직렬 연결구조의 유량균등분배 시스템 시공사례 (A Construction Case of Flow Equal Distribution System in Series Connection)

  • The existing hot and cold water supply system have a few problems such as construct ability, damage of the building, maintenance and the unequal distribution of water supply flow. So the system has needs to be improved and the Flow Equal Distribution System(FEDS) in series connection has been innovated by Idin Lab which relieve the existing problems. Thus, the purpose of this study is aimed to show the merits of FEDS with an real example of construction site of Wirye Terrace, D builder. 1. FEDS enables builders to save construction cost as the system in series connection does not need to equip both allotters and loop piping system. 2. FEDS contains a cartridge of water saving function so it mainly reduce the unequal distribution of flow and sudden temperature deviation of hot water supply at the same time. 3. FEDS allows repairer to maintain the water supply system at the same floor that could get rid of disharmony between dwellers who live the upper/lower story of the same building. Therefore, the FEDS will be applied when the building is remodeled and constructed.

실내오염 저감을 위한 공동주택 환기시스템의 개선방안에 대한 연구 (The Study on the Renovation Method of Apartment House Ventilation System for Reducing Indoor Air Contamination)

  • Recently, Indoor air quality (IAQ) is one of the most important problem in our daily life of modern societies. Mechanical ventilation system is being recommended as an effective method to improve IAQ in apartment houses. And then, in Korea, building industry should install ventilation system in apartment house by the building construction code. In this study, to improve IAQ caused by microbial and chemical contaminant such as bacteria and TVOC, three types of mechanical ventilation system of apartment house including HRV were simulated by multizone modeling. Simulation results suggest an appropriate and economical renovation method of apartment house ventilation system for reducing indoor air contamination.

초고층건축요소별 법제도 개선방향 (The Strategy and Direction for Upgrading the Legal System Governing Supertall Building Elements)

  • 최근 초고층건축 사업추진 및 수행을 위한 관련 기술개발과 함께, 사업 추진을 지원하기 위한 관련 법 제도개선의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 국토해양부 초고층복합빌딩사업단에서는 초고층복합빌딩 법 제도 및 지원정책관련 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 본 연구는 1차년도 결과의 일부로서, 초고층 건축 지원을 위한 법 제도 및 지원정책 관련 이슈와 문제점을 파악하여 초고층복합빌딩 기술요소 유형별 분류체계를 구축하고, 항목별 중요도 및 현황수준평가를 통해 개선방향을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 초고층 프로젝트 생애주기에 따라 총68개의 기술요소를 도출하였으며, IPA방법론을 적용하여 중요도 및 현황평가를 실시하였다. 또한 글로벌기준의 초고층 법 제도 개선방향을 도출하였으며, 초고층을 중심으로 하는 국내 건축 관련 법 제도 선진화의 기반이 될 수 있다.

건축설비 관련법규 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Laws of Building Service System Construction)

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the laws of building service system among the laws of construction and to show alternative proposals against the problems. The result of this paper is to simplify the construction laws which will reduce construction administration complexity and to increase productivity of construction works. Among the construction laws, we must revise mechanical engineers' role because of increasing mechanical system's importance than before. Through this study the author will show the improvement of building service system technology and the quality of construction industry.

  • Many new office buildings are being built as intelligent buildings equipped with building automation(HA) systems, office automation(OA) systems, and telecommunication(TC) systems in order to provide pleasant building environment and the ease of maintenance and facility management. Building control systems which are employed in intelligent buildings require varieties of advanced control systems and network systems for efficient integrated management. Design and installation of these types of advanced building control systems take a lot of efforts and also they are costly. In order to design these systems, it is necessary for the designers to have the integrated simulator including proper network system simulation. In this paper, the integrated simulator that consist of HVAC system, lighting system, elevator system, parking system based on the network system is presented. For the development of integrated simulator, AHENA which is the general-purpose software tool for a simulation with reinforced GUI is used.

Building Energy Management System Coupling with Renewable Energy System

  • Buildings nowadays are increasingly expected to need higher and more economic performance requirements. Energy consumption in buildings accounts for over 30% of total energy use. The Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and renewable energy (RE) technologies are considered as a potential measure to improve energy efficiency and reduce use of grid-power. It is, however, a challenge to utilise the intermittent energy supply of RE in building energy systems. This paper presents an experimental study on a RE-embedded BEMS. A control algorithm for the RE-embedded BEMS was designed to maximise the utilisation of RE and eventually to reduce electrical utility bill. The proposed system is tested at a laboratorial chamber with an air conditioner, fan and heater. The contribution of RE in building energy system is discussed to this end.

From this paper, most mechanical flaws are from design mistake, materials flaw, other engineering construction's negligence of construction execution and careless system operation management. Through this study, the author suggested the way to reduce mechanical flaw, during construction process from drawing survey before execution start to completion of construction.

  • As information technologies in construction field get developed, various studies and projects are in progress for improvement of construction industry. Meanwhile, web-basis online system for building materials is tending upward. However, most of the informations about classification system for building materials and specifications are not systematic yet. Most field staffs have some troubles in making full use of the material information, repeating inefficient works from constructional design to the maintenance of it. This study designed auto-categorization system classified by materials, multi-search engines, auto-converting/creating electronic catalog as well as RFID search support to provide standardized building materials information.
