대학생의 의복쇼핑성향과 브랜드충성도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Shopping Orientation and Brand Loyalty of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify clothing shopping orientation of university students and brand loyalty in Jinju, Korea. In addition, the effect of consumer's shopping orientation and brand equity factors on brand loyalty were analyzed. A self-administrated questionnaire was developed based on previous studies. A total of 257 useful data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 program. About 64.6% were female with the mean age of 22.2 years old. The results of this study were as follows. First, clothing shopping orientation was classified into 6 factors: hedonic, store patronage, planned, brand-pursued, economic, and convenience shopping orientation. Second, brand equity was identified into two factors, brand image and brand-consumer relationship. Third, store patronage and hedonic orientation were significant predictors of brand loyalty($R^2$=.275). Brand image and brand-consumer relationship showed significant effects on brand loyalty($R^2$=.541). Findings of this study were expected to contribute to understand young consumers in a typical trading area and to develop marketing strategy for casual brands to increase and maintain brand loyalty.

The Relationship between Brand Authenticity, Brand Equity and Customer Satisfaction

  • This study examines the relationship between brand authenticity, brand equity, and customer satisfaction. A total of 263 participants participated in this study. Participants rated a set of three brands: Apple, Starbuck, and Nike. Each participant rated the extent to which the items described his or her authenticity with the brands listed, the equity of the brands listed, and feelings of satisfaction toward the brands. This study employs confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results indicate that 1) brand authenticity positively relates to brand equity, and 2) brand authenticity effects to customer satisfaction. The findings suggest that marketers can use the brand authenticity for assessment, planning, and tracking purposes to understand the authenticity of their brands for their customers. Products of authenticity brand are better liked, viewed as higher quality, offer greater value and are more likely to be purchased than less authenticity brand. They can command a significant price premium. The findings provide useful support and evidence for brand management, as well as companies in other developing countries, to engage more in brand practices as a core element of their strategic and brand management. This means that managers should work to increase perceptions of authenticity for their offerings.

  • As the Internet environment develops, Internet has already been being established as important tool of business marketing and branding. In particular, a brand community where customers interact with other customers who have the same interest in brand provides a variety of benefits to customers as well as companies. The brand community makes it possible for company to build, and retain relationships with customers, and capture new market opportunities. Therefore, this study examines the relationship among service quality of brand community, customer value, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and brand community loyalty in online brand communities. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer value. Second, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. It had also a positive, significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through customer value and customer trust. Third, service quality of brand community had a significant indirect effect on brand community loyalty through customer satisfaction, customer value, and customer trust. Therefore, These finding will spawn both academic and practitioner interest in brand community and serve as a foundation for further research in this important area.

옴니채널의 지각된 편리성과 유용성이 옴니채널 사용과 소비자-브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (Omnichannel's Perception Effect on Omnichannel Use and Customer-Brand Relationship)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on new type distribution channel that named as Omnichannel. Omnichannel is developed from Multichannel which is used in many distribution channels to buy or selling goods. Omnichannel basically needs an Information and Communications Technologies(ICT) to use, so researcher conduct a Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to research model. Customer-brand relationship was used as dependent variable to focus on the role of Omnichannel. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study is customer who purchase goods or service through omnichannel. Based on the literature from the preceding research analysis of TAM and customer-brand relationship, this study was constructed by the reference to previous studies, final research model design for figure out casual relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, omnichannel use and customer-brand relationship. From 2016 February 3 to March 17, questionnaire survey targeted customers who use online and offline channels. 273 questionnaire survey had conducted, then, 252 survey data were available for empirical analysis. Researcher provide descriptive statistics for checking generality. Cronbach's alpha value was used to check the reliability of data. Exploratory factor analysis was used for purification of values and eigenvalue checking. After EFA, Confirmatory factor analysis was used to prepare structural equation modeling with executing structural equation modeling for confirming hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The main results of this empirical study are as follows. First, omnichannel's perceived ease of use has positive significant effect on perceived usefulness(estimate: 0.579). Moreover, omnichannel's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has positive significant effect on omnichannel use(estimate: 0.325,0.648). Second, using omnichannel has positive significant effect on brand-customer relationship(estimate: 0.521). Every hypothesis adopted as researcher designed. This study found out the intermediate relationship between perceived ease of use and omnichannel use by investigating hypothesis. Conclusions - Base on the empirical result, this study confirmed that TAM theory perceived has relation with omnichannel. First, factors of TAM has positive effect on omnichannel use, so it highlights the important role of customer based interface and usefulness. Especially, perceived usefulness has high indirect influence on ease of use and use of omnichannel. It seems that when customers try to decide use or not use omnichannel, customers focus on percept benefits from omnichannel. Thus, a provider should applicate attractive price table, accurate product or service information and high switching cost strategy to emphasize the usefulness of omnichannel. Second, using omnichannel enhances the relationship between customers and brand, because there are more time and frequency to serve customers. It is important because good relationship between customers can increase the future's financial performance through word of mouse, positive brand image and loyalty to brand or company. Finally, despite of empirical result and implications, this study has limitations. First, there are only a few previous studies about omnicahnnel, so literature reviews are restricted. While set up the factors which can affect the use of omnichannel, next study should be considered with broader theories or models(ex: contingency theory). Second, omnichannel has developed from multichannel, so comparative analysis is needed between these methods because there is a possibility about different forte character of each distribution system on customer's consuming patterns.

