식품 제조에서 부재료로 맛과 향을 제공하며 항산화능과 항암력이 보고된 오만둥이(Styela plicata)를 세절한 후 각각 0, 5, 10, 15, 20% 첨가하여 튀김 어묵을 제조한 다음 색조 변화, 물성 특성 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 오만둥이의 함유량이 증가할수록 어묵의 명도 L값은 15%에서 제일 낮은 값을 보였고, 적색도 a값과 황색도 b값은 15%에서 제일 높은 수치를 보였다. 또한 어묵의 유연성을 나타내는 절곡검사의 결과는 모든 시료에서 AA로 측정되어 오만둥이의 첨가량에 상관없이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 물성검사 결과에서는 오만둥이가 첨가될수록 어묵의 강도, 경도는 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 관능검사에서는 15%가 첨가되었을 때 전체적인 선호도가 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과에서 생리학적 기능성이 알려진 오만둥이의 적당량 첨가는 관능적으로 우수한 어묵을 제조할 수 있어 고품질 어묵에 이용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Korea professional baseball industry has grown to take the lion's share of the domestic sports industry, but still does not make break even. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial impact of adopting the Customer Relation Management (CRM) approach on the profitability of Korea professional baseball industry. We use a measuring tool called entropy used in ID3 decision tree algorithm. In the paper, we specify five the most important factors that affect spectator satisfaction based on the previous literature, perform survey analysis, calculate entropy values, and find the results. We predicted the change in revenues when we adopt CRM by checking the spectators' willingness to pay more when the conditions of each factor are improved. We find that we can reap significant fruits of the effect of CRM introduction through enhancing 'game content factor' and 'game promotion factor' among the five factors. We also find that we can increase the revenues of domestic professional baseball teams to 2.4 times or 2.1 times the current level if we manage intensively those two factors respectively. It is very surprising to see that the improvement in total revenues makes both ends meet for domestic professional baseball teams. This clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of CRM approach in improving the profitability of organizations.

현대인에게 부족하기 쉬운 영양소인 칼슘의 섭취량을 증가시키기 위한 방안으로 영양성 및 기능성을 함유한 고품질 어묵의 개발을 위하여 우유보다 배나 많은 칼슘 함유량을 가진 멸치를 분말화하여 각각 0, 5, 10, 15, 20%(w/w) 첨가한 튀김어묵을 제조한 다음 칼슘 함유량, 색조변화, 물성 특성 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 어묵에서 멸치첨가량이 증가할수록 칼슘 함량도 비례적으로 증가하여 무첨가군인 대조구의 kg당 0.4 g에 비하여 20% 첨가군에서 2.2 g으로 측정되었다. 멸치 첨가량이 증가할수록 어묵의 색도는 L값, a값은 대체적으로 감소하는 경향, b값은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 어묵의 유연성을 나타내는 절곡검사에서는 대조군을 포함한 모든 첨가군에서 AA로 측정되어 멸치분말 첨가량에 관계없이 유연성과 탄력성이 우수하였다. 물성검사 결과에서 멸치분말 함유량이 증가할수록 강도, 경도가 대체로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 관능검사의 결과로는 대조군과 5% 첨가군의 경우 맛, 향기, 조직감, 색깔, 전체적인 선호도에서 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았지만 15%, 20%에서는 낮은 수치를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로 5%의 멸치분말을 첨가할 경우 물성적, 영양적으로 소비자들의 호감을 얻을 수 있는 고품질의 어묵이 제조될 것으로 기대한다.

In general, a high tension on the anchor and chain is placed when a ship at anchor is subjected to heavy weather. Mariners have to pay attention to whether dragging anchor occurs to keep the safety of the ship at anchorage since it is difficult to maintain the stable motion of ship and it causes collisions with other ships nearby. In this paper, the ship motion against the external forces was shown to obtain the fundamental data about characteristic of holding power due to nature of seabed at anchor, so practical trials were carried out in rocky area and muddy area using a trial ship around coastal area of South Korea. In muddy seabed, holding power showed reasonable tension values depending on the distance from anchor position of continuing swing motions of a ship corresponding to wind force. Meanwhile in rocky seabed, tension values on the chain appeared very high occasionally regardless of the distance from the anchor position and seemed to exceed its holding power to be the breaking strain of the chain although weather was not in a severe condition. Therefore, some of the cables laid on the seabed were presumed to be caught in a crack on the rock. It is assumed that even a small amount of external force may cause the chain to break in a moment in rocky seabed. Additionally, wind and current forces had a somewhat contradictory effect on holding power of the ship between them.

좌석 안전띠는 자동차 안전장치 중 차량의 안전상 가장 중요하고 효과적인 장치로 알려져 왔다. 우리나라의 경우 운해중 안전띠의 착용률, 특히 뒷좌석의 착용률이 낮다. 최근 조사 자료에 의하면 뒷좌석의 안전띠 착용률은 20%의 수준이다. 최근 좌석 안전띠 미착용 알림장치(Seat Belt Reminder, SBR)를 의무화하는 것을 고려중에 있다. 본 연구는 SBR의 의무화할 경우의 도입효과에 대한 분석이다. 본 연구에서 안전띠 착용효과는 해외의 연구사례(Evans(1991) 모형)를 준용하였다. 주요 변수로 안전띠 초기착용률은 국내 조사자료, SBR로 인한 목표 착용률은 운전자 순응도에 따른 시나리오에 따라 추정하였다. 연구 결과, 좌석안전띠 미착용 경고장치의 운전자 순응비율이 90%이상일 경우 매해 119명의 사망자의 감소효과를 가져올 것이고, 편익비용비가 1.84에 달할 것으로 분석되었다.

