Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is significant material in electrical and optical devices for their ferroelectric, piezoelectric and dielectric properties. In this research, PZT films were fabricated by reactive RF co-sputtering method using Pb, Zr, and Ti targets. From XPS study, lead, zirconium, and titanium are successfully deposited on Si(100) substrate. Thickness of PZT films was measured with a surface profiler and the thickness was decreased as the oxygen gas ratio increased in the sputter gas.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the lifelong education promotion system in Busan and to establish a desirable promotion system. In the study, we search for the optimal alternative to manage lifelong education exclusive organization(Busan Institute for lifelong Education) and seek ways to vitalize the lifelong education promotion system in Busan. The focus is also placed on completing a network-type governance system by strengthening the connection and cooperation among the parties. In order to make the promotion system function efficiently, the vitalizing methods of lifelong education promotion system can be roughly categorized into some kind as follows : strengthening the network between the interested parties and establishing their roles, restructuring legal as well as administrative and financial support system; enhancing education and public relations; intensifying local infrastructure of lifelong education; and boosting accessibility and expanding exchange and cooperation.

Mucoceles are common benign cystic lesions of the oral cavity that develop following extravasation or retention of mucous material from the major or minor salivary glands. Mucoceles are usually located in the lower lip (60 to 70% of cases), and the floor of the mouth is only involved in 6 to 15% of cases. Submandibular gland mucocele is extremely rare but should be considered in the differential diagnosis of swelling at the submandibular triangle in young children. We present the rare case of a 16-month-old child who was diagnosed with bilateral submandibular gland mucocele, presenting as serial swellings in both submandibular regions. We removed the cystic mass with the submandibular and sublingual glands to prevent recurrence.

본 논문에서는 청소년 비만에 대한 심각성이 증가함에 따라 더욱 체계적인 관리를 위해 줄넘기에 ICT 기술을 접목시켜 개인에게 알맞은 맞춤형 운동프로그램을 제안한다. 이 정책은 개별성의 원리에 의하여 개인차를 고려한 운동 프로그램을 설정하여 개개인들의 욕구, 흥미, 그리고 능력을 향상시키는데 있다. 이때 운동프로그램 설정을 못하는 운동초보자들을 위하여 줄넘기에 내장된 센서가 체력수준을 인식하고 그에 알맞은 프로그램을 제공하여 보다 효과적인 신체능력을 향상시켜 준다는 것에 의의를 두고 있다.

Coronary stent dislodgement during percutaneous coronary intervention, which occurs when the stent is passed through tortuous and calcified lesions, is not a rare complication. Without proper treatment, such as fixing with another stent in the coronary artery or removing the undeployed stent from the coronary artery or systemic artery system, this complication can cause serious problems. We experienced the unusual situation of a dismounted and dislodged coronary stent, in which retrograde retrieval to the radial artery was impossible during transradial coronary intervention. We report on use of a rendezvous and snare technique at the brachial artery level via femoral puncture, which resulted in resolution without surgery.

Unlike Seoul dialect, in the Busan dialect, /ㅅ/ and /ㅆ/ are phonemically non-distinctive and realization of tensing is non-productive, on the other hand, that of voicing is productive. In order to discover causes of such characteristics in Busan dialect, this paper firstly compared acoustic characteristics of Seoul dialect with those of Busan dialect on fricative /ㅅ/ and /ㅆ/. The result showed that Busan dialect has much shorter length of friction and aspiration intervals of word initial and word-medial position than Seoul dialect. I expect that these results are important keys to discover causes of the following characteristics of Busan-dialect - non-distinction, non-productivity of tensing, and productivity of voicing - on Fricative /ㅅ/ and /ㅆ/.

This paper aims to propose ways to revitalize the design industry of Busan by way of analyzing the status of the design and its related industries .We also propose the systematic ways to improve the employment and strengthen the global competitiveness of the design industry of Busan. The basic year of this study is 2010, and the goal years are 2011, 20115 and 2020, each of which represents the short-term, mid-term and long-term goal period, respectively. The content of our study includes the status of the design and its related industries and ways to revitalize them. Our study focuses on ways to revitalize the design industry through the particularization of the design industry in Busan and to strengthen the global competitiveness of Busan's strategic industries. For this, we have read up on the design and its related industries, surveyed the previous research work, and conducted the statistical analysis of design fields for the years of 2006-2008. In order to provide the revitalization plan in a more efficient way, we have also gathered the opinions of the experts through FGI (focus group interview).

Pseudoaneurysm with arteriovenous fistula is a rare complication of arthroscopy, and can be diagnosed by ultrasonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or angiography. This condition can be treated with open surgical repair or endovascular repair. We report our experience with the open surgical repair of a pseudoaneurysm with an arteriovenous fistula in a young male patient who underwent arthroscopy five months previously.

This study was conducted to investigate the sudden rise of fine particle concentration after the passage of typhoon USAGI and NARI in Busan. Nocturnal inversion layer was formed at atmospheric boundary layer and wind direction changed from southerly wind to northeasterly wind after USAGI passed through Busan. Fine particle concentration in Busan rapidly increased by subsidence of air pollutants released from sources and dust transported from in the vicinity of industrial regions. Wind direction changed from northeasterly wind to southeasterly wind, wind velocity increased and lower atmosphere became extremely unstable after NARI passed through Busan. $PM_{10}$ concentration of Busan increased sharply because of surface dust dispersed by strong wind. Fine particle concentration generally decreases by precipitation and wind after typhoon passes through. However, the concentration can also go up not only by subsidence and transportation in nocturnal inversion layer but also by surface dust which temporarily occurs by strong wind.

This paper suggests the development device of Busan-Jinhae free Economic Zone(BJFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of the Port of Busan and promote the regional development in Busan. It deals with the securable feasibility of necessary sites and development costs and financial resources, the foreign investments figure, and the structure of the BJFEZ Authority. In addition, to evaluate the background, process, and contents of 'Special Purpose Local Government', the paper looks into the amendment proposal of 'Act on designation and management of free economic zones' suggested by the central government from the regional view of point. As proposals to promote and activate BJFEZ, it is recommended in the paper that it is required, first, to draw the detailed political methods to guarantee sound and sustainable development project and investment environment in accordance with regional characteristics prior to marketing, second, to develop and implement differentiated policy means to facilitate foreign investment, third, to strengthen specialty of the BJFEZ authority, and finally, to set up the supporting role and cooperation of both the central and local governments.
