Purpose This research aims to study the changes in recruitment needed for the growth and survival of companies in the rapidly changing industry. In particular, we built a real company's worklist accounting for the rapidly advancing data-driven digital transformation, and presented the capabilities and conditions required for work. Design/methodology/approach we selected 37 jobs based on NCS to develop the employment search requirements by analyzing the business characteristics and work capabilities of the industry and company. The business specification indicators were converted into a matrix through the TF-IDF process, and the NMF algorithm is used to extract the features of each document. Also, the cosine distance measurement method is utilized to determine the similarity of the job specification conditions. Findings Companies tended to prefer "IT competency," which is a specification related to computer use and certification, and "experience competency," which is a specification for experience and internship. In addition, 'foreign language competency' was additionally preferred depending on the job. This analysis and development of job requirements would not only help companies to find the talents but also be useful for the jobseekers to easily decide the priority of their specification activities.

Because of different hardware specifications, there are no unified protocol commands to use with various kinds of RFID readers. The current commercial RFID middlewares do not satisfy the various requirements from users to support business process logic representation. The EPCglobal, which is leading organization for the RFID research, suggested a RFID middleware architecture which is called ALE(Application Level Events) standard. However, their architecture also does not provide the application level's interfaces. Therefore, a new RFID middleware architecture is required to provide basic RFID functions, conform to ALE's specification and, additionally, support application level's business logic representation. This paper proposes a ALE-based RFID middleware architecture which provides business process logic representation. At first, the basic RFID control functionalities are identified. Secondly, the business process logic requirements in RFID applications are identified and classified Into six categories. Third, the Middelware architecture is implemented with Java and XML technology so that it can easily extended to support the various RFID hardware's protocols. Finally, an example RFID prototype system is developed to show the proposed architecture's feasibility and validate it. The proposed middleware is expected to be used In various application areas since it is using XML technology for easy adaptation and it also con- forms to ALE interface which is standard specification.

In the real world, business processes are very complex and composed or heterogeneous business activities. As the advent or the Web services enables business processes to be Integrated and to be automated. It makes enterprises integrate heterogeneous business processes from different business partners as well as their internal business processes. To support recent trends in integration of business processes, BPEL, WS-E and WS-T specipications have been established since 2002 WS-C and WS-T describe the reliable business environment including compensation (undo) or completed business processes. The compensation of business processes is a basic requirement for automation or business processes among business partners. Systems implementing these specifications, however, very rarely exist. It's not only because those specifications are developed recently. but also because they are not perfect yet. In this paper, a new business process transaction management, which complements the deficiency of WS-E and WS-T, is suggested. Furthermore, the new approach proposes the business logics for supervisory coordinators which manage serial and parallel business gates The modification or traditional WS-T specification and the simplification or WS-E specification make business processes managed effectively.

비지니스 프로세스를 근본적으로 개선하는 접근방법으로 BPR이 주목받고 있으며 최근에는 비지니스 프로세스의 속도향상과 기술자의 생산성 향상을 목적으로 작업흐름 관리와 자동화에 특히 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소프트웨어공학 분야에서도 프로세스에 초점을 맞춘 접근방법으로 소프트웨어 프로세스 공학이 주목받기 시작하고 있으며 소프트웨어의 생산성 및 품질 향상과 개발기간의 단축을 위해 소프트웨어 프로세스를 근본적으로 개혁하기 위한 방안으로 SPR에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 리엔지니어링 방법론 확립의 일환으로서 소프트웨어 프로세스의 작업흐름 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 작업흐름 분석과 설계방안을 구축하였다. 즉, SPR 프로세스와 소프트웨어 프로세스의 구조를 모델화하는 과정과 소프트웨어 프로세스의 구조를 분석하여 소프트웨어 프로세스의 작업흐름 모델을 구축하는 작업흐름 분석 기법과 작업흐름 소프트웨어의 명세정의 기법에 대한 방안을 강구하였다.

B2B registries are information systems to registrate B2B related business information such as companies' profiles, business documents, business processes, services and to provide query facilities to find information about potential business partners. In this study, we focus on the design of the repository for B2B business processes. In this paper, a metadata ontology is designed to registrate B2B business processes. In practice, there are several competitive business process definition languages such as ebXML BPSS (Business Process Specification Schema), WSBPEL (Web Service Business Process Execution Language), BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), and so on. In order to registrate business processes based on different representation frameworks, the proposed metadata ontology consist of three layers, common metadata, language-specific metadata, and interrelationship metadata. To implement the proposed metadata ontology using ebXML registry, metadata mapping scheme to ebRIM (ebXML Registry Information Model) are also suggested.

