본고는 1912년부터 부산에 존재했던 경남(구포)은행, 동래은행과 부산상업은행이 매수 합병된 1935년경까지 은행의 설립과 경영상의 특징, 합병과정과 이를 통해서 나타난 조선총독부의 은행합병 정책의 성격 등을 살펴보고자 했다. 이세 은행의 대주주나 경영자들은 자신들의 기업체 운영에 은행 자금을 이용하려 했다. 1919년대에 들어서 영업부진에 빠진 경남은행은 1928년에 대구은행과 합병하여 대구상공은행이 되었고, 1928년의 개정된 은행령에 규정된 자본금 200만 원을 채우지 못한 동래은행은 광주의 호남은행에, 부산상업은행은 부실대출이 화근이 되어 1935년에 일본인이 소유-지배하는 조선상업은행에 흡수되었다. 부산의 금융계는 경기변동에 효과적으로 대응하지 못했거나 총독부에 대해 자신의 이해를 대변해 줄 경제단체를 전혀 갖추지 못했고, 조선총독부는 은행 합병을 통해서 식민지 경제에 대한 통제력를 강화해갔다.

The materials on the development of modern architecture in Korea are being collected and organized in a systemic fashion. However, this is not the case with the materials relative to interior design. They are gradually disappearing or being lost. In particular, no serious attempt has yet been made to determine the characteristics and historic value of the interior design of the modern bank buildings. The purpose of this study is to trace the disappearing legacy of the interior design of modern bank buildings by learning the inner space arrangements of these buildings and the characteristics of modern interior design in order to determine the historic significance of modern commercial interior design. Banks of relatively large scale were selected for the purpose of this study. They consisted of: Chosun Bank(1911) and its Andong, Wonsan and Cheongjin branches; Chosun Shiksan Banks and its Busan, Daegu and Pyongyang branches; the Busan branch of the 18 Bank; Dongil Bank, Chosun Savings Bank(1935) and their branches. The study focused on the space arrangements and design characteristics of these banks. Although they aimed at modernization in designingtheir interior spaces, the modern bank buildings were not representative of any particular style of interior design. While western style designs were prevalent, eclectic designs incorporating many different styles existed. The characteristics of the interior design of banks of the time included installation of such decorations and use of high quality construction materials for interior and exterior expressing the wealth as to create an aura of credibility for the banks, while the floor arrangements were relatively stereotyped and simplified.

본 연구는 국내 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 리뷰 데이터에 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 중요도-만족도 분석을 시도하고, 개선의 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석에는 구글 플레이스토어에서 국내 시중은행(국민은행, 신한은행, 우리은행, 하나은행), 지역은행(경남은행, 부산은행), 인터넷 은행(카카오뱅크, 케이뱅크, 토스)의 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 리뷰 데이터를 활용하였으며, 주요 속성 도출 및 각 속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 측정을 위해 토픽 모델링, 빈도분석 및 감성분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 '인증서비스', '기능 개선', '로그인', '속도/연결성', '시스템/업데이트' 그리고 '뱅킹서비스'가 이용자들이 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션을 사용할 때 느끼는 중요도가 상대적으로 높은 속성임에도 불구하고 그 만족도가 평균 수준에 미치지 못해 개선이 시급한 속성으로 나타났다.

In 2003 typical phytoplasma symptoms of witches' broom and flower malformation were observed on statice (Limonium sinuatum) plants grown at commercial greenhouses in Busan, South Korea. The DNA extracted from the infected leaves was amplified using universal primer pair of Pl/P6 derived from conserved 16S rRNA gene of Mollicutes giving the expected Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product of 1.5 kb. In the nested PCR assays, the expected DNA fragment of 1.1 kb was amplified with the specific primer pair 16Fl/Rl that was designed on the basis of aster yellows (AY) phytoplasma 16S rDNA sequences. The 1.1 kb PCR products were cloned and nucleotide sequences were determined. The sequences were identical to that of Onion yellows OY phytoplasma (GenBank accession no. D12569) isolated from Onion in Japan. Electron microscopy of thin sections of leaf veins showed phytoplasma bodies in the phloem. Statice witches' broom symptom occurred on statice in commercial greenhouses in Korea was confirmed as infection of AY phytoplasma by transmission electron microscopy observation, and by determination of 16S rRNA gene sequences of phytoplasma.

주택담보 가계 대출은 그룹(지역)별, 시간별로 다양한 원인에 의해서 가계대출 결정요인이 이루어지고 있어 복잡성을 띠고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복잡성을 띠고 있는 주택담보 가계 대출에 관련된 제 변인들을 파악하기 위해 패널 데이터를 이용한 연구 모형을 설정하고 이를 통해 가계대출에 결정적으로 영향을 미치는 제 변인에 대하여 조사, 분석, 검증한다. 본 연구는 7 그룹(6개 광역시(부산, 대구, 인천, 광주, 대전, 울산) 및 서울)을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석기간은 2007년 1월부터 2010년 9월 까지 자료를 이용하였고. 주택담보 가계 대출액을 종속변수로 설정하고 소비자물가지수, 실업률, 가구당 월평균가계소득, 보건의료비 지출률, 종합주가지수, 일반은행 가계 대출연체율을 설명(독립)변수로 투입하였다. 주택담보 가계 대출 요인을 추정한 결과 소비자물가지수와 실업률은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 유의한 변인으로 나타나고 보건 의료비 지출률은 음(-)의 영향을 나타내는 유의적인 변인으로 나타났다. 그러나 가구당월평균 가계소득액, 종합주가지수와 일반은행 가계대출 연체율은 비유의적인 변인으로 나타나 주택담보 가계 대출에는 큰 영향을 주지는 않은 것으로 나타났다.
