WUSB over IEEE 802.15.6 WBAN 프로토콜의 시각 동기 구조 설계 (Design of Time Synchronization Mechanism of Wireless USB over IEEE 802.15.6)

  • 웨어러블 컴퓨터 시스템은 WiMedia PHY/MAC 기술과 결합된 USB 기술로 WUSB (wireless universal serial bus) 기술을 사용하여 구성할 수 있다. 본 논문은 U-Health 기능을 지원하는 무선 웨어러블 컴퓨터시스템을 구성하기 위해 WUSB기술과 IEEE 802.15.6 WBAN (wireless body area networks) 기술을 결합한 통신시스템 구조에 초점을 맞추었다. 그리고 IEEE 802.15.6 기반 WUSB 통신 구조에서 시각동기 통신 기술을 제안하였다. 제안하는 시각동기 구조는 WBAN Polling Access 구조를 활용하고 Time Stamp를 사용한 시각동기 미들웨어를 결합한다. 성능 평가에서는 WBAN Polling Access를 적용한 시각동기 성능 및 시각동기 미들웨어를 추가한 성능을 비교분석하여, WUSB over IEEE 802.15.6 통신구조에서 제안한 시각동기 방식의 효율성을 평가하였다.

  • 웨어러블 컴퓨터 시스템은 WiMedia PHY/MAC 기술과 결합된 USB 기술로 WUSB (wireless universal serial bus) 기술을 사용하여 구성할 수 있다. 본 논문은 U-Health 기능을 지원하는 무선 웨어러블 컴퓨터시스템을 구성하기 위해 WUSB기술과 IEEE 802.15.6 WBAN (wireless body area networks) 기술을 결합한 통신시스템 구조에 초점을 맞추었다. 그리고 IEEE 802.15.6 기반 WUSB 통신 구조에서 저전력 Hibernation 통신 구조를 제안하였다. 제안하는 Hibernation 구조는 WBAN Wakeup Period 및 Wakeup Phase 메시지 필드들을 사용하여, WBAN의 주기적인 Inactive 구간에서 WUSB 통신 구간을 할당한다. 성능 평가에서는 WBAN Wakeup Period에 따른 성능 및 WUSB 통신량에 따른 성능을 비교분석하여, WUSB over IEEE 802.15.6 통신구조에서 제안한 Hibernation 구조의 효율성을 평가하였다.

  • 이비인후과영역의 이물중 특히 소아에서 많이 보는 동전에 의한 식도이물은 임상경험을 통해 수 없이 많은 예를 접해 온 것이 사실이다. 시대의 변천, 생활의 다양화에 따라 이물의 종류도 다양해 지는 것을 경험할 수 있다. 저자들은 최근 15개월된 여아에서 식도의 제 1협착 부위에 저류된 뻐스토큰을 제거하였기에 주의를 환기시키는 의미에서 이를 보고하는 바이다.

Assessment of the Risks of Occupational Diseases of the Passenger Bus Drivers

  • Background: The working conditions of bus drivers are difficult; they lead to occupational diseases and require careful study, particularly in Ukraine. The objective of the article is the description of occupational health risks of passenger bus drivers that lead to deteriorating health. Methods: The risk assessment was performed using a modified Risk Score method, which allowed determining the generalized level of danger to the driver's health. The hygienic hazards level was assessed as based on Stevenson's law, which was generalized later. Results: Based on the modification of the Risk Score method, it was possible to depart from expert assessments method of the risk level and calculate the general indicator based on the degree of dependence of the impact on the human body on its intensity, proposed by V. Minko. This allows objective determining of the impact of hygiene hazards on the health of the driver and to predict the occurrence of occupational diseases associated with the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, and partial or complete disability due to the accumulation of emotional fatigue. The hazard assessment was carried out for three brands of passenger buses common in Ukraine, in which the driver is exposed to the dangers of fever, vibration, noise, harmful impurities in the bus cabin, and emotional load. Conclusion: The health of drivers in the cabins of passenger buses is most affected by hygiene hazards: fever, vibration, and emotional stress. The generalized level of risk is calculated by the modified method of Risk Score is 0.83; -0.99, -0.92 respectively.

