Data collections were made from the Seoul five-star hotels'Italian restaurant to set goals on the quantity standardization by bringing up the issues from the analysis of their menus and portions. Brief of this research is as follows. The first, variations of Italian cuisine are significantly different from the region to region. The chef or cook must have general knowledge and understanding, and consider the ingredients and its cooking method. The second, for the understanding of fire Italian menu, languages used for the menu have to be in worldwide understandable languages and for the better understanding of Korean chefs, it should be also described in Korean. The third, for the cost controller and to reduce the cost, all food should be prepared in proper cooking method and set goal for the right portion size. The fourth, menu should be selected based on the customer preferences and the menu cycle change is adequate for four times a year. Italian food and dishes are prepared by above points with the standardized portion size and cooking method, more efficient and uniformed dishes will be provided to customers and customers will be fulfilled with the satisfaction.

Because of the advancements of these modern tecniques and new materials being developed expressionally diverse methods of utilizing metal and glass are being discovered. modern architects in order to add an open-hearted and homogeneous concept into their endeavors to create a transparent space are inclining to the many expressive characteristics which glass and metal provide. Furthermore the products of these endeavors are bringing forth various key elements in respect to useage for today's interior spaces, Due to differing methods of setting up the interior sphere is fastly becoming more generous than viewpoints of the past. Through the use of organization moreover from the former geometric school of thought curvilinear and active organization/ expressive inclinations are becoming diversified. Thus in accordance with the diversifying methods of fixing glass for a sleek and reflective exterior and due to the influence of durability to these fixtures precision not just decoration is gradually becoming more in demand/ Hereupon this study enlightens from the standpoint of planninf for interior spaces through the utilization of glass and metal upon the key factors of expressive attributes and the possibilities which thusly arise. The purpose of this study is to apply these theories to an actual case model study and verify their validity.

This study investigates how characteristics in the value-chain industrial cluster affect the R&D investment and the output of firms in each industries. For this, we try to extract the inter-industrial networking structure from the input-output table in which 17 manufacturing sectors are included. In particular, we will give shape to the "unit structure" which shows the intermediary flows of goods and services between industries in order to get an unit of final demand in a certain industry. Using this "unit structure", we can try the inter-industrial networking analysis and get some indices of centrality and centralization related to the characteristics of each industries in the value-chain industrial cluster. The results show that the centrality in the value-chain industrial cluster does not have any consequence for the R&D investment and the output in each industries. However, there is a correlation between the centralization in the value-chain industrial cluster and the R&D investment and the output of firms in each industries. These results may be very suggestive in bringing up a new frame of industrial cluster policy in a macro level.

The focus of this paper is comparing relative effects of government policies for upbringing information security industry from the dynamic point of view. For the purpose of simplicity, these policies are classified into three groups, and then the relative effectiveness of these policy groups is examined using System Dynamics. The three policy groups are composed of technology development policies (TDP), human resource development policies (HDP), and direct supporting policies for overseas expansion (DSP). From the result of the analysis, DSP appears to be the most effective and HDP is the second-best group. By the way, for successful carrying into effect of DSP, marketing manpower should be strengthen. However, current HDP has been focusing on the bringing up technical experts. Therefore, overseas marketing manpower should be reared as well as technicians. Also, the existing infrastructure for overseas expansion for other industries should be shared for DSP of information security industry, because this is essential for success of DSP in terms of timing and costing. Finally, in spite of its low effect, TDP should be maintained continuously. The importance of information security technology is increasing and some countries have already considered these technologies as a core of future national defense. Therefore, we should acquire the competitiveness for a few technologies through continuous development of selected technologies at least.

In order to investigate the effect of bovine serum albumin (BSA), as a pore former, on the controlled release of an antibiotic from a biodegradable polymeric device, polycaprolactone (PCL)-cefadroxil matrices were prepared by the solvent casting method. The amount of cefadroxil released from various formulations at $37^{\circ}C$ was measured by HPLC. The duration of antimicrobial activity of matrices against S. aureus was evaluated by measuring the diameters of the inhibition zone. The morphology of the matrices was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The release rate and extent of cefadroxil from PCL matrix increased as the loading dose and particle size of BSA/cefadroxil mixture powder increased. Cefadroxil released from the matrix exhibited antibacterial activity for up to 4 days. SEM of the cross-section of matrix showed the typical channel formation after 3 days of release study. Thus, a biodegradable polymeric matrix loaded with antibiotic/BSA mixture can effectively prevent bacterial infection on its surface, thereby bringing about an enhancement of biocompatibility of biomaterials.

