In this paper, we present a dynamic matching methodology for the logistics brokerage agent that intermediates empty vehicles and freights registered to the logistics e-marketplace by car owners and shippers. In this matching methodology, two types of decisions should be made： one is when to match freights and vehicles and the other is how to match freights and vehicles at that time. We propose three strategies for deciding when to match, ie. real time matching (RTM) , periodic matching (PM), and fixed matching (FM) and use Hungarian method for solving the how-to-match problem. In order to compare the performance of the when-to-match strategies, computational experiments are done and the results show that the waiting-and-matching strategies, PM and FM, give better performance than real time matching strategy, RTM. We can expect that the suggested matching methodology may be used as an efficient and effective tool for the brokerage agent in the logistics e-marketplaces.

세계화 개방화에 직면한 국내 부동산중개업은 현재의 단순한 거래의 매개자 역할에서 벗어나 고객의 재산가치 향상과 투자요구에 부응하는 전문직 분야로 발전해야 할 필요가 있고, 이를 위해서는 직무분석을 통한 부동산중개업의 효율적 운영에 관한 연구가 그 기초가 된다. 본 연구는 AHP 의사결정기법을 적용하여 국내 부동산중개업의 직무모형을 구축함으로써 부동산중개업의 직무특성을 분석하고, 효율적 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하려고 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 중개업자들은 효율적인 부동산중개업을 위해서는 소유권 등의 권리관계와 같은 전통적으로 중요한 중개직무와 함께 부동산시장에 영향을 주는 부동산정책, 국내경제의 흐름 및 변화에 대한 이해를 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 그러나 공인중개사시험 준비와 그 이후의 교육을 통해서 이에 대한 지식과 정보를 접할 기회가 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 중개업자가 부동산투자 및 상담의 전문직으로 발전하기 위해서는 부동산거래와 관련된 법률적 지식뿐 아니라 부동산시장 경제에 관한 체계적인 교육이 필요하다고 하겠다.

Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

본 논문은 2008년 6월~2011년 11월 기간 동안 우리나라 주식형 펀드의 자료를 이용하여 소프트달러(위탁매매수수료)와 펀드 특성 사이의 관계 및 위탁매매수수료와 투자수익률 사이의 관계에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 운용보수 및 판매보수는 위탁매매수수료와 음(-)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 확인되었는데, 이는 투자자가 상대적으로 명확하게 인지할 수 있는 운용보수 및 판매보수 수준을 높이기보다는 숨겨진 비용인 위탁매매수수료를 통해 간접적으로 보상이 이루어짐을 시사한다. 한편, 위탁매매수수료와 펀드성과 사이의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 위탁매매수수료가 높을수록 현재의 성과와 음(-)의 관계를 가지며, 단기적으로 미래의 성과를 제고하는 데 기여하지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 투자자와 운용사의 이해상충의 완화와 대리인 문제의 효과적인 통제를 위한 제도 정비의 필요성을 시사하는 것으로 생각된다.

