Computer development and new printing technology allow us to express a new type of digital textile designs those were not possible in the past. In this study, watercolor overlaying effect of various colors was tried using airbrush tool in Photoshop program. Photoshop program is a powerful graphic tool and can be used in textile design area to generate various types of designs. Woven texture was also applied to the design to give yarn dyed effects or rich appearance. Photoshop program was also used to develop woven texture without the help of the professional textile CAD. Photoshop channels enables the designers to apply various textures to the image. Plain weave and houndstooth were applied in this study. Colorways of the developed designs having watercolor effect and woven texture by applying Photoshop color adjustment function. Quick and simultaneous changes of colors were possible using this method. The developed textile designs were printed by transfer DTP. Successful textile design prints were expressed and showed watercolor overlaying effect and woven texture. The printed textiles show a little brighter color, and therefore, sample printing is recommendable in case of color sensitive production.

This study presents methodology framework that can help to manage IT program in the public sector. Existing project management methods usually focus on system providers and could have various and abstract interpretations. So, it is difficult to apply existing project management methods in the public sector. It also makes each individual project management easier by reflecting characteristics of IT project so that it can provide management models of performance measurement. It is found that given framework in management methodology get positive analysis and addition to be applied in the individual project management and various IT programs nationwide. It is expected that scientific and systematic project management can bring successful promotion and management of IT project through the application of this project management methodology.

This study looks at a company which introduced SAP program, one type of ERP systems, and how the firm copes with the problems which happen in business process. The research tried to solve the problem by IDEAL method of process software improvement methodology. As a result, receipt account program for credit sales could be developed; the program was applied to the actual business work and operated.

The Visa Waiver Program of the United States increases the number of Korean tourists to the US but lso affects the number of the US tourists to Korea. One of the most important factors in the tourism industry is the increase in the demand for tourism and other related services. In this regard, the VWP is expected to be a new opportunity which generates such demands. It should be reminded that the sustainable development in the industry is essential rather than limiting to the effects of the VWP. Transportation and communication has recorded unbelievable advancement which will be continued in the future.

Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

In several industries, including the agriculture industry, information and communication technology (ICT) expenditure has been gradually increasing. This study explores the ICT investment of Korean agricultural corporations, and examines the effect of ICT investment on their profitability using an IT portfolio framework. As the organizational capabilities and environment in which ICT is used is critical in examining its impact, the IT-savvy level is used as a moderator. An increase in ICT investment size results in a significantly positive effect on profitability in organizations with higher IT-savvy levels, whereas there is no effect in organizations with lower IT-savvy levels. This study shows the necessity of understanding the structure of ICT investments in the agriculture industry, and suggests the importance of organizational capabilities and environment in making best use of ICT.

Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) has been implemented in many companies to enhance their business performance and customer satisfaction. However, DFSS has not been widely applied to the aircraft industry which operates large, complex development programs. In this paper, the characteristics of an aeronautical product development program are analyzed to figure out the limitations of current DFSS methodology and the prerequisite to deployment of DFSS at the program level is suggested.

멘토링 프로그램은 창업교육 중 하나로 운영되고 있으며 이 프로그램은 창업자들이 새로운 것에 대한 도전과 창업으로 인해 겪을 수 있는 실패에 대한 두려움과 불안감을 극복하고 창업에 대한 패러다임을 긍정적으로 변화시키는 효율성이 인정되어 그 비중과 프로그램의 내용이 강화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 멘토링기능이 청년창업자의 기업가정신 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 멘토링기능과 기업가정신 사이에 창업준비기간의 조절효과 검증을 통하여 멘토링기능과 기업가정신 사이에 창업준비기간의 상호작용효과를 분석해 보고자 한다. 연구를 위하여 창업 멘토링 프로그램에 참여한 156명의 표본을 대상으로 설문조사 후에 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 타당성 분석 및 신뢰도분석, 위계적회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과 멘토링기능은 기업가정신의 진취성과 위험감수성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 혁신성에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었고 창업준비기간은 멘토링기능과 진취성, 위험감수성 사이에 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 멘토링기능은 창업자의 진취성과 위험감수성 향상에는 효율적이지만 혁신성 향상에는 효율적이지 않으며, 창업준비기간에 따라 분류하여 창업 멘토링 프로그램을 적용하면 창업자의 기업가정신 중 진취성과 위험감수성 향상이 증가하는 상호작용효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과를 통해 창업자의 기업가정신 향상을 위해 창업자의 특성 및 창업준비기간의 정도를 반영한 맞춤형 멘토링 프로그램 개발을 제안하고자 한다.

Numerous countries promote business incubator programs to revitalize local economy, increase employment, and nurture high-tech industries. Recently, a number of business incubators have been established and operated with alms to adapt to changing environment and increase economic competitiveness in Korea. This study based on critical success factors for effective operations of business incubator, and we suggest followings :1 ) goa1/operations strategy, 2) physical/human resources, 3) Incubator services, 4) networked program. We analysed the weights of this factors by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Also, we evaluated the business incubators by suggested model, and were revealed the scores ranging from 67 to 77 in the graduated firm's data from business incubators.

창업도약기업들의 특성을 살펴보면 창업초기상태를 계속적으로 벗어나지 못하고 있는 기업들이 상당히 차지하고 있음을 볼 수 있다, 이에 따라 정부에서는 성장의 동력을 제공하고 이를 기반으로 창업도약기업들의 성장을 촉진코자 노력을 하고 있다. 초기기업이 자신이 보유한 기술역량 중심으로 제품 및 솔루션 개발 후, 시장(고객)에 출시했지만 잘 안 팔릴 결과이고, 초기기업들이 지속적인 사업성장(성공사업)을 하게하기 위해 매력적인 목표고객이나 시장이 원하는 목소리를 반영하고, 이에 부합하는 자사의 핵심기술역량을 파악 및 확보하게 하여 경쟁자와는 차별적인 제품을 개발할 수 있는 역량과 플랫폼 제공이 필요할 수 있도록 설계한 제품개선훈련프로그램을 개발하고 운영하였다. 본 연구는 운영된 제품개발/개선 훈련프로그램의 효과성을 파악하기 위해서 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 특성에 따른 훈련프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 통해 현업적용의지와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사 대상은 2018년 1월에 창업도약패키지 후속지원사업인 제품개선 아카데미 참여자중 203개 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업도약기업의 매출신장을 위해 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 품질은 프로그램의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치고 이를 기반으로 현업적용의지가 높아짐을 확인하였다. 또한 참여자특성과 훈련프로그램의 품질은 현업적용의지에 프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 매개로 효과가 있음에 따라 프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 참여자들의 학습 동기와 코치들의 지원이 필요함도 함께 확인하였다.