서비스 접점직원의 휴먼브랜드적 특성이 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Human Brand Characteristics of Customer Service Employees on Brand Attitude)

  • 서비스 산업의 성과와 경쟁우위 확보는 서비스를 생산하고 고객과의 접촉을 통해 서비스를 전달하는 서비스 접점 종업원 태도와 행동에 달려 있다고 해도 과언이 아니며 지금까지의 서비스 접점직원에 대한 대부분의 연구는 친절함이나 태도 혹은 유익함과 같은 고객들과의 접촉에 관계된 것들이다. 본 연구는 증가되는 접점 직원의 중요성에 중점을 두어 접점 직원을 하나의 브랜드로 인식하는 휴먼브랜드의 관점에서 연구를 하고자 한다. 또한 서비스 접점에서 직원의 역할 뿐만 아니라 고객참여 행동이 접점직원과의 상호작용과정에 영향을 미치고, 궁극적으로 서비스품질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 결과는 더이상 고객을 통제대상에서 제외시킬 수 없다는 결론에 이르게 되었다. 고객참여행동은 고객 스스로에게 뿐 아니라 접점직원에게도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로도 밝혀지고 있다. 따라서 서비스 접점직원의 휴먼브랜드적 특성이 고객의 참여도를 이끌며, 이는 서비스 브랜드와의 관계와 서비스 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 기본 이론으로 하고, 서비스 브랜드를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하고 분석하였다. 서비스브랜드와 고객과의 관계 강화 형성에 미치는 영향에 있어 서비스 접점직원의 휴먼 브랜드적 특성과 고객의 자발적인 정보제공 참여도를 함께 살펴봄으로써 선행 연구들을 더 확장시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단하여 진행하였다. 연구 결과 접점직원의 휴먼 브랜드적 특성 중 신뢰성, 친숙성, 공감성이 고객과 서비스 브랜드와의 관계 강화와, 서비스 브랜드에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 검증으로 기업이 마케팅에 있어 가장 중요한 부분을 차지하는 접점직원의 자질 및 특성을 검토할 수 있게 함으로써 이론적 실무적인 전략에 중요한 시사점을 제공하리라 본다.

영유아 이유식 브랜드 이미지가 브랜드 관계의 질과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of brand image on brand relationship quality and reuse intentions in baby food)

  • 본 연구는 현재 영유아 이유식 브랜드 B에 대해 이용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로, 인식하는 브랜드 이미지가 브랜드 관계의 질과 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 소비자가 인식하는 영유아 이유식 브랜드 B에 대한 이미지는 브랜드 관계의 질 중 자아연관, 몰입, 파트너 품질 및 친밀함에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자가 인식하는 영유아 이유식 브랜드 B에 대한 관계의 질 중 몰입, 파트너 품질 및 친밀함은 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 브랜드 관계의 질 중 자아연관은 재이용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소비자의 영유아 제품 재이용 의도를 제고시키기 위해서는 기업은 브랜드 B에 대한 긍정적인 이미지 형성을 통해, 소비자에게 해당 브랜드에 대해 몰입 할 수 있고 파트너로서 관계를 인식 할 수 있는 마케팅 전략을 추진해야 할 것이다. 또한 소비자에게 강력한 브랜드 이미지를 인식시킨다면 타 사 제품과의 차별화를 꾀할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 기업의 입장에서는 긍정적인 브랜드 이미지 형성이 소비자와 브랜드 간의 관계를 형성하는 핵심 요소라는 것을 인식해야 하며, 소비자가 높게 인식하는 브랜드 이미지 요소와 낮게 인식하는 브랜드 이미지 요소를 바탕으로 마케팅 전략에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 소비자와 브랜드 관계의 질은 긍정적인 관계 형성을 통한 재이용 횟수가 증가하나 소요되는 기간이 소비자 성향에 따라 다르고, 경우에 따라서는 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 형성되는 경우도 있으므로 장기적인 관점에서 영향력을 측정해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The Structural Relationship among Brand Dependence, Brand Attitude, Brand Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Online Golf Product Consumers