기능성 고품질 어묵의 개발을 위하여 항암성 및 혈압강하능을 가지고 잇는 표고버섯(Lentinus edodes)을 각각 0, 5, 10, 15 및 20% 첨가한 튀김 어묵을 제조한 다음 색도 변화 및 절곡검사, 물성 특성, 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 어묵의 색도는 표고버섯의 함유량이 증가할수록 L값은 감소하는 경향, a값은 증가하는 경향, b값도 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 어묵의 유연성을 나타내는 절곡검사의 결과로는 모든 시료에서 AA로 측정되 어 표고버섯의 첨가에 관계없이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 표고버섯 첨가 어묵의 물성측정 결과에서, 20%의 표고버섯을 함유한 어묵에서 강도, 경도, 탄성, 껌성 및 파쇄성이 가장 높게 관찰되었고 관능검사의 결과로는 어묵의 색도와 향기 부문에서는 표고버섯의 특유의 향이 강하므로 5% 첨가군에서 선호도가 높았으며, 맛과 조직감, 전체적인 선호도의 경우에서는 10%의 표고버섯이 첨가된 경우가 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과와 같이 표고버섯을 함유한 고품질 어묵의 제조 가능성을 확인하였다.

고품질 어묵의 개발을 위하여 함암성 및 혈압강하작용이 있는 팽이버섯(Flammulina velutipes)을 각각 0, 5, 10, 15 및 20% 첨가한 튀김 어묵을 제조한 다음 색조 변화, 물성 특성 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 팽이버섯의 함유량이 증가할수록 어묵의 색도는 L값을 감소하는 경향, a값은 증가하는 경향, b값도 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 어묵의 유연성을 나타내는 절곡검사의 결과로는 모든 시료에서 AA로 측정되어 팽이버섯의 첨가에 관계없이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 물성검사 결과에서, 15%의 팽이버섯을 함유한 어묵에서 강도, 경도, 탄성, 껌성 및 파쇄성이 가장 높게 관찰되었다. 그리고, 관능검사의 결과로는 어묵의 색조와 향기 부문에서 팽이버섯이 첨가될수록 선호도가 높았으며, 맛과 조직감, 전체적인 선호도의 경우에서는 5%의 팽이버섯이 첨가된 경우가 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과와 같이 팽이버섯을 함유한 고품질 어묵의 제조 가능성을 확인하였다.

영화 <사도>는 사도세자의 비극적 가정사에 공감하는 관객의 감수성, 사회적 기표에 대한 관찰의 기회를 제공한다. 관객은 사도세자의 비극을 보며 아버지와 아들의 상이한 정서적 감정, 전통의 이상과 가치의 상징인 아버지의 주체와 이를 파괴하려는 저항적 주체간의 상반된 의식이 마음속에서 충돌할 때 본래적 '나'로 회귀할 것인지 아니면 자동적 사회적 행동으로서 이를 봉합할 수 있는 무의식적 위선 혹은 의식화된 감정을 따를 것인지 고민한다. 관객은 전통적 사회의 상징인 아버지의 권위와 위엄을 지향하면서도 사도세자의 비극을 보며 '나'의 존재론적 철학적 가치를 중시하는 양가적 태도, 도덕적 가치관을 내 보인다. 본 연구는 아버지의 기표와 그에 대한 '나'의 저항 그리고 '나'의 광기를 살펴보는 가운데 도덕의 가치와 기준에 관한 관객의 사유를 살펴보고, 또한 과거의 도덕은 항상 도전에 직면할 수밖에 없고, 현재 역시 미래에 의해 전복될지도 모르는 도덕의 가치에 안위하고 있기에 관객이 최상의 것이기를 원하고 믿었던 도덕, 질서, 법의 체계는 언제나 미완성이고 변화무쌍한 것임을 말하고자 한다.

In this study, the chloroplast (cp) genome sequences from three early diverged leptosporangiate ferns were completed and analyzed in order to understand the evolution of the genome of the fern lineages. The complete cp genome sequence of Osmunda cinnamomea (Osmundales) was 142,812 base pairs (bp). The cp genome structure was similar to that of eusporangiate ferns. The gene/intron losses that frequently occurred in the cp genome of leptosporangiate ferns were not found in the cp genome of O. cinnamomea. In addition, putative RNA editing sites in the cp genome were rare in O. cinnamomea, even though the sites were frequently predicted to be present in leptosporangiate ferns. The complete cp genome sequence of Diplopterygium glaucum (Gleicheniales) was 151,007 bp and has a 9.7 kb inversion between the trnL-CAA and trnV-GCA genes when compared to O. cinnamomea. Several repeated sequences were detected around the inversion break points. The complete cp genome sequence of Lygodium japonicum (Schizaeales) was 157,142 bp and a deletion of the rpoC1 intron was detected. This intron loss was shared by all of the studied species of the genus Lygodium. The GC contents and the effective numbers of codons (ENCs) in ferns varied significantly when compared to seed plants. The ENC values of the early diverged leptosporangiate ferns showed intermediate levels between eusporangiate and core leptosporangiate ferns. However, our phylogenetic tree based on all of the cp gene sequences clearly indicated that the cp genome similarity between O. cinnamomea (Osmundales) and eusporangiate ferns are symplesiomorphies, rather than synapomorphies. Therefore, our data is in agreement with the view that Osmundales is a distinct early diverged lineage in the leptosporangiate ferns.
