Logistics network management has become one of the most important sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. Logistics network simulation is a powerful analysis method for designing and planning the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. This paper introduces a logistics network simulator, LONSIM, developed by author. LONSIM deploys a mix of simulation and optimization functions to model and analysis logistics network issues such as facility location, inventory policy, manufacturing policy, transportation mode, warehouse assignment, supplier assignment, order processing priority rule, and vehicle routes. LONSIM is built with AweSim 2.1 and Visual Basic 6.0, and executed in windows environment.

This study compared the characteristics of the optimization technique and the water supply and demand forecast using K-WEAP (Korea-Water Evaluation and Planning System) model and MODSIM (Modified SIMYLD) model considering wtaer supply priority. Currently, The national water resources plan applied same priority for municipal, industrial and agricultural demand. the K-WEAP model performs the ratio allocation to satisfy the maximum satisfaction rate, whereas the MODSIM model should be applied to the water supply priority of demands. As a result of applying the priority, water shortage decreased by an average of $1,035,000m^3$ than same prioritized results. It is due to the increase of the return flow rate as the distribution of Municipal and industrial water increases. Comparing the analysis results of K-WEAP and MODSIM applying the priorities, the relative error was within 5.3% and the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) was 0.9999. In addition, if both models provide reasonable water balance analysis results, K-WEAP is superior to GUI convenience for model construction and data processing. However, MODSIM is more effective in simulation time efficiency. It is expected that it will be able to carry out analysis according to various scenarios using the model.

As coming smart computing era, the government and leading telecommunication companies have actively supported the development of mobile applications. However, since it is processed apart from the characteristics of small businesses, policy problems and support ways have continuously been pointed out. In this study, we selected priority of support project for the activation of the mobile application development, then proposed support ways for the success of small development business. Firstly, we researched the mobile business literatures, support projects and policy trends of the Korean government, academia and private sector. Next, we developed the activation model for small development business by synthesizing of support projects, literatures and expert group interviews. Based on this model, we selected priority of support projects according to AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis results. In conclusion, we categorize the five support ways for the activation of mobile application development. We are expecting that these support ways will be useful to the development of effective policies and selection of detail tasks for the support of small business or developers.

As a means of achieving fashion technology and scientification, this research on the standardization proposals of body type research methods has the following conclusions: 1. As human body displays different characteristics according to races, regions, sexes, and ages, clothing products (unlike other industrial goods) cannot be subject to global standardization. As a result, clothing size standardization can be desirably regionalized, for example, as Asian, European countries, etc. 2. In order to share human-body-concerned information among nations, programs for raw data exchange need to be urgently developed. 3. Top priority is databasing all raw data at home and abroad. 4. So that the findings of body type research can be practically applied to the concerned industry, industry-academy cooperation and information exchange are a must. While researchers have to heighten the precision of their studies, industrial partners ought to focus on the invaluable importance of academic research. 5. The scientific body type analysis, the basis of fashion technology, as well as the development of its application technology and software are ultimately and urgently required.

We need fundamental plan to develop Environment-friendly agriculture which has essential effect to agriculture and rural community. It should be avoided the structural problem that the farming corporations has gone through in present. Firstly, it needs to be systematized and constructed farming complex for the priority. The government initiated Environment-friendly agriculture business and expanded agriculture business as the part of the policy. There are some researches which have been studied the systematization and the construction of farming complex. It is suggested and mentioned various kinds of policies and directions so far. But, it is not mentioned any practical models. That means it seems to be various differences between each farming corporations in the structural cases. This research suggests the most optimized model of Environment-friendly agriculture by analyzing structural differences between 'Natur' farming Corp and 'Sancheong-gun' expanded Environment-friendly farming complex.

The purpose of this thesis is to make clear particulartity of young adult generation which leads industry in their demands so that fashion trends are foresaw, and to describe style of costume satisfied with picture of new male. This thesis is to consider young adult style of costume in terms of double root described by W$\ddot{o}$lfflin in the internal meaning and the external form, so as to analyze their unique style. In conclusion, domestic young adult style of costume is embodied in the internal meanings of individuality, aestheticism and new classicism in terms of the external forms which means body-priority-form by open-form, whole-form, integration-form, rounded-form, indeterminate-form. With these results, domestic fashion industry is demanded to be from classic to modern expressions so as to be reflected in sophisticated masculinity of young adult.

The purpose of this study is to help you understand the importance of developing of high value added fashion culture goods being integrated with technology and knowledge. And to propose efficient ways of creating a new brand which can be accepted by anyone who has international sensibility. First of all, after making deep research and investigation about the status of current situation in domestic knitwears industries and brands, and exploring problem areas, a growth plan with priority given to strategies for creation of high value added knitwears and its brands will be presented. As methods used in this study, researches was made mainly by digging into technical books on knitwears, fashion trends, and domestic and international fashion information magazine and leaflets, let alone, a lot of domestic market research was performed, as required, and sometimes knitwears simple items were also actually made in parallel.

This study presented a personalization system that adopted a methodology which is applicable for digital content recommendation and executed by the Internet service providers. The system made a recommendation to the users on the basis of their preferences, while most techniques for recommending digital content have focused on considering the similarity of content. In addition, it developed a method of evaluation to determine the priority of recommendations and adopted measures when selecting a set of recommendations. To experiment the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented methodology, a prototype system was developed and was applied to an English newspaper on the Internet.

Dispute plays a key role in maintaining the desirable performance of trade transaction. Although avoidance of disputes is always a priority, it is also important to prepare methods of dispute resolution which are efficient and economical. So, understanding of chinese dispute resolution system is a necessary requirement for successful business operation with chinese companies. This article analyzed and compared with the ways of trade disputes settlement system such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in China in order to help the Korean traders who enter into business with the chinese companies to settle their disputes efficiently. This article suggests that two methods of negotiation and mediation are more likely to be effective than arbitration and litigation to resolve disputes with chinese companies because of problems of enforcement of arbitral award and the uncertainty of China's legal system.