기존 연구에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크에서 정보 추출 및 검색을 위해 비즈니스 프로세스 시스템 질의 언어(BPSQL)를 제안했고, 기존 질의(Query)언어를 그대로 사용하기 위해 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 내 각 레이어 정보들을 테이블화했지만, 레이어 정보의 스펙을 가지고 데이터베이스 구축을 수작업하는 단점이 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 메타모델 기반의 모델-텍스트 변환기법을 적용하여, 5 레이어의 비즈니스 프로세스 모델 스키마 기반의 구축 자동 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위한 단계절차는 전체 구조와 데이터베이스 스키마의 메타 모델 정의, 모델 변형 규칙 정의 순이다. 통합정보시스템 설계의 메타 모델링을 통한 각 레이어 스펙정의와 전체 레이어 모델정보 테이블 스키마 스펙을 정의하고, 이 두 스펙 정의를 가지고 모델-텍스트 변환기법을 통해 자동으로 전체 시스템이 구축 된다. 이를 통해서 통합정보시스템 구축이 효율적으로 될 수 있다.

최근의 대부분의 정보시스템은 웹 기반 정보시스템이며 이의 개발과 유지보수시에 “웹 위기” 현상이 발생하고 있다 이를 해결하기 위해, 웹 엔지니어링 기술 중 웹 기반 비즈니스 프로세스로의 리엔지니어링 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 정보시스템으로의 이주와 웹 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모형화를 위한, BPN(Business Process Net) 모형과 이를 이용한 리엔지니어링 휴리스틱스를 적용 예와 함께 제시한다. BPN모형은 베타분포형 확률 패트리넷이며 수행가능형 Activity diagram이라 할 수 있다. BPN을 모형화 할 때, Use Case 분석을 이용하며 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행시간 및 비용적 불확실성은 베타분포를 이용하고 있다. BPN 모형은 XML 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스의 명세언어를 위한 공통 명세모형으로 이용될 수 있으며, 제시한 리엔지니어링 방법 및 지침은 웹 기반 정보시스템의 분석 및 설계단계에서 적용할 수 있다.

Proposed in this paper is a standard-compliant business process modeling tool which is based on the UML(Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and produces an XPDL(XML Process Definition Language) file as an output. The XPDL is a standard process definition exchange format by WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition). To develop an UML/XPDL-based modeling tool, the mapping of modeling elements between activity diagram and XPDL format is conducted after the detailed analysis of each modeling specification. As a result of this mapping, it is revealed that modeling elements of each activity diagram and XPDL must be expanded. So new modeling elements are identified and added to each specification. Based on this mapping, the prototype system is developed, and the usefulness of the developed system is shown through the case study.

전자문서와 같이 기업간거래에 관한 정보자원의 등록저장 및 공유에 있어서 표준화와 활용은 상당한 진척이 이루어졌으나, 비즈니스 프로세스의 경우 이를 정의하는 방법이 다양하고 복잡한 이유로 비즈니스 프로세스 정보자원의 등록저장 및 공유에는 어려움이 많다. 실제로 ebXML BPSS, WS-BPEL, BPMN 등과 같이 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐 하에서 활용가능한 여러 비즈니스 프로세스 정의 언어들이 시장에서 경쟁하고 있으며, 이들을 이용해서 표현된 다양하고 이질적인 비즈니스 프로세스 명세(정의)들을 체계적으로 등록저장하기 위한 방안이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 ebRR4BP라고 하는 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스 등록저장소 프로토타입을 개발하여, 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스 공유의 유용함을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 먼저 다양한 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스 등록을 위한 메타데이터 온톨로지를 설계하고, 이를 ebXML 등록저장소에 구현할 수 있도록 ebXML 등록저장소 정보모델로 매핑하는 방안도 구체적으로 제시한다. 이러한 온톨로지와 매핑방안은 기업간거래 등록저장소간의 비즈니스 프로세스 메타데이터의 상호교환을 지원하기 위한 밑바탕이 될 것이다.

본 연구에서는 시맨틱 웹을 구성할 수 있도록 하는 지식표현, 온톨로지, 에이전트를 통해 급변하는 전자거래 환경을 극복하고 이질적이고 분산되어 있는 정보들을 통합할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모델링의 기반이 되는 구문론적/의미론적 통합 및 에이전트의 운용방법론에 대해 논하며, 메타 모델링에 바탕을 두는 온톨로지의 구축에 중점을 두고 설명한다. IRDS (Information Resource Dictionary Standard) 프레임워크에 기반한 구조에 따라 OWL(Web Ontology Language)을 사용하여 온톨로지를 구체화하며, 프로세스 표현을 위해 PSL(Process Specification Language)-ontology의 용어들을 중간 계층으로 구성하여 차용한 예를 제시한다. 제시한 프레임워크를 통해 정보 자원들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하고 공유하며 관리함으로써 중복성과 불일치성을 제거할 수 있을 것이다.
