This study is focused on forecasting the future of tole-democracy. Many Scholars expect that internet provides technological space needing realizing the tole-democracy or deliberate democracy. Especially in Korea, this expectation is higher than other nations because of political corruption and inefficiency. Therefore internet is intended to considering as new technologies reforming political process. In 16th the general election period, many candidates established home page and used as election campaign tool. And a little of home pages is payed attention to among voters. In spite of using internet as political medium, many political communication researchers have a doubt that internet will realize ideal direct democracy. It's reason is that internet is open and anonymous space. At anonymous space, communication participators is tended to be irresponsible and non-serious. Therefore it is hard that cyber-politics will be ideal type of democracy. In this context, this paper analyzed how pauicipators communicate with others at cyber bulletin board establishing candidate's home pages. Main research questions is how do discussions at cyberspace fulfill the conditions of deliberate democracy. Therefore, concrete questions include; who are participators at candidate's cyber bulletin board; which pattern do they communicate; what is the theme of communication; which effects do the anonymous character of cyberspace influence. To that purpose, this study conducted content analysis on 4,210 written matters at 82 cyber bulletin boards of candidate's home page establishing during 16th the general election period. It can be found that cyberspace in Korea still is not deliberate democracy space and not will be. Firstly, discussion patterns at cyber bulletin board is "candidate with supporters communication space. To be exact, it is said that candidate's home page is "the space of self-convincing among supporters." Secondly, the main themes of discussion are simple emotional expressions; "I support you!" "fighting" "Be vigor" etc. By contrast, real political contents'-central or local political matters - is relatively few. In the mode of expression, real political messages are more positive, logical than simple expressions, candidates private matters. Especially this characteristic will make cyberspace as "mutual slander space" consolidating anonymous characteristic of cyberspace. finally, Cyberspace in Korea still is not real "public sphere" realizing deliberate process. Therefore to be real public sphere, it is needed to participant's ethical maturity and political citizenship. In conclusion, it is difficult that cyberspace will reconstruct the Athene's Agora. On the contrary, Cyberagora will like to be irrespectable area fulfilling the sweeping. Making the deliberate space, technological possibility and ethical condition will have to be balanced together.

Most of Online Shopping Mall takes Business-Customer interaction through E-mails and bulletin boards. Especially bulletin boards provide Business-Customer interaction and also Customer-Customer interaction. This paper, by experiment, aims to identify how to deal negative messages in Online Shopping Malls to increase customer trust and loyalty when negative messages show up the bulletin board. Types of dealing negative message were classified (1)Leaving, (2)Deleting, (3)Proper Responding, and the experiment resulted in (1)Leaving decrease customer trust and loyalty, (2)Deleting and (3)Proper Responding increase customer trust and loyalty. But (2)Deleting appeared to have more influence on customer trust and loyalty than (3)Proper Responding. Based on this result, to increase customer trust and loyalty, Online Shopping Mall should correspond to negative messages immediately. And it is necessary that control of negative messages adequately, because effects of negative information appear bigger than effects of interactions.

How can the educator help learners to learn? The old way was to tell learners as much as possible, passing on the educator's knowledge. Now the educator acts as a helper. She will organise experiences which allow the learners to do health behaviors, she may utilize instructional materials, she may write downsome questions for a group of learners to discuss. In all these ways the teachers is helping learning. Some educators feel that they must do all the talking themselves. They feel that they are not really teaching the learners some new information, but this is quite wrong. In fact if a educatorgives a lecture and learners do not learn, then the educator is talking not teaching. So the devlopment of instructional materials is much needed to be a learner education. And the selection of materials may be very important for the level of maturity of the learners in interest, complexity of ideas, opportunity for self-identification, speed of learners' ability to observe and length of concentration. Author studied the several instructional materials which can be utilized in the field of dental health education and also studied their values, limitations and considerations when they are used. The learning activities are poster, puppet, model, mock-up, specimen, flannel board, chalk board, bulletin board, psychodrama, role play, field trip, exhibition, laboratory method.

