. Model results indicated that the TAC 1,500ton policy would have the greatest impact on the increase of sandfish stock biomass comparing to the status quo and other TAC policies. In addition, it was evaluated that the total fishing revenues of coastal gillnet and danish seine fisheries could be increased the most in the TAC 2,500ton policy. In both cases of TAC 3,500ton and 4,000ton, the fishing revenues of both fisheries were inversely reduced due to the decrease of catch by coastal gillnet and the decline of market prices by danish seine's excessive catch. Furthermore, they would have a negative impact on sandfish stock biomass.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide an effective construction project cost estimation tool for preparing a business plan of healthcare facilities which can be practically used for development projects. Methods: In order to provide a tool for calculating construction project costs, this study analyzed the Building and Related Laws, the Building Technology Promotion Laws, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport notifications and directives, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy notifications, the detailed guidelines of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Building Service Industry Promotion Acts, various certification standards, actual project budget calculation cases, etc. with advices from related experts. Results: 1) Construction cost is classified into construction costs, architectural design costs, supervision costs, incidental costs, and each sub-element. In particular, since there are many incidental cost items, essential items to be reviewed during planning are derived and costs are calculated according to appropriate consideration criteria. 2) Criteria for Payment calculation mainly applies the construction cost rate method or the actual cost fixed amount method in consideration of the characteristics and scope of work. Implications: There are many calculation factors that need to be applied to the construction project cost. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the calculation process more clearly.

  • BRM(Business Reference Model, 이하 BRM)은 기관 간 업무관련 정보공유, 업무처리의 신속성, 조직운영의 효율성, 행정서비스를 제고하기 위한 목적으로 도입되었으며 이와 함께 업무기반의 기록관리체계인 기록관리기준표도 운용하게 되었다. 하지만 BRM이 도입된 지 10여년이 지난 현 시점에서 과연 그 취지 및 목적에 맞게 사용되고 있는지 현재 당면한 문제점이나 개선사항을 통해 재정립할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 BRM의 최하위 단위인 '단위과제' 운영상 문제점을 통해 단위과제 관리의 필요성을 살펴보고 업무분석을 통한 단위과제 도출 방안을 제시하였다. 그리하여 효율적인 BRM관리를 위한 개선방안을 크게 세 가지로 제안하였다.

Customer-Oriented Marketing of Internet Business : Applicaion to Online Fashion Business

  • Recently Korean firms are increasingly interested in Internet business while the number of Internet users reaches more than 10 million in Korea. As e-commerce develops rapidly, customer-oriented marketing for online business becomes very important. The issue of how to achieve customer satisfaction in Internet business and how to plan a marketing strategy for online business faced managers of Internet business. Customer-satisfaction is much more important for Internet businesses than for traditional offline 'brick and mortars'. Marketing activities need to be carried out on customer-orientation to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. This paper will discuss how to develop customer-oriented marketing for online business. It will specifically study the characteristics and success factors of Internet business, differences between online marketing and traditional marketing, selection of target market, and online marketing-mix strategy for e-business in view of customer-orientation. Finally it will suggest a future direction for online fashion business by applying the customer-oriented marketing of Internet business to the fashion business.
