Company's survival in a changing business environment is depend on what kind of strategy will be used for facing this business competition society. For this, many companies continued to apply management techniques to improve the activities in this process has been running productivity-oriented activities to switch away from the quality has become a central activity. In other words, quality improvement activities (quality improvement activity) for the continuing businesses is an important strategic element. In this study, single-PPM (Single-PPM) the company's leading quality improvement activities will be used and browse to accommodate factors that affect a successful quality improvement activities, absolute requirement for companies to learn about the conditions to improve the quality of corporate tries to emphasize the importance of the activity.

Recently, discussions on Metaverse, which represents the transcendent world, have been dominant for some time. Cases related to the Metaverse are introduced through various media and are continuously attracting attention as the next generation of the Internet. This study reviews the business model and the ecosystem overview, focusing on service cases related to the Metaverse. The widely used business models include content production and sales, media brokerage fee, and marketing fee. The Metaverse ecosystem is formed around games, with major players in game production, authoring tool & support SW, intelligent cloud service, and game platform expected to lead the market. Results show that a strategy to secure the leadership of the Metaverse, such as the business model expansion conditions, a strategy to foster a game-oriented Metaverse ecosystem, and technology development for the realization of the ultra-realistic Metaverse, is necessary.

The global market is facing numerous changes nowadays, and also is the Southeast Asian market. Among those of some other regions, the Southeast Asian market is especially important to Korea for many reasons since it is one of the rapidly emerging markets, is geographically close to Korea, and has fair conditions for investigation. And in order to succeed in Southeast Asian markets, thorough examination about the countries is in need. This article catches a glimpse of the global market, the current status and changes of Southeast Asian markets, and Korean firms now doing business in these markets. Also, the article suggests some tips for successful marketing strategies.

In the past, station-area development projects were proceeded for modernizing the station facilities and improving the customer's convenience facilities by attracting private financing. But the site of station-are a development has a limitation that limits of benefits comparing with initial cost and absence of collateral by constructed the national property. For the advancing business value, merchandising facilities were adopted. There were many problems like coming the loss of city development opportunities. Now, station-area developments are considered the station and city plan. so, they are rapidly rised up the life in the station, need of making cultural space, improvement efficiency, combination and connectivity of transportation system and need of journey to Work Distance. Accordingly, this study suggests the station-area development projects by analysis of market conditions and forecast about housing and office that meets the trend of station-area development and secures feasible business value.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an autoparts company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

This research was carried out to find the mordant effect of Chestnut's inner skin on the cow leather dyed by Turmeric powder. The best proper mordanting conditions were examined by changing mordant method, concentration, temperature, bath ratio, time, and repetition. Also dyeability and surface color changes were evaluated by various mordanting methods. The optimum mordanting conditions of chestnut's inner skin extract on the cow leather were pre mordant, 80%, $50^{\circ}C$, 50:1, 40minutes, 4 repetition. The K/S values as a mordant were higher in pre mordant than post mordanting condition. Although the ${\Delta}E$ was slightly higher in post mordant than pre mordant, it was too small to find any means. The surface colors of all dyed cow leathers were yellow. Among light, dry cleaning, and abrasion fastnesses, only light fastness was increased one degree, others were same degrees.

The study attempted to identify the present conditions and problems of existing cap makers and to find a way to resolve the problems by examining the actual state of their production activities, in order to present basic data for designing more comfortable caps. After a preliminary examination was carried out with college women in Taegu and Kyongbuk areas, seven cap makers who have launched their own individual brands were chosen, and a questionnaire was performed with them. The collected data was analysed, using the SAS program. The results showed that the sales of the makers increased each year but they had a little defect rates resulting from poor raw and sub-materials and were inactive in developing a material or design. It was analysed, therefore, that to produce high quality caps, it is urgently required to develop a new material and design.

The purpose of this study is to propose a policy improvement plan by analysis of the extinction risk factors reflecting the specificity of fishing villages, fishing village support policies, and settlement conditions of fishing villages as one of the solutions to the immediate problem of fishing village extinction. The results of the study show the higher the level of number of fishing ports, number of returning rural population, and housing diffusion rate, the dependent variable extinction risk index was a positive effect while vacant house ratio and aged house ratio was analyzed to be in was a negative (-) relationship with the dependent variable.The policy implications through this study were to prepare an effective policy to reduce the risk of extinction, to improve urgent settlement conditions, and to prepare a condition to convert returning rural population into fishery population.

This paper provides a basic organizational commitment research for the study was conducted academic research, especially acidic improvements in the construction industry for a job commitment on organizational commitment.
