With rapid changes in the business environment, many organizations pursue to manage cost management and performance management of the organizational business activities over the concept of profit management strategically, But the strategic enterprise management system is implemented individually and is not integrated. And the integrated model of strategic enterprise management is ambiguous and many consulting firms didn't suggested the proper model yet. Therefore in this study we studied the strategic enterprise management system, And we studied how to try to integrate the various components of the strategic enterprise management system through the case of the domestic L company site that implemented ABC/ABM, ABS, BSC, business planning & forecasting system recently.

모듈러 제품 설계는 유연한 제품 수정, 제품 개발 및 생산 리드타임 감소, 제품의 다양성 증대와 같은 많은 장점들이 있다. 모듈러 제품 설계의 목적은 여러 개의 모듈들로 구성된 제품의 아키텍쳐를 효율적으로 개발하는 것인데, 이들 모듈들은 컴포넌트들 간 물리적, 기능적 상호관계 분석을 토대로 컴포넌트들 간의 유사성을 최대화함으로써 만들어 질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러 제품 설계의 핵심 작업인 모듈화를 위하여 3개 단계로 이뤄진 체계적인 절차를 제시하고자 한다. 첫 번째 단계는 컴포넌트들 간 물리적, 기능적 상호관계 분석을 통한 컴포넌트들 간 상관 관계 매트릭스를 구성하는 것이고, 두 번째 단계는 컴포넌트들 간 상관 관계를 최대화하는 컴포넌트들의 군집들을 찾아내기 위하여 네트워크 흐름으로 모델링하는 것이다. 마지막으로 세 번째 단계에서는 선형 계획 모형인 네트워크 흐름 모델을 풀어서 컴포넌트들의 군집들을 찾아내고 이들을 모듈화 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 절차의 이해와 실제 적용을 위하여 진공 청소기 모듈화 사례에 적용해 보고 절차의 타당성을 보여준다.

Recently, e-business has very much attention in the management fields because it is expected to fundamentally change the way many business compete. Business that don't understand the changes and that can't change their operating model in time will be at a disadvantage. Information technology infrastructure and its management are key components of e-business The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of information technology infrastructure and its management to the type of information systems used and the use of e-business. A total of 56 Korean firms responded to the survey instrument. There was indirect effect to the use of e-business from the information technology structure via communication capacity and direct effect from management type. The study also found that firms with less centralized forms of information technology were more frequent users of e-business, Firms that have more freedom in information technology decision making tended to be users of the new technology and take advantage opportunities that exits on the information technology.

This study develops a business ethics education program and verifies its effects through the implementation of a program for fashion companies. Questionnaires obtained from 161 fashion companies were submitted for an analysis of the education needs of business ethics components using the Borich's Needs Assessments Model and the Locus for Focus model. The business ethics component in the highest rank of the education need was 'promoting social contribution (PSC)'. An education program of PSC was developed based on the problem-based learning method and was implemented for 180 minutes on the CEOs or managerial board members of eleven fashion companies. Education participants showed an improvement in the perceptions of the business ethics component after the education seminar. The self-efficacy and the education effect perceived by participants were maintained 70 days after education. This study is meaningful to gain an empirical evidence of the positive effect of business ethics education implemented on the practitioners of fashion companies. The results will provide a knowledge base and a guideline for business ethics education in the fashion industry.

The objective of this research is to empirically study public servant knowledge sharing intention by implementing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The researcher proposes an extended TPB combined with a perceived environmental concern variable as a determinant of behavioral intention. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed among civil society and the public sector at the district level in the Central Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. Collectively, 126 inquiries were received. A Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was applied to analyze and test the research model and hypothesis. The results show that all of the components of the TPB significantly influenced perceived SDG realization. The findings also partially show that knowledge sharing intention mediated the effect of attitude, perceived behavioral control, and perceived environmental concern on SDG realization. This study confirms that perspectives that affect knowledge sharing intention among public sectors could be approached based on the offered model. Hence, the local government can implement the suggestion offered in this research. The originality of this paper lies in the fact that this study discloses factors affecting knowledge sharing among public servants.