조직마다 클라우드 시스템을 도입하여 고객에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하는 기업이 급증하고 있다. 그러나 고객의 요구사항이 너무나 다양하고 클라우드 시스템마다 달라서, 적합한 클라우드 서비스 제공의 진입장벽으로 작용하고 있다. 클라우드 서비스가 다양화 복잡화되고 클라우드 보안에 대한 우려가 지속됨에 따라, 클라우드 서비스 전문성을 보유한 CSB(Cloud Service Brokerage)기업의 필요가 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 각종 서비스를 분석하고, 법규제 지원, 보안 및 호환성 문제, 최적의 서비스를 찾아 새로운 비즈니스 설계를 통하여 환경에 맞춰 서비스를 제안하고, 구현 관리 해주는 서비스 중개업(CSB)이 필요하게 된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중개업(CSB) 육성모델을 제시하고, 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 발굴에 어려움을 격고 있는 협동조합에 적용하는 정책방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 군수품 무역대리점과 관련하여 크게 두가지의 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째는 군수품 무역대리점의 활용 효과도를 정량적으로 측정하기 위해 방위사업 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 두 번째는 중개수수료의 적정 기준을 제시하기 위해 실제 무기체계 국외구매사업의 사례에서 군수품 무역대리점이 실제로 활동한 내역을 분석함과 동시에 통계청에서 발표한 일반 상품중계업의 평균 영업이익이 군수품 중개업에도 보장될 수 있도록 적용하였다. 그 결과 군수품 무역대리점의 효과도 측면의 설문조사에서는 무역대리점을 활용하는 것이 활용하지 않는 것 대비 1.07배 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다. 적정 중개수수료와 관련된 분석에서는 중/소형사업과 대형 사업에서 상이한 결과가 나왔는데, 중/소형사업의 경우 총사업비의 5.1~8.7%가 적정 중개수수료인 반면, 대형사업의 경우 총사업비의 1.2~1.8%가 적정 중개수수료로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군수품 무역대리점을 활용시 활용하지 않는 것 대비 어느 정도 효용성이 있는 것으로 확인되었고, 만약 정부가 적정 중개수수료율을 제시한다면 지금까지 논의 되었던 것처럼 고정된 특정 값을 일괄적으로 제시하는 것은 현실적이지 않고 총사업비 규모에 따라서 그 요율을 탄력적으로 적용하되, 사업의 성격을 분석하여 필수 활동비 소요를 사전에 파악하여 가감하는 것이 적절함을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) of wholesale and retail brokerage businesses in Korea. And give managerial implications and contribute to academics. Research design, data and methodology: This research empirically analyzes the relationship between expenses and business performance. As for business performance, this research considered two financial performances; sales and profit. As for antecedent variables, this research measured three cost investment expenses; human resource management (HRM), marketing (MKT) and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research used frequency analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and curve estimation analysis. Results: The result shows that HRM and CSR positive significant influence on sales yet marketing negatively significant influence on sales. And for profit, HRM and CSR give a positive significant influence. However, marketing's influence was not significant. According to curve estimation analysis, the relation between individual cost and performance, best functional relation was all quadratic functions. Some results show ∩ shape and others show shape. Conclusions: Based on this study result, implications for practical management to Wholesale and Retail Brokerage companies in Korea. And the contribution to academics is expected. Also, based on the limitation of this study, future research is suggested.

산업생태론과 생태론적 정책적 접근이 지역경제에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있지만, 지역 벤처생태계의 역동성과 제약점은 아직 제대로 검토되지 못하고 있다. 특히, 지역 벤처생태계의 내외적 상호작용과 협력적 메커니즘의 형성 내지 확보와 관련하여 전략적 중개활동에 대한 부가적인 연구가 필요한 상태에 있다. 본 연구는, 대구 경북지역의 벤처실태 분석을 토대로, 지역 벤처생태계의 내재적 제약으로서의 네트워크 현황, 산업기술상의 외재적 변화흐름과 지역적 현황으로서의 혁신 방향 방식 결과, 그리고 관련 지역적 수요 측면 등에서 지역 벤처생태계에서 전략적 중개활동의 필요성을 밝힌다. 특히, 지역 벤처생태계에서 네트워크 인프라 취약성 보완측면, 산업기술의 외재적 변화흐름과의 미스매치 현상 대처측면, 그리고 내생적 역량강화 추세 부응측면 등에서 전략적 중개활동의 역할 내용 및 범위 등을 탐색한다.

본 연구는 최근 급성장하는 O2O 비즈니스 모델 중 부동산 모바일 중개업체의 사업모델을 분석하고, 사용경험이 있는 사용자를 대상으로 한 재이용의사를 조사하여 사용자의 만족도와 재이용과의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 부동산중개 앱서비스 사용의 용이성과 유용성은 고객만족에 양의 영향을 주며, 이는 재이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 부동산중개 앱서비스에서 연결한 오프라인 중개사무실 사용의 용이성과 유용성도 고객만족에 양의 영향을 주고 있으며, 이 역시 재이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 앱서비스 및 중개업소이용 모두에서 용이성보다 유용성이 고객만족에 더 큰 영향력을 가지는 것으로 분석되었는데, 이는 이용자특성이 주택임차라는 이용목적이 뚜렷한 점에서 유용성의 가치가 이용성보다 더 크다는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 부동산 중개서비스 O2O 시장의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 이용자의 유용성을 높이는 전략이 필요하다.

As a way to allocate lots of orders to many participants for vehicle allocation problem, this study has used an agent negotiation based reverse auction model. This agent negotiation provides coordination functions allowing all participants to make a profit, and accomplishing Pareto optimum solution from the viewpoint of a whole trucking cargo transportation network. In order to build a strategic cooperation relationship based on information sharing, this agent negotiation provides a coordination mechanism in which all the participants including consignors, brokerage firms, and car owners are able to attain their own profits, and also that ensure a competitive market. This study has tried to prove that the result of an agent-based negotiation is the Pareto optimal solution under the present market environment. We established a mathematical formulation for a comparison with the Integer Programming model, and analysing e-Marketplace, structure of shipping expenses and brokerage system in the trucking cargo transportation industry.