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among brand dependence, brand attitude, brand satisfaction and repurchase intention of online golf goods consumers. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who had experience in purchasing golf goods online by visiting golf driving ranges in Seoul and Kyeonggi area. A total of 200 people were surveyed and 197 data were used for the final data processing. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for data processing. We obtained the following results. First, brand dependence had a positive effect on brand attitude, but it did not have a significant effect on repurchase intention.Second, brand attitude had a positive effect on brand satisfaction and repurchase intention; third, brand satisfaction had a positive effect on repurchase intentionFirst, face has been shown to have a significant impact on symbolic consumption propensity. Second, symbolic consumption tendencies have a significant impact on product satisfaction and intention to purchase new products. Third, product satisfaction has been shown to have a negative impact on the intention of purchasing new products.

Systematic Review: The Relationship Between Brand Love and Brand Anthropomorphism In Distribution

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consolidate research trends about the distribution of 'other customer perspective' on 'brand love' and 'brand anthropomorphism', as well as to identify prospective research topics and provide managers with suggestions. Design, data, and technique of research: The purpose of this article is to examine the distribution relationship between brand love and brand anthropomorphism using a systematic review and bibliographic mapping analysis (VOS viewer) using 23 documents from 2014 to 2023. Results: This will be a step in the correct path if brand managers can have a great interaction with their clients by using common anthropomorphism. Yet, a second challenge will be how to anthropomorphize the brand. Moreover, there is nothing simpler than discovering oneself in a brand when there are several pictures, life ethics, sentiments, and experiences that coincide. From a different perspective, the brand sometimes looks to be the ideal model for consumers to identify with, and even fall in love with since it makes them feel close to their significant other. Conclusion: The findings may help companies create a long-term brand strategy and anticipate additional consumer rewards and value. They may also enhance brand-customer theory.

브랜드 체험 및 개성이 소비자-브랜드 관계, 브랜드 애착, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 국내외 브랜드 커피전문점 비교 - (The Effects of Brand Experience and Personality on Consumer-Brand Relationships, Attachment, and Loyalty - A Comparison of Domestic and Global Brand Coffee Shops -)

  • 본 연구는 커피전문접 브랜드 체험 및 개성이 소비자-브랜드 관계와 브랜드 애착도, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 커피전문점 국내 브랜드와 국외 브랜드를 비교하여 커피전문점 브랜드의 성공적인 마케팅전략에 대한 전략적 시사점과 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 자기기입방식을 활용하였으며, 서울, 경기 지역의 20~40대의 커피전문점을 이용해 본 소비자를 대상으로 2014년 8월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지 500부를 배포하여 495부를 회수했으며 그 중 493부만이 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커피전문점 브랜드 체험 중 인지적 체험이 감각적 감성 체험에 비해 소비자-브랜드 관계에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드 개성 중 세련이 흥미에 비해 소비자-브랜드 관계에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드 체험 중 인지적 체험만이 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 감각적 감성 체험은 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 브랜드 개성 요인 중 흥미만이 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 세련은 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 소비자-브랜드 관계가 브랜드 애착에 비해 브랜드 충성도에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 국내 브랜드와 국외 브랜드를 비교분석한 결과, 국내 브랜드의 경우, 브랜드 개성 요인 중 세련만이 소비자-브랜드 관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 국외 브랜드 경우, 브랜드 개성 요인 모두 소비자-브랜드 관계에 전혀 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

커피전문점의 물리적 환경이 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향: 고객만족과 감정 반응의 매개 효과 비교를 중심으로 (The Effects of Physical Environment in Coffee Shops on Customer Brand Loyalty: With a Focus on the Comparison between Mediating Effects of Customer Satisfaction and Emotional Responses)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the physical environmental factors in coffee shops which determine customer brand loyalty, and to investigate the mediated effects of customer satisfaction and emotional responses on the causal relationship between the physical environmental factors and brand loyalty. A sample of 400 coffee shop customers was collected from Seoul and Gyeonggi in March, 2011 through a self-administered questionnaire. 351 of 400 subjects were used for validity and reliability analysis. 12 outliers were removed from the analysis, and 339 subjects were used to derive the results. Multiple linear regression and stepwise regression were conducted after the construct validity and reliability. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) Physical environmental factors in coffee shops consists of 5 dimensions such as facility aesthetics, cleanliness, ambiance, layout, and internet environment. (2) Facility aesthetics, ambiance, and internet environment had an influence on brand loyalty. (3) The effects of cleanliness and layout on brand loyalty, were not significant on multivariate analysis. However, the relationship between cleanliness and brand loyalty was mediated by emotional responses and also the relationship between layout and brand loyalty was mediated by customer satisfaction. (4) The mediating effects of customer satisfaction were higher than those of emotional responses.