This study aims to suggest new development strategy for rural villages considering their tourism income. In order to select the several study villages, the present study surveyed roughly the outline for resource characteristics about green-tourism of 83 rural tourist villages introduced on the internet. On the five rural villages, which are Moondang-ri, Yangsoo-ri, Molwoon-ri(Tomato-village), Yongsan-ri(Yongbayi-gol), and Kaya-ri(Ogam-village) located on Chungnam, Kyunggi, Kangwon, Chungbuk, and Kyunggi province, this study surveyed detailed data on the tourism income. The results show that the food sales business in the village makes about 50% of the total village income per year from the tourist, and followed by agricultural products sale, stay in farmhouses, and experience activity in the villages. The average total income of the five villages was estimated 93 million won per year and the average income per household was 1.5 million won in the study villages. The study suggests new strategy with the three kinds of important components for the rural village development considering the analysis results such as the bringing up of human resources for the village management and developing experience program for tourist, the characterization of agricultural products in the village, and the remodeling of village amenity environment for tourists.

최근 Khronos에서 OpenGL ES 2.0 API 표준을 배포 하면서 임베디드 시스템의 그래픽 프로세서에서 능률적인 쉐이더 프로그램이 가능하게 되었다. 그 결과 모바일 기기에서도 OpenGL ES 2.0을 지원하는 그래픽 프로세서를 요구하게 되었다. OpenGL ES 2.0을 지원하기 위해서 명령어의 길이의 증가가 요구되고, 이는 메모리 용량의 증가를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 효율적으로 명령어를 사용하는 새로운 명령어를 제안한다. 이 명령어는 가변 길이 방법과 유닛구조를 채택한 명령어 구조이다. 제안된 명령어 구조는 OpenGL ES 2.0 API를 지원하고 명령어 필드 낭비를 줄일 수 있도록 최대 4개의 32비트 유닛 명령어가 가변적으로 조합되어 수행된다.

Draw resonance is both an important and interesting instability encountered in various extensional-deformation-dominated polymer processing operations. It is important because of its paramount relevance to the productivity and quality issue in the related industry: and it is interesting because of as yet unanswered questions as to what its cause and origin are in terms of physics involved. Specifically, a short chronological account of the draw resonance research is presented in this paper bringing several previous results together and focusing on the derivation of a new criterion for draw resonance based on the interaction of the traveling times of some kinematic waves propagating along the spinline from the die exit to the take-up position. The new explanation of draw resonance put forward here based on the physics of the system is seen to have wide implications on both theoretical and practical aspects of draw resonance instability. The importance of the role played by spinline tension in determining draw resonance is an example of the former whereas interpretation of the mechanism of the draw resonance eliminator is an example of the latter. Finally, an approximate yet a very fast and convenient method for determining draw resonance is also derived based on the above findings and found to agree well with the exact stability results.

The painting style has much influenced on the creativity of design in the developmental process of modern fashion. This fact tells that pure art and fashion design have the same purpose in the end. In this paper. the color Autonomy of Matisse was analyzed and how its result influences on modern fashion design was investigated. Matisse is, in fact. the leader of Fauvism and the painter who brought the Fauvism painting to its perfection in the purest state. Matisse achieved the revolution of new color with only the color in expressing formative factor. Matisse's color autonomy are fusion technique, flatness, decoration, simplicity, etc. To sum up the influence that this autonomy played on modern fashion design, intensive pure color expression, strongly-supplemented color effect among primary colors, decoration of color, simplicity of color, that is to say. he gave rise to the revolution of color, Many modern designers are applying this method to the theme of fashion and motive, color the technique of expression. Thanks to this. the new formative artistic expression could be adapted in fashion, and it also induced the inspiration of original design, with great contribution to bringing the era of its own distinct individualism in modern times.

In the history of fashion, the category of knitted items was traditionally associated with ordinary clothing products like undergarments and socks. However, in a mere century Chanel has changed that idea by bringing into fashion consciousness items such as sports sweaters, jerseys, and suits, and so it has been necessary to upgrade this notion. As the needs of the times and new inventions have an inseparable relationship, knit fashion was also born with a close relationship with the zeitgeist of the time - the feminine movement, the rise of sports fashion and the world war - adapting itself up to the present time through continuous changes. Most brands are elevating knit from a mere decoration into a collection piece in a large number of collections every year. The number of brands that cannot exist without knit is increasing, such as Sonia Rykiel, Missoni, and so on. This essay is written with the purpose to study the birth, growth and future potential of knit items. The first stage concentrates on the age of knit's appearance (1910s-1930s). Contingent upon the collection of further data, this essay will be continued through the second stage (the 1960s - 1970s) and the third stage (after the 1980s).