Nowadays, Web-based bulletin board system is widely used for e-learning because of its effectiveness in communicating and information sharing. But harmful or irrelevant contents are frequently posted and these affect students in learning community based on Web-boards and the ill effect of Web-board is revealed. Some Web-boards provide features that allow users can filter specific words to resolve this problem but those features have shortcomings. Using these features the content that contains harmful words is always removed even if the whole meaning of it isn't harm and user who uses harmful words habitually cannot have an opportunity of having his/her bad habit be corrected. In this paper, we proposed new way of dealing with harmful words that overcomes those shortcomings.

TRIO-CINEMA(TRiplet Ionospheric Observatory-Cubesat for Ion, Neutron, Electron & MAgnetic field)는 지구근접공간에서의 미세 자기장 변화 및 중성입자의 검출을 목적으로 경희대학교와 UC Berkeley가 공동 개발하는 초소형위성이다. 초소형위성은 내부 공간이 협소하여 효율적인 공간배치 및 위성체발사 시 진동에도 견딜 수 있도록 harness가 제작되어야 한다. CINEMA는 OBC, EPS, 배터리, 수신기, IIB(Instrument Interface Board), MAGIC(MAGnetometer Imperial College) board, HVPS(High Voltage Power Supply)로 구성된 avionics bus와 MAGIC, STEIN(Supra Thermal Electron, Ion, Neutral)의 payload, Solar panel, UHF와 S-band 안테나로 구성되어 있다. Solar panel에서 생산된 전력은 EPS를 통해 배터리에 저장되고 PC104를 통해 avionics stack의 각 board로 전력이 분배된다. IIB는 탑재체 파트와 연결되어 이를 제어하고 HVPS에서 STEIN에 공급되는 고전압은 특수 와이어를 통해 연결되며 UHF 안테나와 S-band 안테나는 RF 케이블로 수신기와 송신기가 연결되어 있다. 각각의 harness는 케이블타이와 lacing tape로 위성체와 고정되며 커넥터는 고정 지지대를 제작하여 나사로 체결하였다. CINEMA에 적용된 harness는 진동시험과 열진공시험을 통해 harness와 시스템의 안정성이 검증 되었다.

In this paper, an intelligent notification system has been presented. The system operates on both wired and wireless internet. When a new message has been uploaded in a bulletin board systems(BBS) on HTTP web server, it sends the same message to their cellular phones of all members of a given group at the same time via SMS(Short Message Service). In addition, on reading SMS message, those who read them respond to a WAP server using pulling technique via wireless internet. Therefore, the HTTP server does know the members who did not read the message yet. Two different web servers, the HTTP server and the WAP server, running on a single system has been implemented. They share the single database which covers al1 related information about the BBS. The set of experiments shows that the notification system works well as we have expected Thus, we conclude that the proposed system that operates on both wired and wireless internet is the one of successful model for such environments.

과학위성 1호의 OBC(On-Board Computer)와 Sybsystem 간, Subsystem간, 또는 위성과 지상국간의 통신이 가능해야한다. 그리고 OBC(On-Board-Computer)나 지상국에서의 위성의 모듈들을 명령(Command)을 통하여 제어할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 모듈들을 원격검침(Telemetry)을 통하여 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 위에서 언급한 기능을 수행하는 모듈이 바로 Network System이다 과학위성1호에는 총 6개의 Network System이 구현되었다. 각각의 Network System들은 여러 Subsystem들과 연결되어있고, Network System간에 또한 연결되어서 Subsystem간의 통신과 Network System에 연결된 모듈들을 제어하고 상태를 수집한다. 본 연구에서는 과학위성1호 Network System의 구조, 기능, Spec 및 연구 개발 내용을 소개한다.

This paper presents the flight software of KoDSat (KSLV-l Demonstration Satellite) which performs demonstrating the KSLV-l (Korea Space Launch Vehicle-l)'s satellite launch capability. The KoDSat Flight Software executes in a single-processor, multi-function flight computer on the spacecraft, the OBC (On Board Computer). The flight software running on the single processor is responsible for all real-time processing associated with: processor startup and hardware initialization, task scheduling, RS422 handling function, command and data handling including uplink command and down-link telemetry, attitude determination and control, battery state of charge monitoring and control, thermal control processing.
