  • It is evident that a financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis has been theoretically and practically accepted in the aspect of its adequacy. However, it is not easy to apply in the practical business affairs since there exist some difficulties on the economic analysis and the interpretation of the result because of the difficulty of the estimation of the discount rate. This study aims to suggest a method of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study can increase the reliance and adequacy of the economic analysis result by suggesting a method of estimating the discount rate by means of the proxy ${\beta}$ method in the practical way. Second, this study can provide the overall frame of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis method (namely, Net Present Value Method internal rate of return, profit index method and payback period method)which use discount rate and cash flow. Third, this study can suggest an practical analysis skill required in each step of the financial feasibility study.

  • The government has implemented a policy to promote the use of extruded pellets in sustainable aquaculture by protecting fishery resources and managing the ocean environment. A survey on the production status and the cost of targeting olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus culture farms in Jeju Island using extruded pellets was conducted. The survey results were used to examine the profitability and economic feasibility of the test farms, as well as the degree of increase in profitability and economic feasibility of the fish farms receiving government subsidies for employing extruded pellets. The economic feasibility was predicted through a sensitivity analysis of prices and production, which are the variable factors when of using the extruded pellets. Using the economic feasibility analysis, the average NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of sample farms were found to be KRW 5.8 billion and 8.9%, respectively. The result of the economic feasibility analysis of the government subsidy showed a maximum average of about 2.3 times higher NPV and a 3.8% increase in IRR in cases where government subsidies were received.

  • Some simulation tools have been developed to support business process reengineering. These tools can be used to not only analyze an as-is model of the existing process but also assess the potential value and feasibility of to-be models. But most of them are restricted to analyzing and redesign of the workflow only. Little attention is paid to the organization of people and their roles. This paper Presents a new methodology for business process simulation modeling and analysis. The methodology is based on the concepts of roles and customer-supplier chains. So the proposed methodology allows for tracking people and their roles affected by reengineering the business process. It enables one to analyze and evaluate not only workflow, but roles that are part of the flow. This paper developed a simulator to systematically construct simulation models and conduct simulations easily and efficiently. A case study is also presented as an illustrative example.

  • In order to increase extensibility and reusability of business components, the variable things need to be analyzed from the analysis phase and identified as components. In this paper, we propose a rule-based analysis pattern, which can effectively extract object-based main concepts from a variable business process in the analysis phase and identify a variable business component by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. It can make analysis artifacts consistent and readable for analysts with different level of knowledge and experience to apply the pattern to analysis of rule-based variable business processes. And also, variable business components can be easily identified by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. In order to prove the feasibility of the pattern, we have applied the pattern the deposit and import/export subsystem of the banking domain. According to our experience, we can make the same business conceptual models between the deposit and import/export subsystem due to the main concepts suggested by the pattern and effectively identify a variable business components in the UML Components development process.

This study conducted a feasibility analysis to determine if the business of a special case is applicable. The result of this study is as follows about three long-term unexecuted urban parks in Gwangju Metropolitan City's City Park. First, the three long-term unexecuted urban parks in Gwangju Metropolitan City's City Park are the forest type Neighborhood Parks. Businesses of a special case's park developing cost(average 0.4%) have a relatively low percentage. It is most affected by Land Compensation(average 33.8%) and building construction expenses(average 59.1%). Second, long-term unexecuted urban parks' Land Compensation and building construction expenses seed capital are excessive. The Bongsan Park balance floor space index is 179 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 220 percent. The Mareuk Park balance floor space index is 351 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 420 percent. The Jungoe Park balance floor space index is 327 percent; a reasonable profit floor space index is 400 percent. Third, to facilitate the business of special cases in deliberating, Bongsan Park should change its second class general residential area. Jungoe Park must change the quasi-residential area and semi-residential area. Mareuk Park must change the general commercial area. In this way, the feasibility of promoting private park projects will be improved.

  • In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of interference alignment(IA) in signal space in the scenario of multiple cell and multiple user cellular networks, as the feasibility issue is closely related to the solvability of a multivariate polynomial system, we give the mathematical analysis to support the constraint condition obtained from the polynomial equations with the tools of algebraic geometry, and a new distribute IA algorithm is also provided to verify the accessibility of the constraint condition for symmetric system in this paper. Simulation results illustrate that the accessibility of the constraint condition is hold if and only if the degree of freedom(DoF) of each user can be divided by both the transmit and receive antenna numbers.