  • With the advent of high performance computers and more efficient numerical algorithms, computational fluid dynamics(CFD) has come out as a modem alternative for reducing the use of wind tunnels test in automotive engineering. However, in spite of the fact that many competent researchers have made all their talents in developing turbulence model over since the past dozen or more years, it has been an important impediment in using the CFD effectively to design machinery and to diagnose or to improve engineering problems in the industry since the turbulence model has been acting as the Achilles' tendon in aspect of the reliability even to this time. In this study, Reynolds-averaged Wavier-Stokes equations were solved to simulate an incompressible turbulent flow around a bus-like bluff body near ground plane. In order to investigate the effect of the discretisation schemes and turbulence model on the aerodynamic forces several turbulence models with five convective difference schemes are adopted. From the results of this study, it is clear that choice of turbulence model and discretisation scheme profoundly affects the computational outcome. The results also show that the adoption of RNG $k-\varepsilon$ turbulence model and nonlinear quadratic turbulence model with the second order accurate discretisation scheme predicts fairly well the aerodynamic coefficients.

차 대 보행자 충돌 시 사고해석 모델 개발 (Development of Accident Analysis Model in Car to Pedestrian Accident)

  • The fatalities of pedestrian account for about 21.2% of all fatalities at 2007 year in Korea. To reconstruct exactly the accident, it is important to calculate the throw distance of pedestrian in car to pedestrian accident. The frontal shape of SUV vehicle is dissimilar to passenger car and bus, so the trajectory and throw distance of pedestrian by SUV vehicle is not the same of passenger car and bus. The influencing on it can be classified into the factors of vehicle and pedestrian, and road factor. It was analyzed by PC-CRASH for simulation, and SPSS s/w was used for regression analysis. From the simulation results, the maximum impact energy of multi-body of pedestrian was occurred to that of torso body at the same time. And the throw distance increased with the increasing of impact velocity, and decreased with the increasing of impact offset. Also it decreased with the increasing of velocity of pedestrian at accident, and the throw distance of wet road was longer than that of dry road. Finally, the regression analysis model of SUV(Nissan Pathfinder type)vehicle in car to pedestrian accident was as follows; $$disti_i=-0.87-0.11offseti_i+0.69speed_i-4.27height_i+0.004walk_i+0.63wet_i+{\epsilon}_i$$.

바이모달 트램 차량용 차체 및 실내의장의 설계사양 (Design Specifications of Car body and Interiors for Bimodal Tram Vehicle)

  • Since tram has the advantages to reduce construction cost of infrastructure, to improve accessibility of passengers, and to offer visual pleasures, nowadays, it is one of light rails attracting public attention. Tram can be classified into two groups, one is a conventional steel-wheeled type, and the other is a rubber-tired type (bi-modal tram). The bi-modal tram propelled by the serial CNG hybrid propulsion unit has been developing since 2003 in Korea, which can realize both scheduled operation of railway and route flexibility of bus. Because the bimodal will be operated on both railway mode and bus mode, however, specific criteria and regulations for its design, certification, construction, operation and maintenance have not been determined definitely yet. In consideration of mobility enhancement for the old and the handicapped, motor vehicle safety standard and urban transit (railway vehicle) safety standard, several design specifications were proposed for car body and interiors of the bimodal tram vehicle. The design specifications proposed in this paper can be expected to promote passengers' comfort and safety, operation efficiency of the bimodal tram.

  • Detailed mathematical models of hybrid drivertrain components are presented and numerical simulations are carried out to analyze the shift characteristics and to improve the driving comfortability when the hybrid drivetrain is applied at the vehicle . Theoretical results are compared with experimental ones from the dynamometer as same condition in order to prove the appropriateness of modeling . Adding the vehicle body modeling, included in the suspension and the engine mount, it is possible to predict the dynamic behavior and shift characteristics more actually when shifts are occurred by automated manual transmission(AMT). these additional results are also compared with the same simulation ones of internal combustion engined vehicle equipped conventional manual transmission. Hence, it can be expected that the hybrid vehicle with AMT has a good shift quality.

  • 최근 모든 7세이하 유아 또는 유치원생에 대한 승하차 안전사고 위험성이 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서, 승하차시 발생되는 안전상태를 알림 장치가 IoT를 통해 인체의 압력, GPS, IR을 이용하여 수신자에게 알려주는 하드웨어를 설계하였다. 또한, 승하차시, 교사가 블루투스를 통해 앱으로 해당 유아의 안전상태를 확인하는 시스템을 설계하였다.