E-Business분야는 다양한 소비자의 욕구를 지원하기 위한 컨텐츠를 기반으로 활성화되고있다. 즉, 효율적인 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리를 위한 기법들이 연구되고 있으며 EJB와 같은 웹 기반 컴포넌트 기술이 응용되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 웹 기반 EJB 컴포넌트 기술을 응용한 효율적인 E-Business 컨텐츠 관리 및 처리를 위한 워크플로우를 설계하였다. 이에 따라, 다양한 컨텐츠의 핸들링을 위하여 웹 서버 컴포넌트 모델인 EJB를 사용하였으며, 기능단위의 컴포넌트들이 다양한 컨텐츠를 처리함으로써 재사용, 유지보수등의 시스템 개발 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

This paper aims to empirically examine the short-run and long-run aggregate demand for the US imports using quarterly economic data for the period 2000-2018 including aggregate imports, final expenditure components, gross fixed capital formation and relative price of imports. According to the results of both multivariate co-integration analysis and error correction model, the above variables are all cointegrated and significant differences are found to exist among the long-run partial elasticities of imports as regards different macro components of final expenditure. Partial elasticities with respect to government expenditure, gross fixed capital formation, exports and relative price of import are found to be positive while imports seems to respond negatively to changes in private consumption, implying that an increase in private consumption could result in a significant reduction in demand for imports in the long run. With regard to the relative import prices, the results appear to indicate a relatively insignificant influence on the aggregate imports in the US in the long run. However, an error correction model designed for predicting the short-term variability shows that only exports have an impact on the imports in the short run.

기업과 정부기관은 COTS를 사용한 정보시스템을 개발하고 있다. 특히, COTS는 정보보호시스템과 정보시스템의 컴포넌트로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 보안기능 개발을 위해서 필요한 COTS의 선택 수준과 비용을 고려할 때 COTS 컴포넌트의 우선순위를 제시한다. 보안기능 컴포넌트 선택과 관련된 비용 효과적인 의사결정을 위하여, 본 연구는 정보보호기술을 계층화하고, 다기준의사결정 기법을 사용하여 COTS 컴포넌트의 우선순위를 제시한다.

예술 산업의 패러다임이 바뀌고 예술, 경영 및 창업의 융합이 활발함에도 불구하고 예술 기업가정신은 현재까지 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 첫째, 예술 기업가정신의 개념을 정리하고, 국내외 연구 동향을 살폈다. 둘째, 온라인 예술 플랫폼의 개념을 정리하기 위해 비즈니스 모델의 일반 개념, 플랫폼 비즈니스의 특수성을 알아보았다. 셋째, 국내외 11개의 온라인 예술 플랫폼을 목적에 따라 크게 4가지 형태 (①그림 대여 및 판매 플랫폼, ②창작물 제작 판매 플랫폼, ③크라우드펀딩 플랫폼, ④정보 제공 및 디지털 전시)로 나누어 각 플랫폼 기업을 소개하였다. 네 번째, 온라인 예술 플랫폼 기업을 분석하기 위해 두 가지 프레임워크 (①비즈니스 모델의 구성요소별, ②플랫폼 통제와 소비자 정보 비대칭성)를 제시하고, 사례 기업에 적용하여 보여주었다. 본 연구는 그동안 서로 다른 분야에서 각각 연구되었으나 서로 융합된 연구가 미비했던 분야인 "예술 기업가정신"을 체계적으로 살펴봄으로써 학계의 이해도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 뿐만 아니라 11개의 온라인 예술 플랫폼을 소개하고 분석함으로써 실무적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

Recently, the Virtual Reality(VR) became one of the most powerful tools in making media files. In the field of engineering, while it is increasing to use 3D CAD model in the process of design to manufacturing, the VR is not popular in comparison with media business. XVL(eXtensible Virtual Reality Markup Language) is one of XML(eXtensible Markup Language) which is a standard web media language. XVL provides the connection between 3D CAD data and virtual reality, and it can be easily published through internet for the engineering purpose. In this study, a web based VR model for major components in a nuclear power plant has been developed by using XVL and corresponding 3D CAD data. The proposed model is expected to be used in the engineering field to cooperate among experts, and also, it will provide more plausible explanation to ordinary people.
